Green curry had so much oil on top, it actually separated from the sauce. once I removed it all the curry was ok. The sesame prawn toast was over cooked, the few that were edible were ok. Crispy shredded beef was not crispy at all and it tasted awful, and there was more onion than crispy shredded beef.

Sit in and take away and deliverynever had any problems, been using this restaurant for years.

Just phoned for a chinese delivery to Grange house in slade green, just 1.1 miles, but was told sorry we do not deliver this far....lol. Sadly had to take a £70+ family takeaway order elsewhere. We usually pick up our weekly chinese from here but our car being serviced. Now they have lost a weekly customer.

The staff are always friendly, atmosphere is relaxed. Food is always fresh and tasty. Service is quick but you never feel rushed. Love our local Jade garden. Recommend for good food at reasonable prices 😁

AVOID!! I really wanted to like this place because they were quick and gave us good service while ordering but I have never had a Chinese takeaway this bad. The chilli chips had flavour but very soggy. The chicken satay skewers were disgusting and chewy and the sauce on the skewers was more solid than liquid. The sweet and sour chicken was also very chewy. The quality of chicken they use is not good, or they don’t cook chicken long enough. The egg fried rice never had the taste of a typical egg fried rice and the rice was very mushy!! Won’t be returning.

food was very yummy, only wish that my order note had been read as I did state no peas in my rice dish but it arrived with peas.

It’s takeaways like this where I wish I took something out of the freezer and cooked it myself. I am genuinely annoyed I have wasted money on this. The squid was like eating sand and the beef was a shredded chilli mess. The whole plate was mushy and I won’t be eating here again.

Ordered a few times, food hot and tasty and what i ordered.

Food arrived quickly but it was pretty cold, had to stick it in the microwave.

Really disappoint this evening but it’s the food spent £40 on few things and everything is so bland and tasteless unfortunately. It was edible but just very plain .. 😩

These guys have gone downhill big time I used to rate it highly but now the food is always cold their delivery time is always double what they say and they have forgotten a dish on more than one occasion now and when I ring up to tell them all they say is I have to come and collect as their too busy to deliver 1 dish, it’s like once you’ve paid and they have your money they just don’t care. AVOID at all costs don’t waste your money!!!!

sorry to say it wasn't very nice tonight at all. food was barely warm, burnt spring rolls. cold curry, cold chow main that was in a pot with an old looking reused lid.

Food was late but that’s not a big issue - it’s a busy restaurant. The crispy fried beef was chewy and odd flavour. The chicken chow mein was ok but a bit tasteless. The dumplings were a lot greasier than I’ve had before. Prawn crackers were ok.

I ordered jade garden on Uber eats. I understand that you have store staff delivering the food. Got to my front door he was about to get in the car again as a silly flat neighbour said to him no one ordered here. Would be good to have a phone call to the number on the app and say that the food has arrived rather than being miscommunication by other people.

The cuisine is good the shredded chilli beef hits those taste buds, the bed rice is soft and is seasoned, they have vegetarian options such as tofu and spring rolls. This is based on a quiet day during rhe workday, I have used them for take aways and they never fail to disappoint.

I purchased the crispy shredded beef chilli last night, and I ended up throwing up early hours of this morning. I would like a full refund and I will never be returning. I was disappointed as I usually order from this location.

Food was very poor. Ordered 1/4 duck and only got one pancakes worth as the majority of it was fat. Sweet and sour chicken was all batter. Haven’t had issues before but wouldn’t get after a weekend again- felt like left overs

Placed an order tonight (Sunday 5th may). Ordered chicken chow mein and OH MY GOD was it salty!!! I love my salt, but jheez it was too overpowering! The same with the pancake rolls which also contained the noodles & bean sprouts. It was so strong that none of us could eat more than 1 bite/1 mouthful. Very disappointing as it was one of our main dishes. Can feel it sitting in the back of my throat 30 minutes later, it’s put me off big time. Ruined our whole meal unfortunately. Cannot contact the restaurant as we ordered late and they’re now closed.

It was marked as delivered within the timeframe despite that being false and didn’t arrive for 30 minutes after the fact, after I’d had to chase up with the restaurant

I usually sit in and have food in the restaurant which is very nice but we really didn’t enjoy the food last night which was delivered the chowmein was soggy as was the chicken in breadcrumbs the food was cold. Dry disappointed

Pad Thai did not look right. Included pork - did not mention this on the ingredients information. Ordered x2 could not eat either. Also bag had sauce spilled from the pad Thai at the bottom. Would not order again, requesting a refund.

Very disappointed with the quality. Food was cold and rice was undercooked. The Szechuan duck tasted like the duck was cooked in water then threw in a box a sauce.

Friendly staff who care about thier customer experience.

Late delivery, once arrived only one item received from order. Prior Had to chase restaurant to find out when the food was being delivered (as showed on the app as delivered) and many times got no answer. The delivery driver had to request restaurant to call my phone. Once Jade garden called I was asked which items were missing, in response the man on the phone said “are you sure?”. Glad the delivery driver was there to see me open the bag as I would have not been believed. Food was offered to be delivered but due to poor service I have requested a refund.

Jade garden is by far the best Chinese restaurant/takeaway in the area! Not only is the food always 10/10, the customer service is amazing (shout out to Johnny)! The staff are always super kind, polite, accommodating and helpful! I've been coming here for a very long time and the quality/service of Jade Garden has always and continues to remain wonderful. First time ordering from here. Tried 2 or 3 different places before giving Jade Garden a try. Incredible food. Going to dine in one day for sure. If food is that good as a take away I can't wait to experience dining in.

Delivery is quite slow, most of the food tasted fine, but the ribs were awful, didn’t taste fresh, very chewy and grey in colour, won’t be back
