Halloween half term. We came for the children's disco which was amazing the children really had fun with the team the decided to pop in for the craft afternoon with Gemma, she was great all the kids had a ball colouring making masks and playing party games.

Great night at quiz night, Thursdays 7.30pm start. Good food, great atmosphere and lovely staff

Food was mouthwatering. 2 of us had steak off the mix it up. The steak was full of flavour and tender, and the chips/ frise were freshly cooked. The other member of the party had the gammon off the mix it up again, everything was perfect 👌. The team are very welcoming as well. Thanks, guys, for a lovely meal and a lovely evening 😊 I am looking forward to returning 😀

Waited over 40mins for food chicken was black brused 2nd lot of sosauge what came out was like the 1st two like rubber and over cooked then two stakes like a black brick aswell as food being cold it was a disgrace.

Awful service, couldn’t seem to make a drink properly and had to take it back twice (iced caramel latte originally came warm then came back with one piece of ice floating in it), food was cold and half the meal wasn’t as described. i’m not picky and don’t mind that it’s busy but i wouldn’t recommend

Long wait for the food & drinks to come out, when I enquired where the drinks were told they will be out shortly but there’s only one person on the bar.. When the food came out although tasty the portions where very small and cups on the burger were cold, won’t be returning to the Branford Arms anytime soon

Since my last visit, there's been a change of management. The standard is back to the level of local expectation. Well done, keep it up. We're regulars again.... excellent. Previously: We've been going to the Bramford Arms for over 12 years and the food has always been excellent. I was surprised when we went today and the restaurant was very quiet. Sadly, the food was poor, I wouldn't serve that standard to anyone. Seems to be no passion in the kitchen anymore. People vote with their feet, I won't be rushing back until it improves a lot, like the rest of the missing customers. Hope it gets better soon.

Great night out with friends. Food is lovely and the staff are always friendly and helpful (especially clare). Came along for quiz night (Thursday nights from 7.30pm).

If we were informed there would have been a 70 min wait for our meal we would have gone elsewhere. Food was ok kids charging up and down spoilt the occasion.

Really lovely place for lunch. We took 6 kids between 3 adults and the staff were so lovely and friendly. Thank you Ryan and Lindsey for being so accommodating and friendly.

Had Sunday lunch here last weekend and when it arrived, there was a meal missing due to an error at the till when ordering. The server, a lovely lady named Lindsey, did everything to get us the missing dinner, and correct side order too. Whilst our initial issue was disappointing, the way Lindsey went above and beyond to satisfy our order, was amazing, and she is a huge credit to the pub!

Excellent service from start to finish, welcoming staff at the bar, great menu choice and very good prices. I have to say Claire is a credit to you. She worked non stop clearing tables and regularly asked if we were ok and did we need anything else needless to say we ordered more drinks.

We booked a table to celebrate our 25th anniversary here. It's the place we met so it was fitting. Their were four of us and we ordered 2 half chickens with chips, one with salad, the other with onion rings. Also we had a large fish and chips and chicken strips with sweet potato chips and onion rings. When the food arrived it was freshly cooked and piping hot. We all thought the food was fantastic. The barman was very pleasant and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him or the waitress serving from the kitchen. We later had 2 apple and berry crumbles with custard, a mini millionaire brownie and chocolate fudge cake with chocolate ice cream. Yummy. Needless to say we were totally stuffed when we left. The food was all fairly priced. What a great afternoon. Both of our teen daughters are disabled. One with autism, the other has arthritis and they found access and the atmosphere great. Thank you to the staff for looking after us. Here's to next time.

Great pub which served as the best place locally within Gornal to watch the Euros 2024 tournament matches. Didn't eat food but the bar service was great and the overall atmosphere was also electric.

We were there for a breakfast so it was too quiet to accurately comment on atmosphere. I had a gluten free breakfast which was a little disappointing to previous visits in amount. Service was a tad slow with much arranging or chairs to different tables..a few folk in for the footy but not a big crowd at the time..still worth a visit

Popped by on a sunny afternoon, there was a charity carboot sale. Having a walk around and speaking to some of the stall owners it was an amazing community day with some amazing local business on show. The staff on duty were lovely Al though I cannot remember their names 3 ladies very welcoming. Keep up the good work

We decided to pop out for brunch , there was a Mcmillan event on the car park , with some amazing stalls selling some amazing things .Lindsey & Emma where amazing , very friendly, smiling and very helpful , big shout out to them both , our food was amazing thanks to the chef's in the kitchen we had a great time , we shall be returning very soon .

Always a friendly greeting. Despite the quiz night being on we got a table. Quick pleasant staff behind the bar taking the order. Food arrived quickly and always large portions for the price. Never had a bad experience here with staff or food.

Recently, I went back to Bramford, and what a stark difference in the service and food quality. Very, very poor had to revise the previously good review. The service was terrible and had to leave earlier than expected. It felt like they lied to me about table availability just to be difficult and awkward.

Called in for a quick lunch on Tuesday afternoon. Service was quick , food was served hot and my salad was really fresh and gammon cooked to perfection .

The five star are for the 2 staff Haden Kyle they work so hard to much for 2 staff .We had a nice meal and cannot belive 2 boys working that hard .Try to clean tables and serve food it was so busy .Them boys need to be recognised for the hard work they do tonight

Dropped in on spec. and the bar area was quite busy. Luckily a table was vacant and we sat down and ordered drinks and food using the app. Service was great, drinks arrived, then food arrived within a reasonable time. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals/drinks and left very pleased.

Great choice of food at good prices and staff who gave the impression they would like you to come back, a rare thing these days. The decor could do with some tidying up but overall, well satisfied. The Mexican pasta salad was great but the salmon fillet was a bit overcooked.

I visit the Bramford regularly on trips up from Devon with my children and always have a lovely relaxed experience. We use our club card vouchers towards food and even without them there are great daily deals that make eating out affordable. The staff are great and always greet us with a smile especially Wayne who always remembers our favourite drinks. Highly recommend.

The Bramford is my local even though I live mostly in Devon we spend a lot of time up in Dudley and always enjoy bringing the kids for a bite to eat, we also enjoy a few drinks and watching the live sport on the big screens. I always feel relaxed when we visit as the staff are great, especially Claire who always has a smile for everyone. My favourite place for a few drinks and the kids favourite place for a huge slice of chocolate fudge cake!

We are local and have been drinking and eating here regularly. Nice and easy, cheap pub food with a good service. Today served by Claire, billiant as always.

Sorry to be negative but we were very disappointed with our visit. It wasn't very busy, but we had to wait 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Then it was neither warm or as described on the Menu. A waitress said she would ask the manager to have a word with us about the situation, but he never came to talk to us about it. Very disappointed.

Had a lovely meal here today with my mom, we pre-booked a table online. We were early but, we were able to be seated. You order your food and drinks at the bar and pay at the same time, there was an amazing choice of food. My mom and I both had the "Classic Chicken New York" which was a breast of chicken smooothered in cheese, bacon and bbq sauce, it came with fries, onion rings and peas. It was delicious 😋 for our drinks we both had a "Moctail Raspberry Refresher" this was apple juice and raspberry juice which was topped up with lemonade.The pub was spotlessly clean and the atmosphere was lovely my mom and i went at two in the afternoon but tbh it was still quite busy. The meals were off the Monday-Friday speacial menu two meals for £11:49 with the two "Mocktails" The total price was £17:95 which I think is great for a meal out for two. Great place and my mom and I really enjoyed ourselves. There was also plenty room for parking. Thank you to all the staff at "The Bramford Arms" 😍
