Staff ignored me while I was standing right in front of them at the counter. When they finally bothered to take my order I said ‘thank you’ and the woman serving me made fun of my accent to her coworker while I was still right there. Never experienced worse service in my life

walked in the door 15 minutes ago - place was empty except 5 staff on their phones. Ordered a smoothie. No one seems to make it. Other customers come in and get served. Someone finally makes my drink 15 minutes later and hands it over without even a remark. Bizzare place.

Coffee’s took ages. After 15 minutes they had still not started making my coffees so I asked for a refund. I was told that refunds are against policy. Staff were also really surly.

Service at this store is not great. The staff are not very helpful. I once asked how much protein was in one of their shakes, but he did not know. The next time i asked how to claim a drink from their app, but the girl at the counter said she did not know. Neither tried to find out for me or offer any more help. The shakes are lovely though.

Place was clean. Staff remembered me from the day before. Knowledgeable about the menu, made good suggestions. Quick service and really friendly

Stopped in for a quick snack after a few hours of walking. We ordered two chicken club sandwiches and two Green Shield kale juices for £24. The food and drinks tasted good. The staff was friendly with quick service. The WC was clean. Free WiFi, no cash accepted.

Nice Place to have a coffee on the go. They serve specialty coffee, although the preparation method needs improvement. The service was a bit slow, but the staff was nice.

Been here a few times, only out of convenience as near office, service always slow, food mediocre, grubby dinning areas, toilets disgusting... Food and dribks orders constantly mixed up, eg a latte became iced American..sandwich becomes a desert....clueless staff...final straw today getting cold toasted sandwich and desert that I wouldn't feed to my dog... Place always empty...shame they don't want to fix it.. such potential.. Why is it so hard to get basics right?

The staff was upbeat and polite. Got a power shake and a sandwich. Quick and easy lunch to grab and walk with.
