Excellent food, I will absolutely be ordering from Jasmine Thai again!

This was not very authentic and quite expensive for what it was. The noodles were the wrong noodles for Pad siew, the pad kaprow didn't really taste as it should and the papaya salad was a bit mushy, everything was far too salty. For the price it cost I feel it should have contained the right ingredients, it felt like they'd cheaped out. Will not order again.

Some of the food was nice, some of it was inedible (salt and pepper squid) and some of it was cold ( after a 90 minute wait)

Food arrived on time and was piping hot. One item was left out (sticky rice) which the restaurant apologised for & refunded without any hassle. Shame as without rice, our curry was a bit pointless! Quality was OK. Had hoped for better given £60 price tag for 2 people.

We were really disappointed with this order, really not up to the usual standard from these guys. Missing dips, prawns all mushy, smaller portions. A real shame.

Delicious food delivered on time

We recently booked a Christmas dinner for six at Jasmine Thai on the Hastings seafront, a restaurant we’ve visited a few times before and frequently order takeaways from. The food, as always, was consistently good, which we greatly appreciated. However, we felt let down by a lack of festive atmosphere and an inattentive service. The venue and our table felt devoid of the Christmas vibe we had hoped for, and the service came across as careless, if not outright rude. One instance stood out: a member of our party, who arrived ten minutes early, was left standing by the entrance, even though smaller tables were available where she could have waited comfortably with a drink. Later, we were not informed that the kitchen had closed before being asked about dessert, leaving us disappointed. Most strikingly, as we left the restaurant, the entire staff was absent from the dining area—no one acknowledged or thanked us as we were leaving. We are not sure what happened, nor will we have find out, as we do not plan to return.

Fabulous, fresh cooked, first class ingredients, everything was delicious including the different tofus for our vegan guest. Have had two takeaways this weekend both were very good quality and delivered on time and still hot! Highly recommended.

Cosy little restaurant close to sea front. Food was yummy. Tom Kha was perfect choice to warm up in cold rainy weather.

Going into an Asian restaurant in a small town in Hastings with not much competition, I did not come into the restaurant with high hopes. But I really ate one of the most spectacular meals I've had in a long time. I ordered the Khao soi, which recommend to everyone and anyone. Every spoonful of the broth was bursting with flavour. And they even were able to make me a vegetarian version! Most of the dishes can be substituted for vegetables and tofu. Service was lovely, food was fantastic. I will be back!

Absolutely brilliant. We ordered a takeaway on the spur of the moment and while waiting for the order they gave us 2 complementary bottles of beer and some delicious Thai crackers. Such a kind gesture. Really lovely staff and delicious food. So lucky to have a great restaurant like this in Hastings.

food was absolutely awful. very surprised as usually their food is very good. curry sauces were very watery, rice was tasteless, spring rolls tasted bad. A disaster

Well what a great little find, from the wonky old carpeted stairs to the tiny little rest rooms. Everything was an enjoyable adventure delightfully wrapped under one roof. The food truly was delicious- if you like chicken spring rolls then order these, they were unquestionably the best I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly, very attentive and all Round lovely. The restaurant gets busy with every table put to good use so it may be worth while pre-booking but I am sure with their hospitality and can do attitude you will be seated and well cared for.

Driver initially went to wrong address. Added 10mins to delivery time. Nice guy was very apologetic and the food was still excellent, as ever. Regular customer and highly likely to order again.

Our food arrived ten minutes earlier than it said, it was all really well packed and the items that might have leaked were not only boxed but additionally wrapped to avoid this. the taste was amazing, it's bursting with flavours and is by far the best Thai we have had and will certainly be ordering again very soon, and will also have to try eating in too.

(Updating my review from when I left it previously, as this is now the best Thai in the area!) Wonderful authentic Thai food, I loved my chicken pad Thai, delicious starters too, all piping hot and great portions, will 100% order again, thank you!

First time to order here.. the food is super yummy! A bit expensive, but I guess you pay for the quality of food. Will definitely order again.

Great food, best Thai restaurant in Hastings!

The food was absolutely brilliant I would highly recommend this restaurant the only problem was the bill....I was a little inebriated but not enough to spot a mistake on pay? I have reduced my tap and go amount so had to inset card BLOOMING GOOD JOB as when I put my card in reader it said £736 I said "HOW MUCH £736 the lady said sorry my mistake and then charged me£73.60 Other than that a nice meal

Ordered a takeaway from inside the restaurant. Staff were genial and friendly. Food came in 15 minutes and it was probably the best Thai food we've tasted...and we eat Thai a lot! Portions were generous and prices reasonable. This will certainly be our Thai restaurant of choice if we return to visit the area.

Came here last year when I had many many dietary requirements, they were so patient and helpful and made me the loveliest Phad Thai that I could actually eat! The portions are generous and the food is very authentic and good.

