Was greeted at the door and shown to our table. Our daughter received her order first which was great because she didn't have to wait for us to finish our starter. My main course was the lamb Biryani which was the best I've ever had. My husband had chicken tikka masala which he thoroughly enjoyed. Our desert was well presented and was delicious. Staff were very attentive. What a fantastic New Years Eve meal. Thank you Jai-Lounge.

Second visit and the food was just as fresh and delicious as the first time. It is so flavouful and fragrant. Staff are lovely and great atmosphere. Will definitely be back

What a wonderful experience. The atmosphere was great, staff were kind and attentive, and as for the food, well, that was something else. The menu was not pages long, enabling the chef to prepare each dish with care. The blending of flavours/spices was amazing. My husband and I could honestly say it was the best meal with flavours from different parts of the Indian subcontinent. It's a definite must.

Wow what a wonderful dinner!! Full of flavor and truly an exceptional dinner:) the spice was just right and you have the option to make it spicier or not:) the service is brilliant and so welcoming. I ordered the lamb samoosas to start and they were delicious, then chicken curry with extremely tender chicken and a thick Marsala sauce that was to die for! On top of all this excellence they serve COBRA draft beer and it's the way to go. If your in the mood for real flavor and a great curry this is the place to go! Thank you Jai Lounge for your magic!

Great food and excellent service.

This place is a gem in St. Anne’s. I totally recommend the lunch menu.. if you’re a vegetarian it’s a foodie heaven! There are plenty of meat options too.. I’m just a veggie and love real food and full flavours and this place delivers all that. The owner is a true gentleman and the staff are all very accommodating and attentive.

First time at the Jai Lounge and loved it. The food was amazing 🤩. The staff were friendly, checked on you to make sure all was good. Explained different meals, made some really good recommendations. We had the chicken chilli and the chill paneer to start, nice and spicy. Husband was going for the lamb biryani but the waiter suggested the lamb rata, omg! Melt in the mouth lamb, delicious. I had the king prawns and the were really good, but have to say I will have the lamb next time. No dessert as too full. Will definitely go back. Recommend that you book as it's a bit tight for space. ❤️

We visited Jai Longe last week during our trip to Blackpool from London. Unfortunately, the food was quite disappointing. The chili paneer was dominated by an overwhelming amount of vinegar, and the naan was unusually stretchy. The only dish we enjoyed was the diwani handi. Overall, the food was mediocre and not worth the price.

Jai Lounge is an absolute gem! Went there for lunch and tried a bunch of dishes, lamb biryani, fish curry, lamb chops, and masala chips, and wow, everything was on point. The lamb biryani had the perfect blend of spices, the lamb was super tender, and the portion was generous. The fish curry was rich and flavorful, with just the right amount of heat. And those lamb chops? Grilled to perfection. The masala chips were a fun, tasty twist too! But it’s not just the food that makes Jai Lounge great. The atmosphere is really chill warm lighting, comfortable seating, and just a great vibe overall. Plus, the customer service was spot on. The staff were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed without being intrusive. If you’re into Indian food and want a place that gets it all right food, service, and ambiance Jai Lounge is where you need to go.

Honestly this is some of the best food I’ve ever tasted! All the dishes were fantastic! All the flavours are so fresh and just has a really vibe to the place! Definitely recommend.

My god I can’t rate this place highly enough! Firstly the food is fantastic. Fresh and delicious, beautifully presented and plenty of it. Second the service is great. Attentive without being intrusive, welcoming and helpful. The place is beautiful. Really cosy and well lit. We stayed all night drinking and chatting, the playlist was great. The cocktails were also beautiful, nicest one I’ve had. Seriously give it a try

Recommended to us to try as visitors to the area and we certainly weren't disappointed! Food was delicious, beautifully prepared and generous sized portions. We had both the shared platters to start with and the monkfish was one of the best we'd ever tasted. Staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced and quality cuts of meat and fish. If you are in the area, do try Jai Lounge, you won't regret it!

I had the lamb biryani and it was the best biryani I have ever had full a of flavour even after a half hour drive home the lamb melts in your Mouth 😮. definitely will be going back .

This restaurant was recommended by the owner of St. Annes’ Guitars (a fantastic specialist shop and tutorial centre). I’m glad I ate here on my one evening. The food is exquisite. Ingredients of highest quality, and almost more than you can eat. Other than the fact that it is mouth-watering. Service excellent too. If I’m back in St. Anne’s to buy more guitars, I’ll be back at this restaurant.

Had the most amazing experience on on 28th June myself and my girlfriend for my birthday. What can I say other than this is the best Indian restaurant I’ve ever eaten at. Not your traditional menu, The food was absolutely out of this world. I would rate here 20/10 if I could. The service from the staff was totally unreal and the owner went above and beyond even letting us try his new mushroom fusion that is not yet on the menu but this has got to be added as this was simply out of this world. The restaurant itself is the most quaint beautiful place ever and the food honestly is unreal. If you’re ever in Lytham St Anne’s please make sure you make visiting here a priority.. Thank you to you all for making our evening so special and allowing us to enjoy such amazing food. Sean & Jill.

Four of us have just been to Jay's for the first time ( St Anne's Gala Day) The food was delicious and the coffee excellent. The service was very efficient and friendly. We were made to feel most welcome. All four of us said the same....we would go to Jay's again as soon as we were able.

Meal for 10, we all had different things and we were all delighted with the food. Our ages ranged from 7 to 93! The chef even brought out an extra chicken dish because my 91year old auntie lives in the same part of Delhi as he used to! A great evening!

