I ordered on a Monday at 2.30am and the delivery speed was okay, the driver came up really slow and turned his engine off so he didn't wake anyone up on the street which was nice, the food was very nice my only issue was the chocolate cake potion was a little bit small compared to other takeaways apart from that everything was fine I would definitely order again.

Jagga Spice is unable to fulfill its commitment and is not providing the proper quantity of food. We ordered chicken karahi but instead received an onion karahi.

Took over an hour to come then when it come my partners ordered was wrong kebab had red onion when he asked not for this the nan bread is rock hard I requested for a tub of ketchup over mayo and they still sent mayo the chips I paid £8 for a large portion with cheese! and they come in a small carton really not good prices or quality or delivery time. Shocking. Will not order again.

Best food In Rotherham by a country mule every time I eat here foods made fast , and to a high standard everytime will definitely be coming again and again .

After spending 40 pounds on this "food" I am utterly ashamed, after waiting almost 2 hours for this to arrive, multiple attempts to call the restaurant to say our food was out for delivery even though its 10 minutes in the car. The chips were soggy, cold, undercooked, but hey, at least they salted them. The chicken "strips" were just cut up chicken burgers, the batter was soggy, the chicken was tough, bland flavour overall. The chicken burger was the exact same as the "strips" soggy thick batter, don't know whether they fry these or not but it was appalling. The chocolate cake was the last item we tried and with every else tasting vile we were hoping at least one thing was edible, we were wrong the cake was dry, the filling inside was some sort of caramel, it tasted like they've just taken it out of a display case. Only leaving 1 star because the canned drinks were fresh cold out of the fridge, coincidence? No they obviously forgot about our order and quickly scrambled to make it. Will not be ordering from here again and advise all to steer clear unless you want to pay shocking prices for very low standard food

Absolute joke food ordered and estimated delivery was 40 min later at ten to 2 (am) and still waiting for it at 3am . My partner is up for work this was a last resort to ear before bed as we had a long day at that ... and let's just say it made it LONGER . THE FOOD WAS DISGUSTING AND I WISH ID NOT BOTHERD . Go hungry rather than use these as a late night option guys .

Beautiful food ordered a new curry the chicken melts in u mouth burger oioen rings chips and jagga salad and Wow was it nice! It was absolutely delicious! Keep the good work up! Absolutely Disgusting! I have ordered from here a quite few times there was always something missing or something was wrong I let it go as I know sometimes staff get tired and stressed. Until I made another order last week I got My garlic bread In a whole piece not cut up full of oil , My chicken fillet was cold and raw, my hash browns weren’t cooked properly also raw and pieces were missing didn’t get my water my sauce . I’ve been told I’ll get my refund I waited 4 days. Now when I try to contact them my call disconnects.

Food not been delivered within the time, and after time is up, they say they have delivered it when not attempt of delivery was made and no contact from the takeaway and no answer when calling the takeaway

Disgusting. Food poisoning which I’m guessing was caused by the salad in my burger or maybe the burger itself. Instantly starting getting a stomach pain and dry mouth, all typical of food poisoning. Not sure what their hygiene is like but I don’t think I want to find out.

I was a little nervous after seeing the negative reviews of this place but I had just gotten back from a long trip and it was past midnight and not much else was open, and I was pleasantly surprised. The delivery was 25 minutes late but other than that the food itself was great. The kebab and chips were huge considering it only cost £7 and the pizza was lovely. Everything was well seasoned and well cooked. Not a bad takeaway at all

Never ever again will I order from this place. The first time I paid for mushrooms and double pepperoni, upon arrival the pizza is all dough and no filling. I ordered again as I like to give restaurants respect it was again abysmal. The third time the calzone arrived and was burnt to a black charcoal consistency on the bottom. The restaurant collected the burnt one and replaced it with what only looked and tasted after a small bite like chewing gum. Trading standards need to give this place a vi

I had a jugga signature special donner in nan with all salad and combo of sauces, it was the tastiest donner I've had in Rotherham by far. If you like your donner just get this and you will not be disappointed. Also had the asian special pizza which also tasted great.Good value for money Delivery was quick food was piping hot with all instructions followed.Overall great food, fresh and on time, and exceptional customer service.. I will definitely order again and recommend to others.

I thought I ordered a naan donner kebab with salad, but what I received was a kebab wrap. Now don't get me wrong, the wrap hit the spot and got the job done. But the little thing was a far cry from a naan kebab.

I ordered at 1am, estimated delivery at 1:30, it was then changed to 2am and my food arrived at 3am, I called the takeaway 7 times and the last time they answered (2:55am) to say it was on its way. When the food arrived for what I paid it wasn’t worth it, I paid £15 and got a burger, wrap and 8 wedges…plus the 2 hour waiting time, it wasn’t worth it at all I’m sorry

The food was stone cold and was over an hour late. We were sent our order missing some chips and was told the food was ready being wrapped and sent them 25 mins later it was apparently still being cooked 🙄 will never order from here again and highly recommend ordering elsewhere terrible food quality and service and clearly ran by liars.

First and last time we will be ordering from here. Food took an hour an half to arrive. We ordered nachos an they had foil stuck all over them asif they had been scraped off baking tray, couldnt eat it at all. Every time we have ordered from jagga spice, the delivery has always been over an hour late, which is very frustrating, same excuse every time, driver not turned in, shouldn't be taking too many orders if you cannot deliver on time, don't mind waiting extra 15 minutes but over an hour is ridiculous, but what I will say is food is always nice.

We like the food from this takeaway but we have ordered three times and everytime they forget items on the order. We spend £40 to £50 each time as well. When they deliver the item they forgot they take like an hour. Most of the time the food is cold. Very disappointed with their service. It is a shame as their food is nice.

The southern fried chicken was nice especially the breast. The hot and spicy chicken wings wasn't to my taste as covered in a sauce which wasn't stated, people didn't really like it. Fries was OK nothing special and the wedges was hot and OK. They did miss one item off the order which was a burger.
