Plough & Harrow in Bexley

Always go to this fish and chip shop, staff are so friendly and the food is always fresh and hot. Best chip shop in Crayford.

Food is great and prices good. Staff are nice as well. Fried bread not so good but they do stuffed hearts which is rare but I have not tried them.

Food was disappointing. Too salty, sweet - Lamb was tough, had been put into a very sweet, red food color curry sauce. Flat square pieces of tough meat obviously not cooked in the sauce. Lamb chops were also tough & slightly going off. I don't understand why these Restaurants are now so, so bad. Where are the great cooks of yester - year. Left most of the meal. Won't be Back.

Solid, although slightly on the pricier side. I'll be back.

Visited today after play date nearby. Having looked at the restaurants franchise available we thought this would be a good idea. The place is spacious and clean with comfy seating. The menu was a let down. Very limited menu and expensive. Small GBK burger cost £7.95, no fries or drink. Harry Ramsdems cod bites and chips was the same price to. Ed breakfast £11.50 with no drink. By the time I purchased a coffee, apple juice and water our lunch for myself and 2 kids cost £36! Kids only 4 & 7 years old. Shocking. Food was served promptly, the breakfast was poor, egg far too overdone and mushrooms barely cooked! I didn’t make a fuss, everything else was fine. I won’t be returning again. Shame as it is a great concept and good for parking.
