Staff welcoming dining area well kept and food tasty. The only down side was the male toilets they smelt like never experienced. Only go back if these changed.

Lovely pub and staff are amazing

Went here again recently, fantastic vibe and delicious food and the service from Mike was brilliant, really went out of his way to make sure we were happy. I don't usually do reviews but felt he deserved a shoutout. The place wouldn't be the the same without him.

What a lovely, friendly atmosphere we received by staff member Claire (I think was her name). I met with friends and enjoyed a natter and food. Staff couldn’t do enough to accommodate us after I wanted a tweak to my desired meal. We will be back in a few weeks to repeat the process all over again. Fabulous service

What a lovely pub this is! Amazing food, an extensive choice of drink options both soft drinks and alcoholic, and amazing service from everyone, especially from Tammy who we had the pleasure of speaking to a few times during our time at the pub. Great Brunch I had chose the 8oz Smothered Steak Sizzler it was such a good meal, and Tammy the lady who served me made my experience more memorable such a great personality. Will definitely be returning to this one !

We go here every week for Sunday lunch because it’s local and the food is lovely too but the staff really do make our visits lovely especially Claire who is amazing and works so hard but always finds the time to have a quick chat with us even though she’s normally rushed off her feet. Thank you Claire. All the staff are so friendly nothing is ever too much trouble I love that I can have extra gravy on my Sunday Lunch and I can have horseradish with my beef. The food is lovely and such good value too. My dad used to love his weekly visits to the Hungry Oss as he used to call it. Sadly he passed away last year but he would be so happy to know we were still visiting. Always a friendly greeting staff especially Emma tonight. Pleasant staff behind the bar taking the order. Food arrived quickly and always large portions for the price. Never had a bad experience here with staff or food.

Not one to usually leave reviews but felt that the team at the Bramford went above and beyond on my visit and the 5 stars is a very accurate reflection of the service they provide. Me and my wife's new favourite spot to come to after work or for a drink on the weekend. Would recommend highly if you live in the area or are visiting it.

Amazing hot food and great service

New year family get together. I been using the pub for a good year now. Started as popping in for a beer to see an old friend. Then to now bringing my family for a new years get together. The place never disappoints. The food is fantastic for the price and the service is good too. You can see the difference coming in to January as there was only 2 members of staff on. But they looked after us and made sure everything was great. Keep up the good work

We have been going here for years, This time was our last, The meals where absolutely disgusting, jerk chicken was over cooked and bland, tandoor chicken was like a child's portion, and the 3rd meal was not the one we ordered. No wonder the place was empty. Needs new management

Breakfast was wonderful, the best had in a long time, all staff and manager couldn't do enough to make sure visit ran smoothly

We we re served promptly and our table was ready for us. Our meals we re really lvly as they always are. The only one thing ws at the time of the visit we we re unable to have puddings as work was being done. It was nt a problem and the gentleman couldn't apologise enough.

Recently, I went back to Bramford, and what a stark difference in the service and food quality. Very, very poor had to revise the previously good review. The service was terrible and had to leave earlier than expected. It felt like they lied to me about table availability just to be difficult and awkward.

We ate here as a large family group (17) using their Xmas menu. The menu was really good, lots of variety. The meals needed pre ordering whixh was fine but others in the group found the ordering to be a bit tricky online, we also couldn’t access the order to remind others what they had ordered which was a shame and d the only reason this isn’t 5*! The food came quick. The portions were generous and it was all really nice. The staff were all friendly and attentive and the pub was decorated lively for Xmas. We will definitely return and I think the members of the family who’ve not eaten there before will too. Plenty of car parking.

We whent to breakfast with Santa this morning 21/12/24. All staff were wonderful, Santa took time with all the children, Staff were really wonderful and the Breakfast was to die for, the best we have had for at least 18 months. Will certainly be checking to see if Breakfast is available every weekend after New Year. I am a widow and treated my grandchildren and their mom. could not fault anything I certainly felt comfortable enough to go and eat breakfast alone. Very welcoming.

Food was okay nothing to brag about, we had the Christmas menu and ordered christmas dinner, turkey was dry and the roast potatoes looked like they were still froze. Everything else was decent, they didn't sit us in the dining area, they sat us in the bar area which I thought was wrong as we paid a deposit to ensure we was in the dining area. Service was absolutely awful took them over half an hour to bring our food and when they did they didn't bring it out all at once which personally I think it should be bought all out together. We waited a while for them to collect our plates and our deserts took ages to come out to us, we eneded up having to ask a waitress where they were, they also came out staggered and when the christmas fudge cake came out it wasn't prepared properly so had ti send it back which meant waiting even longer. The atmosphere was vile, they had a quiz on not sure why you would put that on whilst people are still eating, it was a racket.There was a group of people, regulars from what we could gather making a mess, being extremely loud in the bar area and knocking chairs over. The glasses were very dirty, looked like they hadnt been washed, lipstick marks and grease marks up them. Will not be returning not the greatest experience.

