Great food at great prices with quick and friendly service. A perfect start to a summer's day.

I wouldn’t go here ever again. Family has told me good things so decided to go for a birthday lunch. It was chaotic in there but okay, they’re busy. Ordered and got our drinks. My smoothie 10/10 my mums can of coke however stated ‘multipack can not for resale’ that’s thing number 1. Thing number 2, if I had seen the toilet before ordering I would of left (I wish I had). However thing number 3, the icing on the cake. We watched a member of staff defrost the prawns for my mums prawn salad in hot water. We know this happened because we watched him do and then walk through the restaurant with them in a jug. Nothing to hide. As soon as they were served to my mum she touched them and they we were warm. We work in the industry and know how unbelievably dangerous doing this could be. After a bit of back and forth they decided to cook her something else. Only minutes later I’d finished my meal so she politely asked them not to bother as I was done and her food wasn’t. They didn’t like this. I came up to the till to pay and wanted to explain that the chicken in my curry wasn’t very nice. This might be a issue beyond they’re control, a supplier issue maybe. I didn’t even get chance to explain what I meant before the waitress got snotty with me and was going on about the food. Frustrated and so taken aback by her attitude I wanted to remind her that if environmental health saw them defrosting prawns in hot water and then serving them she’d be shut down. She immediately told me there wouldn’t be any charge for what we had so we’d leave ‘peacefully’ in such a lovely manor but actually I can’t be peaceful about something so dangerous. People should be aware of what they’re doing, they definitely need a visit from EHO before they make someone seriously ill.

We went on market day so it was very busy but the staff coped well. And we enjoyed our snacks.

What the hell is going on with Jenny's Pizza? The last two times we've ordered from them they have got the order wrong, forgotten things and delivered cold food. I don't even think the quality is as good as it used to be.

Pizza not delivered from your other shop in old street, won't be ordering again

Would leave 0 stars if possible service gone right down hill. Ordered takeaway; food arrived bone cold. I rang up to complain and guy said cannot do anything sorry it must be the weather. The cafe is a 2 min drive from my property. Absolutely appalling customer service if you want warm food stay away! Least they could have done was give a voucher or some compensation given it was Also 20 Mins late.

Fish not cooked, though food presented reasonably well. Mentioned this and was immediately refunded - I think they almost seemed to expect it. Staff ok but a couple barely spoke English. Toilet facilities clean but cramped - no disabled facility as such. Would not recommend personally.

If I could leave zero stars I would. Burger: Arrived barely warm. Bun so soggy that it felt like it had been dunked in water. Burgers so over cooked that I would have been better off gnawing on boot leather. Skinny cheese fries: Rock hard and freezing cold. Cheese so tasteless that it may as well not have been there. Dough balls: Under cooked and cold.

Fantastic service, the staff can’t do enough for their customers. We asked for some substitutions to be made to the breakfast we ordered as well as some side orders and the answer was an immediate yes. The food was delicious. We took our time and at no point were we rushed. This is a really great place.

They do some ruddy good food in here, chips are always crispy and hot from delivery, huge selection of burgers and pizzas and other stuff. Will be using them and their sister brand pizza magic for a long time to come.

After traveling to Clevedon in a 3 hour drive I was ready for breakfast, a local recommended that I try Jenny's. And was not disappointed. It really need the job 👍😁😁

The staff were very helpful and accommodated one of us who was in a wheelchair. My only negative comment was the toilet was very small, so difficult for a disabled user. But it was all clean. A nice experience all in all!!!

Lovely Turkish hospital ality, English food ok great coffee

Jenny's on Queen Square is a reasonable greasy spoon cafe with a middle eastern twist. They know what their customers want in terms of fry ups, burgers etc and add reasonable coffee and speedy service. There are better café in clevedon but not at these low price. The pizza is good too for an evening takeaway.

Jenny’s is a great place with a very warm welcome. The staff are great and the food is always fast and hot. We’ve had various things over the years, breakfasts, coffee, lunch, takeaway pizza etc and we’ve never had a bad meal. It is reasonably priced and has indoor and outdoor seating aswell as operating as a takeaway. Highly recommended, a great asset to the area.

Really enjoy the pop-in chicken and fried chicken strips as well as the cheese garlic bread pizza and especially the chicken fillet burger! One major downside is that the sides are super overpriced. Pop-in chicken for 4.25 and fried chicken strips for 5.50. Tescos sell chicken strips for 2.50 and are only marginally worse. Am very reluctant to purchase anything again. Staff nice though.

Quick friendly service but our flat whites had no flavour even after asking for another shot in it. They were nice and hot though (not everyone gets that right)

Nice in the Summer to sit outside & have a meal & a Coffee. They also do a great delivery service & Pizzas. The only thing i don't like is if you go in the cafe in the Winter & you get the smell of frying oil in the air why they ever moved the kitchen from upstairs to downstairs is a mystery there was never this issue before. So i will wait until the spring now before buying another meal.

Omelette was like rubber, asked for fried bread got toast, obviously a language problem! Otherwise breakfast was good and cheap! To many people too close!

I order my food online to be delivered they took my payment then 35 minutes later I received a text saying they are closed and I'll have a refund in 3 to 5 days times. If I could have given zero stars I would have. I ordered online as I am self isolating because of a hospital appointment this week.

Very disappointed with visit today normally a friendly place to go, but complete opposite today. Servicexwas poor no smiles or warm welcome, and when given menus they were tossed across table . After finishing lunch items cleared away in an unfriendly manner, not asked if everything was OK. If I dint hang onto my drink I would have lossed that too. Paid for meal same level of service. Reluctant to visit again

Proper good. The cafe is a typical British cafe with a selection of sandwiches, cooked breakfasts and burgers. The delivery pizzas are amazing, some of the best in the area

I ordered a quadruple pepperoni pizza. Jenny’s put a single serving of pepperoni on my pizza. When I called to complain they said that if you choose four pepperoni toppings, you only get one. That’s just the way it is. Great customer service. I won’t be ordering from them again.

Excellent place this, have been using it for years, and the consistency is great. The staff are lovely, they work hard and the food is always good and great value.

Ordered a coffee not very hot also ordered a cheese burger & chips sat at table outside due to Covid. Food came to table no knife & fork asked politly for cutlery after 10 mins no cutlery frees where then cold so had to use fingers to eat & this is in May when The government where telling people to keep there hands away from there mouth due to Covid-19.. Then i eat the Burger not bad so i then needed a Servite so again i asked still nothing i gave up in the end asked for bill & asked what i had no costs where given to me he simply said how much you got i pulled out a £10.00 note & said that will do. So im not sure if i got a deal or not . I left then went to Boots & bought some hand wipes. It will not be my choice to visit again in a hurry & the chips tasted very fishy so thats a sign of not changing the fat or using the same frying fat & fryer to cook both fish & fries.

It's a very nice Diner and has great food which is very good value for money. My only complaint is there's always a man who flirts with women and it makes stuff a bit uncomfortable and creepy at times.

Took my younger son for a all day breakfast treat quick service.Lots of choice good price and filling,you can amend your menu to your choice family friendly. Remember its a good cafe not a posh restaurant.Parked in the local B and M carpark.
