Rudest waiter I've ever seen. I was asking a question about the history of weird low door inside the pub. He said they were closed and didn't have to answer without even looking at me. They were closing but the pub was still full. I went around the bar to ask his colleague and before he could answer, the first one said 'I told you we didn't have to answer'. I replied 'Thanks but I'm not talking to you.' His mate was polite enough to reply. It took 3 seconds.

Dropped in for a few pints yesterday and might be an idea to get the bar staff to tone down the language. “Fu$k this”Fu$k that”Fu$k off” all too often. 2 tables left sitting beside us and we left after a couple of pints. One bloke in particular. Plenty of other pubs around so suggest elsewhere

2 pints a packet of crisps please. That'll be £17.60 sir. :( Maybe they have to charge these prices to survive, I don't know. But buying a beer seems more like a serious financial consideration now rather than a pleasure.

Dreadful experience. The staff were sullen and unwelcoming. We went upstairs for food. There was no atmosphere, a funny smell and not clean. There was not much on the menu available as they were expecting a food delivery the next day. When we left we said thank you and goodbye and were completely ignored by the barman. Absolutely would not recommend and would definitely not visit again

Walked in and had to limbo under a partition wall to get upstairs for food. The decor somehow seemed to reminded me of the movie, The shinning. The staff lacked personality. and the bread in my fish finger sandwich was stail; there wasn’t much left on the menu as they had ran out of food (delivery Wednesday) The white wine was warm and I asked for Butter or Mayo and somehow got tarter sauce on the side. The men’s toilets were on another level. Wow I now consider making this my local. 🤔

I came here as a kind of pilgrimage as a Master's student studying Public Health. I took photos of the Broad Street pump (replica) and decided to have a meal at the pub for good measure. Somehow, the bar staff suspected I was in the field (maybe because I was taking photos, or because I was reading a book in a crowded pub), stopped me on my way out and asked if I was an epidemiologist. He whipped out a visitor book for me to sign, and I then explained the history of Dr John Snow to the 2 ladies at the bar who overheard us. What a special moment!

My Czech friend and I were directed to John Snow after wandering around in Soho searching for a good old fashioned pub that serves a nice beer (being Czech makes my friend very picky when it comes to good beer). Turns out at John Snow you get pretty much perfect pints of moreish Yorkshire craft beers (Samuel Smith on tap) in an amazingly authentic traditional English pub that invokes the times of Jack the Ripper. It features the typical dark Victorian interior thankfully without the grime and unsmiling but very efficient bar tenders.

As we drunk our drinks and chatted, a group of Italian tourists came in. Obviously not visited the country before and they had pretty poor English. In what they could piece together they asked if it was still open and if they could have a table for five. This bald chap gave them in the worse attitude, tone and snide way "kitchens closed, and this is a pub mate you sit where you like". Cervezas Samuel Smith!

I was extremely disappointed by my visit to this bar . While I was waiting outside my husband ordered a beer and an organic cherry beer ( my favourite drink) when tasted it I have realised that it was not the right flavour and I went to exchange it straight away . Much to my disappointment and surprise the manager refused to acknowledge this and suggested that my husband should have made a mistake and specifically asked for the raspberry flavour . He was refusing to exchange and had to ask for it repeatedly . He suggested that it was a waste for the business ( did not care that was a complete waste to me ) and said he was not going to exchange it . Very rude , unprofessional manner of talking to customers, no manners , no customer service , arrogant!!!! Please avoid!!!! London is full of great places with great customer services!!!

Good London pub with the usual Sam Smith's style. Disappointed today that the stout was off, and perhaps even more so not to be advised bottled alternatives were available, but beer wise you can't fault the quality and price. Never reviewed before, but always try to visit when in London. Slightly above average London pub. Wish Tripadvisor had a category to reflect this.

What an absolute gem of a place this coffee shop is. Drove to Harrow to have my car fixed and found this little oasis while I waited. Beautiful frothy hot chocolate, a vegetarian breakfast and a slice

La piedra gótica de Londres se ha ido. Es reemplazado por un decaimiento urbano que parece un bar artesanal de cerveza llamado Cannick Tapps. La distribución de la bodega es muy parecida, pero sin asp
