This morning, I entered Joe and The Juice. Happy, hungry, and ready for my açai bowl, some might say I was chomping at the bit. Full of glee and anticipation I skipped to the counter and showed my collection order to a solemn man. He shoved a stapled bag towards my face. Thinking of the breakfast that was approaching my tummy, i sprant (literally), bag in hand, from Marylebone to Paddington station. With that same childlike joy, i un-stapled the bag, grin on face. My face dropped. It was the wrong order. I burrowed through the bag for my breakfast, however it was no where to be found. Angry, frustrated and hungry I threw the bag across the platform and angrily marched to pret. Not an açai bowl on site. Just “unicorn tears drinks” and ginger shots. Now i’m hungry and unfulfilled. Thanks Joe and the Juice.

It's worst joe and juice I have ever been to. You find a bunch of kids laughing and busy talking with their friends rather than engaging the customers. The young lady at the till seemed very annoyed when I asked her if it was ok for me to order but They are full of energy when they see their friends coming to visit them.

Walked in this morning while 4 ladies behind the counter all looked like they wanted be anywhere else but there. No acknowledgment, no hello but a lot of attitude when I asked if someone wanted to take my order because while I was waiting for about 2 mins (there was no queue), one of the ladies served a lady behind me so I asked her if this “is where I order” I got a sigh and a “it’s too early to argue with you” So I left while the other 3 ladies just carried on like barely functioning robots. Disappointing from a place where they do very good juices but there does seem a trend where Joe and the Juice hire extremely arrogant and rude staff. Maybe joe and the juice lost a bet at something

I love Joe and the Juice products and despite the mixed reviews this one didn’t disappoint. The wait was quick at around 11:30 on a week day. Staff friendly. I even managed to pick up the wrong order by mistake and they were chill about that. Lots of seating space. Tables could be cleaner (a common problem at this chain). However, their toilets were out of order….

Inhumaine treatment to people with disabilities!!!! I have anemia it means i can faint if i stand and i cannot sit on a stool because it is a small surface area (faint easier) . I ordered coffee and while i waited there to get things ready went to sit on the couch (only surface big enough to help with my anemia). Before i even sit the woman making sandwiches said 'u can't sit there it is closed area'. I say ' i understand , i have anemia i can faint if i stand up it is only until i wait for my things to get ready'. She talks over me , rolls her eyes , literally says ' i do not care, to deal with that , sit on the stool'. I tell her ' i cannot, it also makes me faint bcs of the small surface area '. She does not give me the time of day to hear me and my special needs, interrupts me , with a 'i am not hearing you vibe' type of attitude, talking over me, i felt like garbage, disrespected. Another blonde girl thank god heard me and offered me her sit. Thank God. There were 4 people working, 2 blondes or fair skinned , 1 guy, one darker colored girl (she was the rude one). It is London 2022, this disrespect from employees to 1. Customers 2. Physical disabled people should not have existed. It reflects negatively on the brand, reputation, and customer satisfaction.

Worst joe&juice i came to in London. 10 people work but its like they are only concentrating on deliveries. People that visit have to wait for 20min for 1 coffee. Which is ridiculous with that many staff !!!!

A simple request to lower the volume was received with horror. Staff could be more accommodating, they make you feel that you should go else where. All you want is a comfortable and friendly environment for your morning coffee. Is that to much to ask?

The juice is good, so if you're getting it to-go, great. If you're hanging out, though, and you don't want to feel like you're at a nightclub, good luck. For some reason they need to play loud music, maybe to be heard over the loud drink making machines, so in turn people talk loudly and everything is just...loud. Not a chill environment, which would be much preferred. Also, the bathroom was pretty...unclean, and at some point while we were sitting, having our drinks, an ant found its way onto my shoulder and down my shirt. Where'd that ant come from? (We were sitting nearest one of the food stations, with open things of dates and whatnot, so...).