A simply amazing experience- the service from arrival to service was 10/10. Lovely wide ranging drink choice. You have to have the monkfish for starter it is outstanding. The mains were as good as- the lamb and biriyani chicken were simply stunning. One of the best ever.

Lovely Indian restaurant in Lytham

This is top notch Indian food in an area usually known for classic Anglo Indian fare. Superb tempering of spices, chilli heat if you want it and excellent cookery. The Bombay mushrooms are like a fusion of typical French stuffed mushrooms with a rich masala sauce. It works in ways you don't expect. I'd just like a dressing on the salad, a dash of tamarind maybe. But the sauce is wonderful. The main for me was a sweetcorn and spinach curry, creamy and extra hot with fresh chilli. The spicing is again superb, aromatic I think with jeera seeds and firey. This is pretty rich food but you know, treat yourself. I had it with a fresh naan, crispy but soft in the middle. It's brilliant cookery this, down to the knife skills. Check the dice on the salad with the papad, a perfect brunoise. Seasoning, spicing, freshness all on point. Excellent food.

Cannot fault at all! My wife is gluten intolerant and was very happy to find that the entire menu is gluten free, with the exception of the naan bread. Everything we ordered was delicious, including the cocktails. I also have to compliment the staff who were all very attentive and genuinely appreciative of the positive feedback. Also plenty if veggie options. We are already planning our next visit.

Good friendly staff with excellent food

We were recommended to try Jai Lounge by a friend who said it was exceptional. Went on a Friday lunchtime and sampled off the street menu. Service was faultless, food was of the highest quality. Notable was the Monkfish and the Classic Onion Bhaji. We plan to return to sample the main menu in the evening soon.

Food was ok, more geared to western pallette. Cocktails are nice. My mum is vegetarian and there was limited choice of starters so asked for vegetable pakoras - the price they charged was quite steep. Daughter had mocktails which is just a mixture of fruit juice. The cost was over £6 for this. It had no alcohol in it and it was not freshly squeezed juice. I can understand that food is expensive at the moment but I cannot justify the prices and portions served at this place. Shame really, as it would have been nice to have a good local curry place.

What great food!!! My family attended for a meal having been in lytham. This is what good quality food is about. Tasty, no one thing tastes the same and not flooded with colouring.. We have been to many restaurants around the uk and the food, atmosphere here stands out as one of the best. Genuine indian chefs serving real indian cuisine. The flavours literally dance in your mouth, the meat quality makes you believe everywhere else I go the wuality is poor…This is a michelin style and 7 star restaurant. Its magic and has the all wow factor….We will be back!

Had an amazing experience at Jai Lounge, the food is incredible and you can really tell the chef has put time and effort into the ingredients and cooking of the dishes, we had the street food snacks menu and have also been back to try the main food menu and it's all just amazing quality Indian food, would 100% recommend everyone to try.

Tonight was our second visit to the Jai Lounge, the first for coffee and snacks at lunchtime and then again tonight for a meal. On both occasions the service, food and wine has been excellent, and the restaurant has a lovely atmosphere, would recommend.

Fabulous food. Gives an exquisite eating experience. All of the individual ingredients can be tasted. Staff are lovely and will explain what everything is. A jewel in St. Annes' crown.

Most authentic Indian food on the Fylde Coast. Starters are excellent and good portion sizes. The roti /naan are from a tandoor which makes a difference with taste and texture Biryani was amazing Friendly staff and owner Ambience is fantastic Overall a *****

My first visit to Jai Lounge with three girl friends. I love Indian food and these dishes were totally unique compared to any Indian restaurants I have visited, flavours were subtle and beautiful spices without the heat, pieces of meat and fish were huge. Loved it so much , just booked to take my husband for our anniversary.

Here for a good review. The atmosphere and serving are really good. The passion cocktail is amazing. My friend who never take aubergine are sold for the fried aubergine . It is amazing. Great texture without feeling oily or the mushy aubergine taste ( u know what I mean). However , I would like to have more variety inside in the meat ( as while the meat is beautiful cooked with right texture , it taste more or less the same. But I guess one have to consider it is mostly westerner customers who frequented here). All in all; this is definitely a beautiful addition to St Anne’s dining scene .

Went with my partner yesterday evening and had a lovely time, really authentic Indian flavours and well presented, the waiter was so accomodating and helpful , the customer service exceeds all expectations.

A client of my wife suggested Jai Lounge knowing Indian is my favourite type of food. All I can say is wow!! If anyone wants to know how to run a great Indian restaurant, come here. These guys are masters. By far the best indian I've ever had. I actually asked for something not on the menu (a lamb vindaloo) which they kindly did. It was amazing. Perfection. They have made a regular [customer] in me.

Exceptional service, for example korma isn't on the menu, but when my partner asked if they had anything similar, they offered to make up a korma for her. Very tasty food, very well cooked, very moist and succulent chicken and the lamb was fabulous. Maybe not the cheapest, but still extraordinary value.

You will be well looked after here. Tasty food suitable for all the family. It was a little pricey for the portion sizes but the service and experience was great, and the food very good. Definitely recommend!

What a great little restuarant, we had a great meal and a nice bottle of Red served by Ben. He was an excellent waiter, polite and knowledgeable about the whole menu. They are planning to nearly double the size by taking over the next door unit, I hope it retains its unique charm and quality. It is a pity its not on the main footfall thoroughfare, but it will be kept very busy by word of mouth, we are already planning a return visit with friends.
