Ordered the Rice with chicken tonight and the rice was undercooked 😩 so disappointed when I went home and started eating was like biting into half cooked rice! It were £9.99 too!! 👎🏻

Perfect place to eat in Richmond. Food is so good

I do enjoy JoJos every now and then. The flavours are very good including the peri fries however the prices now are extreme. £8.99 for a pitta and £4.99 for 3 chicken strips at lunch time. Now I do need the Richmond card. Didn’t feel worth it anymore.

Updated my previous review where I had a bad meal - food is now back on top form and the beef burger is one of the best I have ever had.

It was really a great experience in the restaurant as it was very maintained and if I talk about the food , the chicken was very soft headsoff to the chef who prepared that. Thanks guy's and keep it up.

I had a MAJOR problem with Uber eats delivery from Jojos. Really avoid Uber eats now. Have not used since. But manager resolved this issue. It's just so sad because I love this food delivered as well. Now I will only pick up or eat in store. Uber eats just messed with me one too many times.

Fresh and tasty food … rice bowl is my fav … great service. Happy pleasant staff. Reasonable prices. You can’t go wrong at this lovely eatery

Let’s start with Food ! These guys know how to grill chicken . Compared to Nando’s I found their grilling practice much better so 5/5 ! Taste wise - I have tried 3 things here and I stick to them . 1. Chicken strips - boneless and grilled (very succulent in comparison to Nando’s) (5/5) 2. Half Chicken - Pricing couldn’t be better ! (5/5) 3. Paneer or Haloumi Burger - another surprise element (5/5) The ambience could have been better ! What Nando’s gives you is ambience and what these guys give you is quality and pricing ! You choose your pic and this is best if it’s a Take Out !!

The food arrived hot and on time, it tasted good. No real complaints in that department. A little more care could have been taken in prep. If you're going to cut the chicken then cut it don't leave it looking like a hammer has smashed it. some salt for the chips and a paper towel wouldn't go amiss either, we're not all eating at home.

We ordered the chicken wings and they were absolutely brilliant. We like our food hot so the hot was just perfect for us and extremely flavourful at the same time. Will definitely come again!

We ordered wings (lemon & herb), strips (extra hot) and a wrap ( hot). Lemon and herb has a little sweet taste, hot was good saucy, juicy and extra hot was great. Highly recommended.

What is going on with the smaller and smaller portions? This is not the first occasion. I ordered a whole chicken not part portions of a chicken like you would encounter at KFC

Enjoyed a fantastic meal at Richmond. Generous portions and the periperi chicken paired perfectly with the rice. The wings were great as well.

the food was food but £45 for 3 meals and we were all still hungry after and 2 were children the chips were so small you could count them easily

Very accommodating to my family and i. When there was an issues with an item it was readily replaced. 1/2 chicken meal was very tasty. Recommend this for an inexpensive option in Richmond.

AVOID this place! Would give them zero stars! Poor hygiene! Dirty staff uniforms! Dirty tables! Found hair inside the chicken we ordered. Had severe vomiting and tummy pain the next morning! Would not recommend this place to anybody!

I ordered a meal with mild sauce but it was impossible to eat due to the spiciness. I've had it before and previous times it wasn't THAT spicy, so probably just a mistake when adding spices.

Hasn't been very good the last couple of times, chicken was dry and had no sauce. Such a shame, it was our favourite chicken place.

Ravinder and Deepak served me at this shop. I know its not important to mention names but I must say they were fantastic at suggesting food and delivering on time. Also the food is better than any high street shop on Richmond bridge. You’ve earned 5 🌟

I ordered extra hotel and got some stupid sour flavored food

So i stopped ordering from here a long time ago due to my review below. I had a night out by the Thames last Sunday and walked home past here. I went in and ordered over the counter,two feet from the guy. Chicken burger with cheese and fries and as he asked me,with peri peri salt. I got home ,no cheese on the burger and no peri peri salt on the fries. Honestly you need to watch Kitchen Nightmares as you seem to have no clue on how to take orders and process them . I actually laughed when i opened the bag when i got home a few minutes later . Gave up. Not consistent .Good one day and bad the next . Last order turned up after 2hrs 5 mins. I had already gone out. They never answered the phone .Just advise people. What is the manager there for ? I can say i was one of your best customers . Maybe you should employ more staff and not lose customers.

Everything I have ordered from here is great

As we all know there are many of these peri peri shops popping up this one has got to be the best by far. Had the extra hot chicken wings and burrito was spot on and great value for money will be returning.

Love the taste and the service is usually second to none however (tonight seemed to be high pressure, deliveroo and phone ringing constant, staff stressed out, my order took near 30 mins at least, asked for mild peri, definitely not mild, couldn't eat much of it. Since its not cheap felt need to review disappointing experience. 😕

The food at Jojo's is great, but don't expect good service. Particularly delivery. If you order food and it's still not at your door after 2 hours, and you've been chasing, it's not good! The driver was waiting at the restaurant for 45 mins for a pre order. I tried to cancel but was told I couldn't. Extremely bad customer service.

Waited awhile to make my order and when I got to the counter the guy manning the till just left and didn't acknowledge my presence at all. Called for the other guy with the turban and he just made eye contact and continued his business. That's when I decided to go elsewhere for my chicken and rice. Plenty of options in the area. 😕

I ordered Oreo milkshake and it was just water, no flavour of Oreo’s. Then peri peri fries was peri peri just on the top. I’m never coming again. So disappointed.
