Jade Garden Chinese Takeaway in City of London, Westminster

I got take away..aromatic dark with prawn balls,I then noticed that the duck is not a full quarter there is ice burg lettuce layering under the duck to make it look like it was a full quarter which it wasn't as you can see by the photo! I was very disappointed as it was tasty prawn balls included.. but I paid for a quarter of duck I never got a quarter of duck! Ill not order the duck again.

A lovely family run business that makes some decent food. I have being coming here for years and they never disappoint! All the staff are friendly and the service is quick.

Jade garden have always supplied fresh food and excellent service a must try friendly service nothing to much if you ask

The Jade has been one of the best Chinese restaurants in Kent for many years. It still delivers food and service to a very high standard. 7 of us today for a relaxed 2 hour lunch. A truly superb dining experience

An excellent meal. Easy ordering via telephone, quick delivery, hot and tasty food. Won Ton soup delicious, vegetable spring rolls were tasty, monk vegetables were delicious and dry ribs very good. Will certainly order again.

Disgusting rubbish. Cold food, missing items. Have lived in Northwood for 30 years, last ordered food from this restaurant 15 years ago and now I remember why !!!

Never had a bad meal from this resturant food is great, always arrives in the time they say very good takeaway, the misspelled are something to die for, very tasty

Food bland not very much flavour, small portions, and considering it is only about half a mile it was delivered cold. Would not recommend

Absolutely dreadful! Will NEVER order from here again. Absolutely disgraceful customer service. Manager takes order down incorrectly and then shouts and rants down the phone when queried where items are and hangs up TWICE. Driver comes to check what has been delivered and admits there they've made a mistake but no remedy offered. Have never had such disrectful response after spending over £100. Deeply disappointed as it ruined our family afternoon. Would NOT recommend.

Have been using this for 13+ years now and the food and service are fantastic. Always busy with orders, I find going to place and collect my order will see it jump the delivery orders.... Family run business. Favourite dish - too many but if I have to pick one Salt & Chilli Squid - best I have had.

Was a firm little favourite local takeaway, until I actually ordered a takeaway instead of picking it up (as I usually would). The food took 45 mins to arrive which I had been warned about. That was fine. Some of the food was warm (borderline cold). Another dish was just plain greasy. The embarrassing thing was that I had convinced my friend use Jade Garden as their food was better than another option. I was wrong. Jade Garden pull your socks!
