Order was pushed back 45 mins for delivery

Was really looking forward to a Chinese as it'd been a while. And this really didn't cut it. The food was poor to be honest and didn't taste fresh. I'll try somewhere else next time.

The food has not been delivered even though it said it has and I have been charged!!!!

Never got my food! Over 1 hour 30 minutes and not here but has the cheek to mark as delivered

Not great service used this place before but this evening customer service was shocking when I rang they didn’t know where they driver was it was eventually delivered 2 hours later. Unacceptable.

My daughter wanted a treat for her tea, and everything she ordered was really good…. I thought that whilst I’m ordering for her I’d have a little treat too as I love chips from Chinese restaurants and we have ordered from here many times before. At first I was taken back at the £3.60 they were charging for a portion of chips, but I went for them anyway, it’s a treat…. But what arrived was a pitiful half portion of half cooked soggy chips…. I was really really disappointed…. Poor form.

The food was nice enough but its too expensive compared to other Chinese's. Also the total delivery time was 1h 45mins, way too long.

We thought we would give Jade another go from a previous bad experience, but was absolutely disappointed with the portion size of the chips at premium prices, other take aways I would expect double the amount.

Ordered duck sweet and sour Hong Kong style. There was more FAT than anything else. To the point of being discussing! Check out the photo - that was all fat. I ate a few veg and chips for £14. Gross and would never recommend or order again!

After specifically mentioning no fish/prawn in the food I received my meal with it in… thankfully I am not allergic and had to pick it out but could have been different if I was allergic

I'm really sorry but the dishes wasn't up to the standard as normal, the chicken was over cooked and I didn't get a full portion as normal, the rice was watery and not very nice and the pancakes rolls had hardly any filling. But my friend said the curry was nice. I don't like to complain but I really don't enjoy it.

satay sauce had no flavour and like water. chicken fried rice not fried like mush and tasted disgusting will not use you again

Food was very late crispy shredded beef had very little/ no beef to be found. Dumplings tasty but not hot enough, overall very disappointing

Dissappoing food, £16 was expensive for what I got.

Food took around 40 minutes to arrive after just-eat notified me it was on its way. However when it did finally arrive it was piping hot (which suggests it wasnt on its way when they said it was) and really good.

absolute joke ordered salt and pepper chips and egg fried rice with my meal neither turned up got replaced with spring rolls which I didn't want won't order again.

I was a little wary because of some reviews but I still made a huge order for collection last night and despite how busy the tiny place seemed to be they had my order ready within 25 minutes. The family loved the food plenty of free goodies (generous portions). I’ll definitely order from here again recommend eveyone give it a try.

Food was cold, sauces were as thin as water and lacked flavour. Really disappointing

Best Chinese in town by far I recommend everyone to give it a try! Delivery can be a bit slow as it gets busy but overall a gem of a place.

Sent wrong items on the order and when I called to tell them I was told they had sent the correct items I was wrong. The food was watery and tasteless. Deffinitely will not order from them again!

Not bad - but fried rice dish says it comes with a sauce - it doesn't & no option to add. Have had better chinese but, as I said, it's OK

Food was on time and very hot but the salt and pepper chips were tasteless, they were more like regular chips. The Chinese mushroom with chicken was delicious 😋

Arrived late and wrong , when questioned and asked for a refund I was told the chefs recipe can change and vary dependent on restaurant ordered from !! Yeah right , in that case I’ll order elsewhere just in case you want to cook what ever it is you fancy cooking

Ordered through Keighley eats. The beef curry was just spice and oil filled curry that was very much like the maysan brand paste, tasteless beef and tons of onion. The chips were soggy and tasted reheated the rice was the reason for a star being given as it was OK. We also ordered chips rice and curry sauce that was just like above. I'm sorry but £3.50 for a small sack of reheated chips is not only an insult to customers but close to robbery. The order came 20mins later than stated on the app. Don't waste your money kwoklyn wan has a fantastic recipe make that and save your taste buds the sorry of this stuff.

Disgusting. I can cope with the odd dish not being made to taste but our whole order was a disappointment, some parts completely inedible!!

