Jenny's Cafe in Dudley

We ordered our breakfast and before I even finished my sentence the young lady told me the price! we sat down and waited for our breakfast which came but my wife used the brown sauce not realising it was mixed with what we think was vinegar but can’t be sure but anyway it spoilt her breakfast. I had mine and it was just a waste of £14 for both as the sausage was horrible tasting and the bacon was just fat and everything wasnt hot which was annoying. The only thing that was nice was the tea but the young lady worker came over and said have I finished with my tea when i was still holding the cup!!!! I just said yes and we left. There was only 2 other people in there so I haven’t a clue why she tried to clear our table. Not only do they need to sort there staff and food they also need to keep the entrance door shut as theres a bus stop right outside and all you can smell is the bus fumes whilst its out side the shop. Will not be going there again

I have been in twice,with the latest owners. Both times,the owner(male) has tried to overcharge me. The place is rarely busy-probably because word has gone round that he's a dishonest bloke!!. Otherwise, the food was fine. Moral is-don't rip the customers off,+maybe you'll get a few more!!!

A rare unique taste that can be felt with every bite, Asians and Indians, especially Punjabi can taste here chicken curry, that is scrumptious, also got a treat after praising the food

DISGUSTING AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Asked for well done bacon (as I’m pregnant) and it wasn’t even cooked at all. I rang the shop and the man on the phone was so rude and vile he put down the phone then kept putting the phone down. This business needs closing down for GOOD! Generally the worst cafe I have ever been too and the staff are ever so rude!!!!! Don’t waste your time or money here

Very friendly and welcoming staff my dads used this cafe for a few years

Apparently this is well done bacon. When I went into the shop to speak to him about it and tried to take another picture, he snatched it off me but I already took a picture of it before 😊. Very disgusting customer service, unprofessional

Very friendly staff food always good cooked and served fresh for you. They are very lovely people who run it and care about their customers. They look after them(especially my Dad) thanks your kind words to him are appreciated. Definitely give this place a go if you are passing

Looking forward to a nice piece of carrot cake, cake came out microwaved piping hot. All filling of cream cheese melted onto plate, thought it was custard at first. Looked awful and cake was dry because all filling on plate. Very Disappointed.

Clean cafe, but very expensive. I ordered a large vegetarian breakfast which was more like a small. Portion sizes are small & they charge too much

At Jenny's cafe we were given a warm welcome. Very friendly atmosphere. Live Gospel music was played as people ate and drank their coffee. Good food. Comfortable seating areas.

Ordered the Mega breakfast and it was as described. There were 4 of us and everyone enjoyed what they ate. Highly recommend!

My experience at Jenny’s was sure one to remember .. for all the wrong reasons. The overall hygiene of the shop seemed dismal. I ordered a latte and pooches eggs on toast not too hard to get right. How I was wrong the eggs were under cooked and the toast was soggy. Overall the experience for me was not great at all. Good job the company I was with made up for it! Would not advise rushing down to Jenny’s any time soon!

If you're thinking of going to jenny's I'd advise against it. The establishment was dirty, my order was also served with dirty utensils. My glass was also chipped which could of been a health hazard. Everything was cooked through a microwave. My cheese on toast wasn't toasted. The cheese was sickly and runny. I had scrambled eggs which was drenched in milk n wet . My hash browns was still frozen in the middle. My milkshake still had a powder solution at the bottom. The overall standard was just poor and not what you expect of any establishment! Especially when charging premium price. The hygiene standards left me feeling infected.

Gorgeous food, great prices too. Coffee and hot choc about £2 each, definitely the best cafe in town.

Came here this morning for my breakfast as i work very close to this place. Must say wasn't very impressed, i had a 'big breakfast' which cost £4.50 and couldn't eat half of it! The mushrooms tasted very strange and not fresh, bacon wasn't crispy and was fatty, toast had gone soggy, egg wasn't runny :( Also they forgot to give me my tea/coffee!

After reading reviews for Jenny's cafe decided to visit with my elderly mum & sisters we ordered panini, but did not come as expected more like a baquet very hard for my mum .we had cheese & onion but to be honest couldn't find the cheese just raw onions ,endless to say wont be returning very disappointed.

By far the best cafe in Brierley Hill. Had a first class full English breakfast, served by very friendly staff. They made us feel very welcome. The cleanliness of the cafe was immaculate. The toilet facility is suitable for disabled customers and has baby changing facilities as well. I will definitely be recommending this establishment to all my family and friends.

Whenever you visit jenny's lt is loke gathering with family. You are onl;y a stranger once and thereafter you are welcomed by friendly staff and served efficiently.

Called in on a bank holiday. All great except a woman with black hair seemed to be panicking and cleared our table as one person was still eating. Good fresh food but points removed because of above

Jenny always greets us with a smile and a warm welcome. I am a regular to the café and have been for the past 2 years. Never have I been unsatisfied with the service or the food.

Always a friendly smile awaits you when you are getting served, they wait on you even if it's only a coffee. The breakfast is good value and excellent quality. Always go there when in Brierley Hill, well worth a visit for breakfast or lunch or even a snack.

There's a lot of choice in this place and it's presented nicely. The prices for things aren't exactly cheap but there are deals and offers that you can have to have a better priced meal. Nice and friendly atmosphere and nice service too.

The best thing about this place is the cleaner. For the price of 1 hot chocolate I could buy a jar at the shop up the road. Plenty of other places to go in town. I use the brierley sausage now and can't fault the place. My advice is to steer clear.

Nice Café with friendly staff who make a fuss. Food is always cooked fresh. Nice large cups of tea too
