Long wait for the food & drinks to come out, when I enquired where the drinks were told they will be out shortly but there’s only one person on the bar.. When the food came out although tasty the portions where very small and cups on the burger were cold, won’t be returning to the Branford Arms anytime soon

Food was lovely. Staff are really friendly. Had amazing service of everyone on shift tonight thank you for another fun quiz night. So much choice on the menu loads to try. Will definitely be back next Thursday 😃

Great night out with friends. Food is lovely and the staff are always friendly and helpful (especially clare). Came along for quiz night (Thursday nights from 7.30pm).

Had Sunday lunch here last weekend and when it arrived, there was a meal missing due to an error at the till when ordering. The server, a lovely lady named Lindsey, did everything to get us the missing dinner, and correct side order too. Whilst our initial issue was disappointing, the way Lindsey went above and beyond to satisfy our order, was amazing, and she is a huge credit to the pub!

Excellent service from start to finish, welcoming staff at the bar, great menu choice and very good prices. I have to say Claire is a credit to you. She worked non stop clearing tables and regularly asked if we were ok and did we need anything else needless to say we ordered more drinks.

We booked a table to celebrate our 25th anniversary here. It's the place we met so it was fitting. Their were four of us and we ordered 2 half chickens with chips, one with salad, the other with onion rings. Also we had a large fish and chips and chicken strips with sweet potato chips and onion rings. When the food arrived it was freshly cooked and piping hot. We all thought the food was fantastic. The barman was very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him or the waitress serving from the kitchen. We later had 2 apple and berry crumbles with custard, a mini millionaire brownie and chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ice cream. Yummy. Needless to say we were totally stuffed when we left. The food was all fairly priced. What a great afternoon. Both of our teen daughters are disabled. One with autism, the other has arthritis and they found access and the atmosphere great. Thank you to the staff for looking after us. Here's to next time.

Great pub which served as the best place locally within Gornal to watch the Euros 2024 tournament matches. Didn't eat food but the bar service was great and the overall atmosphere was also electric.

We were there for a breakfast so it was too quiet to accurately comment on atmosphere. I had a gluten free breakfast which was a little disappointing to previous visits in amount. Service was a tad slow with much arranging or chairs to different tables..a few folk in for the footy but not a big crowd at the time..still worth a visit

We decided to pop out for brunch , there was a Mcmillan event on the car park , with some amazing stalls selling some amazing things .Lindsey & Emma where amazing , very friendly, smiling and very helpful , big shout out to them both , our food was amazing thanks to the chef's in the kitchen we had a great time , we shall be returning very soon .

Popped by on a sunny afternoon, there was a charity carboot sale. Having a walk around and speaking to some of the stall owners it was an amazing community day with some amazing local business on show. The staff on duty were lovely Al though I cannot remember their names 3 ladies very welcoming. Keep up the good work

First time for lunch today at hungry horse pub ,made very welcome straight away,plenty of seating available, very comfortable, service from Claire waitress, Alex barmaid, and Adam the chef absolutely fantastic, steak meal, New York combo, and burger meal absolutely delicious and well be bk soon this pub gets a 5 star review from us

Tremendous food at fantastic prices. The staff were excellent. Had not been for a while, went back after a recommendation. It was well worth it.

We visited on Thursday May 23rd for a family occasion. The service we received from Claire & Aiden was first class. The attentiveness and overall service was great. The food was great and delivered in a timely manner with no issues. Overall a great visit and special thanks to Claire and Aiden.

Always a friendly greeting. Despite the quiz night being on we got a table. Quick pleasant staff behind the bar taking the order. Food arrived quickly and always large portions for the price. Never had a bad experience here with staff or food.

Recently, I went back to Bramford, and what a stark difference in the service and food quality. Very, very poor had to revise the previously good review. The service was terrible and had to leave earlier than expected. It felt like they lied to me about table availability just to be difficult and awkward.

Called in for a quick lunch on Tuesday afternoon. Service was quick , food was served hot and my salad was really fresh and gammon cooked to perfection .

The five star are for the 2 staff Haden Kyle they work so hard to much for 2 staff .We had a nice meal and cannot belive 2 boys working that hard .Try to clean tables and serve food it was so busy .Them boys need to be recognised for the hard work they do tonight

Dropped in on spec. and the bar area was quite busy. Luckily a table was vacant and we sat down and ordered drinks and food using the app. Service was great, drinks arrived, then food arrived within a reasonable time. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals/drinks and left very pleased.

Great choice of food at good prices and staff who gave the impression they would like you to come back, a rare thing these days. The decor could do with some tidying up but overall, well satisfied. The Mexican pasta salad was great but the salmon fillet was a bit overcooked.