Ordered online as that's normally where we order from well all I can say it's gone down hill veg was hard chips were hard and my partner said its processed chicken

Order didn’t come on time. When I asked for a delivery update via the app I received a text message that it had been delivered. I then rang the takeaway and was told it would be on its way in 5 minutes and that the kitchen had pressed the wrong button to reply to the update request. Then they let slip that they hadn’t even started cooking the food yet. I cancelled the order. Remains to be seen how long the refund takes to get back to me.

Duck in plum sauce came in 3 separate tubs. Duck looked like it had been taken straight out of the freezer and microwaved. Tasteless and dry. Vedge in separate tub was non dicript, think it was cabbage with 3 tiny slithers of carrot. Sauce was ok but did not lift the dish at all. Whole meal was a very expensive disappointment.

Very small portion no prawn crackers and spent £36 not great value

Food was of a poor standard and wasn’t very warm in the chicken curry there were more onions than chicken and very little filling in the starters. For the amount of money spent I would believe that a potions of prawn crackers would be standard but none sent with the order either.

Food gave me PARASITES AND DIORREAHA

Food was very bland and very over priced. First time using this Chinese as my regular one was closed. Wont be reordering again.

The food was awful,just noodles in soy with the meat/fish on top. Both meals were the same except for the chicken/prawn. Very disappointing and not worth the money.

Jade Garden is always amazing, every time! We are absolutely obsessed with the salt and pepper chicken wings! 10/10 recommend! Thank you!

chips were soggy and tasteless, pork balls seemed to have been made from mince or sauasage meat.

Don't know what has happened to this place. Used to be superb but not anymore. It's quite expensive but was worth it once. Won't be using again.

Chichen chow main dry cut up pieces of noodle. Few bits of frozen chichen. Had to warm up in the microwave. Not worth .the money

The meals were lovely and hot, but because I forgot to order my own chow main i had to wait for it to come before I could eat my meal. My own fault but it was still lovely.

The meals were hot but I had asked for no onions and the meal had to take them all out as we are allergic to onions, so wasn't too happy about that.

Poor! Hardly any hoisin with the duck, no lemon sauce with the lemon chicken and the chicken was dry! Will be avoiding from now on! Expected more and now expect some recompense!

For Thai dishes from a Chinese takeaway, this wasn't bad at all. Everything else was decent too. Will remember them next time we're local.

Rolls were 90% Bean sprouts. Cantonese chicken was also 90% bean sprouts, which is odd given it does not normally contain them.

My go to Chinese on Just Eat, always correct, always warm, always tasty, mostly on time, good portions, not the cheapest but quality

We’ve been loyal supporters of Jade Garden for a while now, but last night’s meal was surprisingly disappointing. Believe it or not, there was one piece of pineapple only, across two meals!

Absolutely piping hot and as always absolutely DELICIOUS!! 11/10. Can’t fault them. And I’m very fussy.

Were do I start they forgot to send all the items out so had to wait 30 minutes for them to bring it. The meat was well over cooked and not very nice and by the time we got the full order the rest was cold so we have not had a very nice meal.

Hideous food. Crispy noodle dishes = crumbled up 9p smart price uncooked noodles. I kid you not. Rubbery meat, sooooo many white onions to fill. No. Won’t use again.

Waited over an hour for our order and when it eventually came we received the wrong order so had to ring them up the delivery drive came to pick it up he did have another order but that wasn't ours either so we had to wait another 30 minutes for us to get our correct order absolutely unbelievable

Forgot the rice in our order, however by the time we'd walked back home it wasn't worth walking back. We should have checked before we set off really.

The meal was nice but there was way too many onions in the chicken oyster sauce and the ribs were small for the price. I will have to remember to ask for no onions in everything next time.

Disappointing and won't be returning. The chips were overcooked so they tasted dry and powdery, chicken was dry and crispy and borderline inedible. Ordered salt and pepper chicken/chips and could barely taste any seasoning. Asked for curry sauce instead or sweet & sour and was ignored. Only positive is they delivered about 10 mins early.

Very tasty food, well cooked and great vegetarian options with clear labelling. Thai cashew could have had more, well, Thai flavours, but it was still nice.

Messed up our order. My girlfriend ordered Chicken chow mein with crispy noodles and they sent her chicken and sauce with a box of dry noodles separately, meaning she couldn’t eat it.
