Jasmine Palace in Wychavon

I think they forgot to put the chicken in my chicken chow mein, won’t be returning.

Tonight I went to the jasmine palace as for 3 years normally very good put the order in as normal & prawn curry & egg fried rice only to find I got prawn curry & chips unusual as normally good good price food was ok what happened?

Saw some really bad reviews, but can honestly say, we really enjoyed our take away on Saturday night. Chicken chow mein and chicken balls were both very tasty, and also had duck with mushrooms. Pleasant staff, was told when I ordered it would be about 30 mins, and timing was spot on. Would definitely return here.

Staff very friendly but the food has really gone downhill. There was very little flavour in anything and it’s left a sour aftertaste. The ribs were all bone, no meat. Sweet and sour chicken not very nice at all.

Rice and chips/chow meins/ chicken balls and all curry dishes are lovely, but extremely tight on the sauce so ask for extra! and Unfortunately the salt and chilli ribs are the poorest of the poor! Avoid them

We have boon using Jasmine for years. The meal tonight was the worse we have had from any takeaway!! Crispy duck was swimming in sauce, king prawns in garlic sauce was no better, sauce was like water!! Prawn toast was bread and sesame seeds, no sign of a prawn. I would have contacted the takeaway by phone to comp lm sun but it’s not fair to complain to the young staff manning the phone. I have photos to demonstrate.

Used to be a good Chinese. Nothing special, but decent enough. Nowadays nothing tastes of anything and every dish tastes the same. After a few last chances I’ve definitely concluded that it’s consistently a total waste of money and I need to find somewhere else.

We're from out of town, so paid what will probably be a one off visit. The food was fantastic. Perfectly prepared, and the portions were twice what we are used to. Service was quick and efficient. Despite a steady stream of phone orders and in person customers the young chap on front of house was amazing. Knew the menu inside out, and was quick, efficient, organised and polite. I would recommend this takeaway without hesitation.

Gorgeous food, take away only but worth every penny. The phone didn't stop ringing the whole time we were waiting for our order yet the young man answered the phone pleasantly every time (we're not so polite in London so it did make an impact on me). Recommended if you're ever in Honeybourne.

The Cantonese dishes are superb - really great takeaway which keeps me going back for more! The Sweet & Sour chicken is a trusted fave, along with the Duck! Excellent service - be aware it’s cash only!

Really poor reheated food, what a shame as we live in the village. We have tried it a few times over the last 3 years and the reviews say it all, we thought it might get better but it just doesn’t such a shame. The seeet and sour chicken balls we appalling.

On the recommendations of a friend we travelled to Jasmine palace to get a take away . We placed our order shredded fried beef in hot chille sauce with egg fried rice and sweet and sour Chicken cantonese style with plan noodles priced at £16.30 . There with three other people waiting our order took over thirty minutes to arrive due to the fact seven other people came in to collect there phoned in orders . When our order was given to us we were not offered an apology for the wait on opening the food once we had driven 6 miles back home I found a small amount of chille beef swimming in a sauce with loads of vegetables the deep fried beef was soggy and not crispy and bland . My wife said her meal was ok but nothing special . Apparently we should have received free prawn crackers with our order as our meals was over £15.00 We're we not offered them . Would we have a take away from Jasmine Palace again not likely .

A great Cantonese take-away. Consistently good food at decent prices considering the large portion sizes.

Reasonable meals nice and cheap but nothing special. No menus online which is a real annoyance

Ok food and a little expensive. I used to go here every week. For the children but stopped after they wouldn't thrown in free prawn crackers because I was 40p off £15 to qualify. It was the Chinese lady who I can only assume is the owner. Well done on your customer handling skills I now travel to chipping Campden every week for my takeaway.