My mother and I had an incredible experience! We randomly stumbled across this place while trying to find a place to eat. We had an excellent view out of the window from our seats. We LOVED the food! (Probably the best Thai place in Hastings!) I was so full by the end but I just couldn't stop eating! I also appreciated that they placed the peanuts on the side of the plate instead of on top of my noodles so I could decide how much I want per bite instead of just mixing everything together. The waiter was very polite and was very quick to take our orders and clear the table! The food arrived fairly quickly too! The restaurant itself had a very welcoming atmosphere. The decorations were lovely and the pictures on the walls brought everything together. Overall an excellent experience! We will be going again!

Ordered chicken curry, got nothing because I didn’t specify which one ( was not asked by the waitress which one I would like) everyone else ate while I sat there with no food and had to eat of my friends meals. Manager was angry. Last time we came got frozen prawns! Never again!

20 mins late. The mussels were not nice, tasteless and the sweet chilli sauce was not in the bag. Chicken satay was very dry and over cxooked but the beef was nice. I will not order again.

For the second time now our food has been late from this restaurant. When you are charged£3.50 Each for delivery you do expect your food to be delivered on time

I love Jasmine Thai food but was disappointed in the prawn crackers which I paid for - the spicy ones- but we got the tasteless multi coloured ones which are the type given out as complementary sometimes.

2 hours to complete an asap delivery. App changed to “delivered” 50 minutes later the food arrived

SO disappointed. My partner and i went here for lunch after taking notice whilst walking past, everything seemed lovely to begin with. We had nice window seats, really lovely drinks and my partner enjoyed his starter (we both ordered the pork dumplings, mine had hard almost bone like bits in that i couldn't chew which i found very off putting.) Then came the mains, we were so excited as they looked really good... Immediately my partner noticed a hair in his food (he ordered some sort of noodle dish) we can understand one hair accidentally falling in so he took it out and tried to forget about it. His food looked good and i wanted to try some, I went to have a bit only to be met with more hairs, we dug through the meal uncovering about 10 hairs all together. How in the world do 10 hairs manage to get in one single dish of food? The hairs were short and black... My partner has long-ish brown hair and i have even longer brown hair so they couldn't have been ours. Seeing them in his food put me off my food completely, such a shame because i was really enjoying mine.

The food was great, however the delivery time took 1hr40 despite the app saying it had been delivered 40mins before it arrived. Delivery driver was very apologetic.

Delicious food 😍. Service a little slow as they were short of team. Food more than made up for it! Thru did offer to take service charge off bit we refused as its only fair kitchen team also get a share! Would return 100%. Soo good

We went to Hastings on a day trip and dined at Jasmine Thai. Ordered the S&P squid to start, alongside the Massaman curry, pad Thai and Pad Kee Mao for mains. Good quality food with authentic taste; decently priced coming from London. The service was very quick and our waitress was very kind and attentive.

I have been going to this place for years. They have lovely food. I got a delivery and they did struggle to find my door. I cannot commit on the atmosphere of the place as I ate at home and not in the restaurant. My food arrived on time and warm. Plus it was the same quality as eating in the restaurant. I would highly recommend this place.

Visited just for the weekend and ordered this DELICIOUS takeaway Thai in Hastings!! Ordered the green curry, pad Thai and crispy squid and everything was absolutely delicious, could not recommend it enough!

What do I start with... it was stated that delivery time takes 45-60min. When I placed an order it showed me 1h10min to 1h25min wait. The drive arrived about 10min late so actually altogether the order was placed at 6:35pm received at 8:10. Wow! I could have gone shopping and cook myself. We the discovered that one dish was spilt completed and the rest of the food was cold... never again.

Delicious food delivered nice and hot.

I love this restaurant (been ordering from them for years) and knew they'd be busy tonight so ordered just after 6pm. The ETA was 7.25 - 7.45 (kind of what I expected) but the food actually turned up at 9pm and, unsurprisingly, was definitely not hot. A real shame, as it kind of spoilt the evening.

The food was lovely, although the salt and pepper squid was ridiculously salty. I couldn’t even finish one piece and this is usually one of my favourite things about the whole order. Other than this, all the other food was just up to scratch and was very yummy.

Not happy with how long it took, nearly cancelled and would appreciate a refund

Ordered a takeaway for a 60th birthday celebration after being recommended by a family member, absolutely appalled with the wait for delivery despite being told 3 times when calling it would only be 10 minutes longer we waited 2 hours for delivery, some of the guests who were attending had to leave. Should we have been told the truth when calling numerous times we would have happily collected, very very disappointed

First time eating here for an evening meal (30/9/23) and it will not be my last.... Everything was superb... The restaurant was busy but the service was excellent, the waitresses were wonderful and always with a smile on their faces. The food was amazing, best Thai food ever... I can not praise highly enough.... only wish I could give more stars... looking forward to my next visit... My thanks to everyone at Jasmine Thai.......

Disappointing. Tempura prawns were 90% batter and heavy. Masaman curry was mostly liquid - very little meat.

Excellent meal, we will order more rice next time but since the sis the first time we used Jasmine Thai we were not sure of quantities. Absolutely delicious.

Always good quality but this one was delivered early too which was a real bonus. Great food.

Possibly the worst take away I have had fron jasmin thai in 6 years. Lacked depth of flavour and richness, so disappointed.
