Professional service/ delicious food

Ordered the brownie waffle, brownie bits were nice however the actual waffle it’s self tastes sour. I’m not too sure how to explain but definitely not worth the £10 I spent at all.

Only part of my meal arrived. I had to wait for the rest of meal to be delivered.

Came really early food was great only took about 20 mins to come

Great food guys thanks for being consistent in the quality of your food . Other takeaways should take note and follow your model . It would be nice to have a few extra healthy options but I suppose it's a treat at the end of the day .

Clean place, friendly and polite staff who make an effrt with the customers, food fresh and tasty! Deffo recommended, chicken better than KFC! Is what I wrote when they first opened but with how I have just been spoken to tonight I'm changing my review. Ordered 30quids worth of food. Told half an hour then after an hour and received alot of verbal. Last time I order.

5 hygiene, the chicken fillet was thick, juicy and crispy all at the same time. The wings were decent size with a nice crisp and light spice. Chips were very nice too. Overall very impressed it gave me old school chicken shop vibes. Will be back to try more.

I ordered food for me, partner and 3yr old at around 1650 for delivery at around 1740 Partner has just opened his Lotus cheesecake to see mould on it then when I rang they said how was they meant to know it was mouldy. PUT OFF NEVER GOING BACK GETTING REPORTED SCRUFFY THAT

15 minutes later than said expected delivery was on the app. Food was appauling. Ordered the chicken waffle to be greeted by a soggy, caked in sauce waffle with cheap chicken on. The sauce was disgusting and ruined the taste aswell as the waffle being practically falling apart from it being drenched in sauce

First time trying due to the reviews and my was it worth it! So glad to finally find a proper chicken shop around here which is unbelievably tasty and well priced!

Couple of things wrong, all red salt we asked for 2 out of 3. Got 2 fillet burgers should of got 1 fillet and 1 spicy.

Popped in based on recommendations. I ordered a chicken box meal. Nothing was ready so had to wait 20mins. Chicken was tasty however it not been left to crisp up long enough i guess this will happen if food os made to order. The hot wings could of been spicier for my liking. Overall Not bad.

Never visited todmorden came down a couple days ago and they left me with smiles on my face the desserts were amazing and mouth watering and shoutout to the dessert guy who served me he was so lovely and made me feel so welcome, definitely recommend!! :)

Can’t fault this place. Food is always spot on, never had a problem. Service is always with a smile and always making conversation. Forgot to request no cheese on a meal and the guy clicked on from previous orders that I don’t have cheese and made the meal without. Above and beyond service. Well worth the journey from Burnley for it. Food is always piping hot still once we’ve made it home as well.

The spicy chicken burger was so more-ish. The chips were a little undercooked but still ok. The sprite was in a can rather than a plastic bottle which is good. Would prefer to have paper packaging for the food instead of polystyrene. Biodegradable packaging is starting to determine what takeaways I order from. Overall satisfied 👍

Tod has been missing a decent Chicken place for a long time, NOT ANYMORE!! Jay's chicken is not only the best in Town, I'd wager it's the Best in Calderdale!!! We've had it so many times in the last month, and it's ALWAYS ON POINT!! JUST GO THERE 😋😋😋😋😋😋

First time ordering from Jay's, definitely will not be the last. Beats KFC hands down