Always had bad vibes about this place anyway - this past Saturday, at around 2pm, it was quite busy inside and outside... an eastern european man came up to me using an old trick that i wasn't aware of - and stole my phone!!! A barista from indoors told me it happened - later than she should have! And worse - no one helped me in joe and the juice as much as they SHOULD have - the girl i appreciate she told me what happened but she told me too late...she saw it happening and i feel that she came to tell me way too late.....he had already gone and i hadnt realised., and she said that this theft happens there MANY TIMES A WEEK - EVERY WEEK!! This is a disgusting shop - do not give them your money. why have you not alerted customers to be extra careful? My EXPENSIVE phone, and time has been wasted and lost. not to mention - the food and drinks here are extremely over priced and my smoothie tasted mouldy. terrible company, terrible management. the management are to BLAME.

I only came as I had a free voucher, otherwise I would say don't bother! Service is awful despite them having a lot of staff. Yes it was busy but you can still have good service. Not one of them bothered to clean the filthy tables. I saw two separate parties cleaning tables themselves. I sat at a high seat as this was the only reasonably clean table. Music and atmosphere were good. The selection of juices and smoothies are nice too. The Prince of Green with pineapple, cucumber, lemon and ice was very light and refreshing. Healthy too. They show calories on all their products which is useful. Small selection of sweet treats including cakes and muffins as well as savoury items including sandwiches and salads to name a few. Why they let themselves down on bad service and dirty branches is beyond me. Makes me think if their homes are like this!

Had the Joe's Identity juice which was very refreshing and healthy. Pure vegetable juice consisting of kale, cucumber, broccoli and spinach with a hint of lemon. Didn't taste bland and boring like some pure vegetable juices. Low calorie. Pricey but all fresh juices are! The size is big so I can justify this in a way. Although it might be cheaper to make the juice at home! My main issue with Joe & The Juice as per all of their branches is service. I echo the previous reviewers comments. Staff are some of the rudest I have encountered. It is shocking and management don't care. They try to create a 'trendy' atmosphere which is fine but there is trendy, friendly and staff that want to do their job rather than staff who think it's a nightclub with no interest in customers.

Rude staff and not helpful when asking them for help. I went in today and without explaining we were just asked to take a seat and order via the app? Really? Do I need to Download your own app to order a coffee? Of course I left and didn’t stay a minute more but what annoyed me the most is the attitude of the staff, they need to learn simple manners, like please and thank you..? I hope someone senior has seen the failure of this strategy, there are many people that don’t have access to smartphones or they simply don’t know How to scan a QR code and enter the link to order. So Your innovative idea doesn’t serve your customer!

Overpriced "shake" - basically Alpro chocolate milk, blended with ice cubes and half a frozen banana for 5.70. Outrageous and regrettable. You can get an entire meal across the road at Chiptole for 30p more.

We visited the Oxford Street/Regent's one we found extremely dificult to find a place to seat. The coffe is not special, average as the one of other coffe shops (obviusly better that Starburk) Decoration a lot better and good customer service

Pedí comida de aquí ya que estaba en un curso de capacitación cercano para trabajar. Tuve el pato en salsa hoisin wrap. Unas pocas horas después tuve una diarrea terrible, calambres estomacales y temperatura. No fue sino hasta dos días después que sentí ganas de comer otra vez.

Different bagels to choose from, I opted for plain. Liked that I was able to customise my order with ease and no faff - I had the Vegan Cream Cheese Stack, but with regular cream cheese, and tomato instead of avocado. The bagel was toasted and the whole thing was fresh & tasty! Would visit again.

I have tried to book a table here for two weeks now. I have emailed three times and called ten times. Not once have I received anything back. Awful customer service. I had a few questions before I booked, and I was a party of 10. They have lost out on generous tips and money. Will be looking to spend our money elsewhere. If you can't even answer the phone or email god knows how slow, you are as a business when you're in the restaurant. I dread to think.

Please avoid this it is the worst evening I have had out for a long time. The food was way way way below standard. We paid £35 each for a tiny bottle of what was supposed to be Gin but tasted like dishwater...... We waited over 20 mins for a drink and had to ask 3 times to be served!!! It was not the characters fault they tried there best but way substandard offer to customers. the food was terrible a couple of sandwiches with indistinguishable contents and the cakes were even worse. I am sure they cannot continue to advertise this and get away with charging so much.......

Great food and service and reasonably priced. Very clean inside. The card machine was broken and air conditioning didn't work otherwise a 5!