I brought my son this morning to see Santa so glad I did. Santa was so lovely with my little boy, and took time to chat with him and gave him a present. Breakfast was lovely too. My son had pancakes and I had a full breakfast with a strong coffee made by Ellis which is what I really needed. Defo recommended coming to see Santa here.

As a large party they accommodated us well. Out meals came out without much wait and the karaoke gave great entertainment. Our server Emma was really helpful and polite. Down side was that they could have done with more staff on the bar as only one serving and there was a long wait at times.

Full Monty mixed grill is gradually getting worse on each visit The ingredients are noticeably cheaper and taste to match Portion size has significantly been reduced but prices have gone up All this over a 9 month period so its not a one off We will not be using this chain of pubs in future food good service

Visited the Bramford arms this afternoon (Thursday ) for some lunch with the family and was greeted with a huge smile by Alex. She was very welcoming, asked about allergens and made us feel very welcomed. Was served a lovely steak cooked by daz to perfection. Service spot on, we will definitely be returning

Went down to join in the kids Halloween arts and crafts. They made every child welcome and even went out there way to the children sat down in the restrant to make sure they felt involved. We also had some food while we were here. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Really enjoyed the day. Thanks to the staff for making it memorable.

Halloween half term. We came for the children's disco which was amazing the children really had fun with the team the decided to pop in for the craft afternoon with Gemma, she was great all the kids had a ball colouring making masks and playing party games.

Haven't eaten here in a long time if like to complaint Daz on the food Gammon was absolutely beautiful very juicy and tender my friend had the rump steak cooked perfectly medium well.. food came out quickly and hot Service my friend was told to get out own condiments bit bad I thought But staff was friendly enough Atmosphere was okay but they had a quiz night so was quite loud but that was okay I've had to give a overall 4*as the ladies toilets are disgraceful broken seat dirty seat in another window needs one hell of a clean and the floor was not as bad but needs a good scrub especially around the edges

Food was mouthwatering. 2 of us had steak off the mix it up. The steak was full of flavour and tender, and the chips/ frise were freshly cooked. The other member of the party had the gammon off the mix it up again, everything was perfect 👌. The team are very welcoming as well. Waited over 40mins for food chicken was black brused 2nd lot of sosauge what came out was like the 1st two like rubber and over cooked then two stakes like a black brick aswell as food being cold it was a disgrace.

Awful service, couldn’t seem to make a drink properly and had to take it back twice (iced caramel latte originally came warm then came back with one piece of ice floating in it), food was cold and half the meal wasn’t as described. i’m not picky and don’t mind that it’s busy but i wouldn’t recommend

Long wait for the food & drinks to come out, when I enquired where the drinks were told they will be out shortly but there’s only one person on the bar.. When the food came out although tasty the portions where very small and cups on the burger were cold, won’t be returning to the Branford Arms anytime soon

Since my last visit, there's been a change of management. The standard is back to the level of local expectation. Well done, keep it up. We're regulars again.... excellent. Previously: We've been going to the Bramford Arms for over 12 years and the food has always been excellent. I was surprised when we went today and the restaurant was very quiet. Sadly, the food was poor, I wouldn't serve that standard to anyone. Seems to be no passion in the kitchen anymore. People vote with their feet, I won't be rushing back until it improves a lot, like the rest of the missing customers. Hope it gets better soon.

If we were informed there would have been a 70 min wait for our meal we would have gone elsewhere. Food was ok kids charging up and down spoilt the occasion.

Really lovely place for lunch. We took 6 kids between 3 adults and the staff were so lovely and friendly. Thank you Ryan and Lindsey for being so accommodating and friendly.

Had Sunday lunch here last weekend and when it arrived, there was a meal missing due to an error at the till when ordering. The server, a lovely lady named Lindsey, did everything to get us the missing dinner, and correct side order too. Whilst our initial issue was disappointing, the way Lindsey went above and beyond to satisfy our order, was amazing, and she is a huge credit to the pub!

Excellent service from start to finish, welcoming staff at the bar, great menu choice and very good prices. I have to say Claire is a credit to you. She worked non stop clearing tables and regularly asked if we were ok and did we need anything else needless to say we ordered more drinks.

We booked a table to celebrate our 25th anniversary here. It's the place we met so it was fitting. Their were four of us and we ordered 2 half chickens with chips, one with salad, the other with onion rings. Also we had a large fish and chips and chicken strips with sweet potato chips and onion rings. When the food arrived it was freshly cooked and piping hot. We all thought the food was fantastic. The barman was very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him or the waitress serving from the kitchen. We later had 2 apple and berry crumbles with custard, a mini millionaire brownie and chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ice cream. Yummy. Needless to say we were totally stuffed when we left. The food was all fairly priced. What a great afternoon. Both of our teen daughters are disabled. One with autism, the other has arthritis and they found access and the atmosphere great. Thank you to the staff for looking after us. Here's to next time.

Great pub which served as the best place locally within Gornal to watch the Euros 2024 tournament matches. Didn't eat food but the bar service was great and the overall atmosphere was also electric.
