Por desgracia, una experiencia muy variadas. Fuimos para el almuerzo con mi esposa. Buena variedad en el menú. Pedimos un panini de pollo cajún y un atún de baguette. Primer problema - nos dijeron que no había atún a la izquierda! ¿Cómo salir de atún en el almuerzo? Pedimos una soda llena en su lugar. Té vinieron muy rápidamente. Entonces esperamos media hora para el servicio, el lugar no estaba lleno. Plato de mi esposa. Tuvimos que conseguir una recarga de té porque la nuestra estaba frío para esa fase. Entonces tuvimos que esperar otros 15 minutos para mi soda llenas! No era lo suficientemente bueno. Ambos platos estaban bastante bien, excepto por las patatas fritas congeladas claramente frito que venían con el panini. El resto era fresco y bien presentado. La camarera era muy atento pero disculpas y mal por la cocina. Demasiada competencia en el área de servicio que calidad.

se esconde discretamente detrás de la parada de autobús - una gran área protegida afuera - sentarse y ver pasar el mundo - acogedoras áreas de estar adentro - personal tan agradable - café para volver - nuevamente - y nuevamente - la comida es de la más alta calidad - la presentación es ejemplar - Nunca me decepcionaron los platos, especialmente la sopa recién hecha cada día - un excelente lugar para encontrarse con amigos - una comida familiar - desayuno solo - abierto todos los días 9 'a 5 - pruébalo una vez - volverás, no solo por la comida, pero la sonrisa de bienvenida, todo el tiempo.

10 - 28 Bedford Street, Belfast BT2 7FF Northern IrelandI have stayed at the hotel on multiple occasions when visiting Belfast. The menu and food is excellent, beautifully prepared and really tasty. I have nothing but positive complements for the chef. Unfortunately he/she is let down by clueless waiting staff. They are perfectly friendly and helpful WHEN you get to engage with them but to say they are inattentive is the understatement of the century!! They coalesce around the cooking area or the tills but don't look around or proactively approach diners. This happened on two occasions when I went there in both January and April 2025. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went again but ended up walking out after 15 minutes of waiting for someone to take my order! I was even waiving both arms above my head to attract attention!! I believe the waiting staff are willing but they need to be trained! The fact that they are not is a damning indictment on the manager there who needs to be replaced! It's SUCH a shame given the quality of the food but because of the atrocious service, I am afraid I would recommend avoiding this place unless you've got all day (maybe two!) to have someone come by to take your order. Very disappointing.