I'm here representing The Firs Carehome in Sedgley with 7 of our residents,and we all agree that the meal is beautifull and a very good price, the staff really make us welcome and can't do enough for us. Thankyou to Alex for making us very welcome. Keep up the great work everyone 5* all the way.

The Bramford is my local even though I live mostly in Devon we spend a lot of time up in Dudley and always enjoy bringing the kids for a bite to eat, we also enjoy a few drinks and watching the live sport on the big screens. I always feel relaxed when we visit as the staff are great, especially Claire who always has a smile for everyone. My favourite place for a few drinks and the kids favourite place for a huge slice of chocolate fudge cake!

I visit the Bramford regularly on trips up from Devon with my children and always have a lovely relaxed experience. We use our club card vouchers towards food and even without them there are great daily deals that make eating out affordable. The staff are great and always greet us with a smile especially Wayne who always remembers our favourite drinks. Highly recommend.

Had a wonderful lunch today the chicken and bacon baguette was lovely my mom and grandad daughter had chicken burger with gravy and really enjoyed it. Thank you to Gemma for looking after use the chef daz for a lovely meal

Sorry to be negative but we were very disappointed with our visit. It wasn't very busy, but we had to wait 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Then it was neither warm or as described on the Menu. A waitress said she would ask the manager to have a word with us about the situation, but he never came to talk to us about it. Very disappointed.

Had a lovely meal here today with my mom, we pre-booked a table online. We were early but, we were able to be seated. You order your food and drinks at the bar and pay at the same time, there was an amazing choice of food. My mom and I both had the "Classic Chicken New York" which was a breast of chicken smooothered in cheese, bacon and bbq sauce, it came with fries, onion rings and peas. It was delicious 😋 for our drinks we both had a "Moctail Raspberry Refresher" this was apple juice and raspberry juice which was topped up with lemonade.The pub was spotlessly clean and the atmosphere was lovely my mom and i went at two in the afternoon but tbh it was still quite busy. The meals were off the Monday-Friday speacial menu two meals for £11:49 with the two "Mocktails" The total price was £17:95 which I think is great for a meal out for two. Great place and my mom and I really enjoyed ourselves. There was also plenty room for parking. Thank you to all the staff at "The Bramford Arms" 😍

Ordered chicken jalcrazy ,paid extra for bigger one ,when it came it was black and shrivelled up also the onion bargis were burnt ,we complained and the waiter said they've all been coming in like that recently I don't know why ,it's something we need...

Food that was cooked actually tasted very nice. But unfortunately my husband’s chicken wasn't cooked on the underneath. We didn’t make it a big issue on the night, mistakes happenn. The waitress kindly refunded his meal. Fast forward 9 days he was very poorly with...

Went in for a special meal & was highly disappointed to say the least!! Two of my party ordered the Steak & ale pie with chips & peas & I ordered the mega mixed grill. The pies were ok as were the chips, but the peas were cold on both of those meals. My mega mixed grill was a disaster. Both the sausages were only barely cooked on one side, with the other side totally raw!! The chicken breasts were just, & I only say “just” cooked, 1 along with the sausages had to be sent back. The steak I ordered rare was cooked ok, but was very cold as were my peas!! The steak was very small & consisted mostly of gristle. I was offered a replacement meal, but that would have meant waiting longer ( already waited 35/40) and eating whilst the other members of my party waiting on me, not ideal. The waitress was apologetic as was the barmaid & I only got charged for to two meals the other party ate (min requirement in my opinion).. the barmaid also omitted the cost of the round of drinks (3pints). The chef ( I used that term lightly) needs a lesson on how to prepare meals that are cooked & ready to serve when hot, as it’s completely obvious that certain parts of the meals were plated and had sat waiting for the other components of the meal to be prepared, I would say cooked, but that’s an incorrect term as most of the meal wasn’t. I would not recommend eating here at all, as the meal was a wright off!! I went home & had to satisfy myself with a sandwich. As I said at the beginning of this statement, this was supposed to be a celebratory meal. Unfortunately I didn’t take any photos as the meal was removed before I could attempt to take any.

So lets start with the positives. 1.Place was very clean 2. Staff was very pleasant and helpful 3. The food was tasty especially the sausage. 4. Coffee was sooooo good Now for the not so positives (my personal opinion) We had the full English breakfast 1.The eggs were swimming in oil 2.Next time I will ask for the mushrooms to be well done as they seem to have literally been in the pan for a minute. 3. Needed to add ketchup to the beans as they were dry 4. Finally it was all just warm not hot.
