Came in as a group and had the best time ! Everything was up to standards and the staff were fab big thanks to Justine and Tia for their amazing quick Service and making sure we were okay. Will definitely be returning 😃

I needed somewhere to work from for the day and I found a perfect spot with the Old White Horse. I had an instant welcome as soon as I walked in by Jenson and Tim, and was shown a lovely comfy, quiet table with a socket close by for my laptop. The lunch I ordered arrived quick and was super tasty. If you need a change of scenery then I can't recommend this pub enough, and the team will really look after you.

Four of us had a very nice dinner at The Old White Horse on Saturday 7 December. The staff were all lovely and friendly, the atmosphere was warm and Christmassy and the food and drink was good.

This is our local pub, we always come here, great service, friendly staff ,all round great place! Today we had booked a table for 4pm for some food, when we arrived we were shown to our table and given a lovely clean high chair for our little one, we went to the bar to order food. Sadly when we went to order food we were Informed that there was at least an hour and a half wait for food, they had a big table come in and there was a backlog, very apologetic staff and we totally understood, however still not really happy, such a shame really for a place we go to a lot and have never had an issue. We decided just to have a bev and grab a takeaway on the way home, they really were run off their feet however, a walk in table of large numbers should not take priority over a booked table. Gutted!!!!

Food is second to none, very tasty indeed, and the staff and chefs are on another level of excellence, always happy and tonight were singing Christmas carols and enjoying their jobs so we'll done to jeanie, Heather, mikey and tom and the rest of staff too. Thanks mike

Came for lunch even tho there was 50% off and very busy food came quick and presented lovely .. beef rib and Mac cheese odd combination but delicious... Once again we left full and happy .. we were told our chef was Carl absolutely well done .. Justine our waitress always happy for a chat and very knowledgeable and Jeannie on bar .. thank you made our lunch the 3 of you

1st time visit, very busy told an hour wait for food, which was fine as open fire and noce atmosphere. Food arrived in 20 mins. Really nice food. Must compliment waitress Anna, excellent asset to the business. Very friendly, customer service 2nd to none.

Came in for a family meal using the 50% off main meals Black Friday deal. The service was impeccable from heather, Justine and jeanie. All of our 5 meals were cooked to perfection. Well worth the wait. Thank you Carl, Xee and Jackie H for the food, couldn’t ask for more from you. And let’s not forget the stunning glass collector Grace.

me and my family came into the old white horse for some lunch and me and my family were served by a wonderful waitress named Tia, she was very accommodating and was making sure me and my family was okay during our meal, definitely will be revisiting!

Came in for a family meal and tried out their new festive menu. The festive burgers were stunning. Our servers Lucy and Ryan were helpful and kind. And the chefs xee and Thalia and Mikey cooked perfection on a plate. Definitely recommend!

This place is still an over priced marstons isnt it. Ultimate burger with greasy meat, Tandoori curry with dry chicken ice-cream lol and 3 drinks for 48 quid. Wouldn't pay more than 25. Last time comin

Had a lovely evening with friends we did have a wait due to the volume of customers which was nice to see, we didn't mind as we were having a good chat, they did seem quite under staffed I don't envy them I worked a long time in a busy restaurant so I know what it's like but we'll done to all staff we will be returning

Food looked amazing, but I didn't eat on this occasion. Staff very friendly and helpful and atmosphere was calm and relaxed, however... The only issue is that it appeared that members of staff were having either supervisions or appraisals being completed sat out on the pub/restaurant floor in full view and close proximity to the customers. Felt this was really unprofessional and inappropriate. Those type of meetings should have been done privately and away from the paying public it didn't sit well with me and did make me and my party feel uneasy.

came in on thursday 10 october. grace was soo good! They had a 40% discount on and the restaurant was full to the brim. grace was helpful and chatty and made the experience worth it

Good service and great food choice

Tim and his team were fantastic. We had a halloumi wrap and sticky chicken starter between us and our daughter had chicken nuggets, chips and peas. All very tasty! Would highly recommend!! Tim very friendly and couldn’t have been more accommodating. We will certainly be back soon.

SANTA 🎅🏻 BREAKFAST ⛄️ What a lovely time my family had this morning meeting Santa in his beautiful Grotto. When we got there we were greeted by all the staff members, who showed us where to sit and gave all the children Christmas crafts to do. This is great because it occupied them in a fun way. They coloured in Christmas decorations which they could put on the trees in the pub or take home ! Food was ordered and then we went to see Santa all the children thought it was magical and Santa was attentive to the children. When we sat back down the food came and everyone was happy and enjoyed it ! Would recommend and will be visiting next year … Hohoho 🎅🏻

Food was really good, nice atmosphere. Beware of parking - you need to register your no. plate on the tablets at the bar - I hadn't realised this & got a parking ticket - but when I messaged the pub they very quickly got it sorted for me.

We went to a baby shower a couple of weeks ago. There was only one member of staff on the bar, and she was run off her feet. But despite that, she was really friendly and very efficient. And profusely apologised for keeping us waiting. The waiting staff were equally friendly and efficient, and couldn't do enough for us. However the food was awful, but when you are with a big party of people, you don't really want to make a fuss.

Nice pub, been here a few times. This time with two dogs in tow. We decided to sit outside as it was nice weather.. however British summer had other plans. The staff were brilliant at fitting us in to a dog friendly zone so we could eat our food inside and stay dry.

Had a lovely evening meal at the Ember Inns pub in Stourbridge. It was a Tuesday evening and we were served by Tia and Gracey. We were really impressed with the service. Always with a smile it was a lovely atmosphere with great value food for a perfect occasion, my Sisters birthday 🎂. Thank you for making us feel so welcome 🙏

We came to the Old White Horse for our grandsons birthday. The food was good and plentiful. The service was outstanding, very friendly and efficient. We were so full we couldn't manage our cake! Thank you.

Had my wife's 75th birthday celebration here. We were a party of ten. The food was good, everyone was happy with their selection, Service was very good and all staff that we encountered were friendly and helpful. The prices for drinks and food were reasonable . The venue is very clean and has a nice ambience. We were very happy with our evening here.

We came in today at 1.30 to have a meal to celebrate my partner’s birthday but unfortunately left quite unsatisfied. I had the gammon which was passable at best but my partner had the sea bass which came cold as were the potatoes. The staff were not too helpful either so we left and won’t be going back again any time soon.

Bad experience every time after a disaster of a Christmas meal, thought we would try it today 18th July, for just a kids fish finger meal that's all nothing else took 40 minutes to arrive, only after asking where it was. What made it a whole lot worse a family next to our table ordered there food 20 minutes after our kids meal and got all 3 meals before ours, I littery couldn't believe it. Shocking never ever again after this, 2 times on the trot so disappointed

Great food, great service, friendly staff, nice atmosphere, what more can you ask for. Price was decent too. Lady even offered to delay our payment so we could use a discount voucher as we were 5 mins early.
