Waffles look like they’re covered in some slimy cum, super sweet and sickly, I took a bite and had to spit out or else I’d puke, really terrible the beef one and chicken and plantin were VILE. 6 minutes away by car, 1 and a half hours since I ordered and has not arrived. Called once to hear “Why did you pick up” where he told me his driver (private driver btw so no tracking) was Indian and would be on the way. Never arrived, now he won’t pickup. Dipped into overdraft for nothing to arrive and now I have to beg justeat for a refund, shambles. Avoid this dropship food place, it seems british manners aren’t in the room.

Nothing against the owner I understand you have to run a business but it gets to a point where you’re taking the p***. The waffle wasn’t cooked and the strawberries were canned. The peri peri wings wernt even wings or peri peri. How can you serve drumsticks with sour cream sauce on and claim it to be peri peri wings.. is this some sort of a joke? It’s not even adding up I genuinely don’t understand how you can mess up this bad. Atleast cook the waffle and use real strawberries? Even with the Oreo milkshake. How do you expect me to drink an Oreo milkshake without a straw. The only thing from the entire meal that was edible were the peri peri chips. Maybe it’s because I ordered at 1am and it was a rush but even in that case I don’t understand how you can serve food this low quality it’s frustrating because that’s £20 gone and I still have to order from somewhere else. I’m a forgiving person so maybe you just got it wrong this time but if this is a regular thing you need to step your game up.

Apple crumble and custard absolutely disgusting, specifically asked for it to be served hot they sent me ice cold apple crumble and custard. Paid for extra custard I got a tiny portion. Last time ordering from here. Apple crumble also taste disgusting and old

I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. Their Burger, deserts and milkshake is very delicious. Their service is very good and the staff is also really friendly. Highly recommend!

Extremely inconsistent food quality and they know exactly what they’re doing tbh. Don’t spend your money here. First couple of deliveries had no issues, food was great then all of a sudden they just started leaving things out in my order or they’ll give me a completely different item. They pick and choose when they want to give you extra cheese or sauce even though you pay for the add on. My past 3 orders I’ve received no extra cheese or sauce. One time they completely left the plantain out the sandwich. Todays order they gave me the tiniest plantain pieces I thought they had left it out again. I had also ordered 2 marble cakes and received 2 banana cakes w/custard instead. I hate bananas. Won’t get another dime out of me but their competitors can x Also ain’t it funny how the good reviews are from a particular demographic in comparison to that of the bad reviews. Just an observation.

Absolutely terrible costumer service never answers the phone and when delivered there is always a missing item And then when I called to find out why my waffle sandwich was missing proceeded to text back ok and do nothing about the missing item

Just terrible chicken was undercooked throught the batter. The waffle batter was smothered with nutmeg made me sick to my stomach do not order from here

I've never been so angry with a shop in my life. Why are u lot never open. I think about these waffles every couple days also can u open a bit earlier so I can have brunch. The food is too delicious and the best waffle I've ever tasted and my friend has a soul food restaurant.
