Only had two things from here. Salt and pepper wings with fries and the prawns fried rice. Both were delicious. I’d definitely recommend tying this place out.

Decent food, wings have got alot smaller than before but still taste decent.

Fortune cookie Bradford has really dropped in quality compared to before. The noodle prawns had no taste.

Got a wings and chips The chips were dry and the wings were so small and skinny! Never used to be like that. The guys that work the front of house are always efficient but food has gone down hill in my opinion.

Asked for extra spices & veggies like most customers usually do… however did not expect them to add THIS much.. I ordered near closing time so I understand if they wanted to get rid of all of their spice & veggies but this was over the top. Ruined the meal for me, this amount is not healthy for anyone to eat? Did no one realise that?

Order food from here 3 times and all 3 times the food was nasty and cold. How are they even open!?

Food is spot on, their wings and chips are just flavoursome and just tasty, they always do the order as reqested no matter what I order, ribs are tasty! everything is great

This place is extremely bad i just ordered food from them thay took 19 £ off me and when the delivery guy came out . Called me on my phone and demanded me to collect it from middle of the street when I refused to he said dont give a f**k .... as i paid 19 £ for some noodles you might as well be kind enough to deliver it to costumer. What he did was amazing never seen it before he left it out side the gate and was gone. Only when i called them i found out its there it was out side for 5 to 10 minutes. Don't bother

We ordered a takeout the food arrived on time the Food was cold over cooked and dried out . Prawn toast were burnt hard definitely did not deliver what was said on the menu . Portion size small the fool was not fit to eat . Will not be returning ordering again.😞

I went to the take away ordered satay sauce s&p chips and chicken chow main come home to eat it and it tasted absolutely disgusting. The satay sauce was watered down and oily. The chow main tasted like old dirty oil and there was no chilli flakes in the salt and pepper chips it was bland and flavour less. Absolutely disappointed because I’m pregnant and was craving a Chinese and they normally deliver better standards but all they could say on the phone was everything was made fresh and they can’t give me my money back but if everything was made fresh I wouldn’t be making the complaint about disappointing food. Not even one star

Ordered the prawn and salt and pepper chips tonight and got to say most of the chips were so burnt that they weren’t eatable. Didn’t even get full after eating the full portion because most of the chips were dreadful.

Will never order from them again this is not real Chinese food I asked for chicken chow main with vegetables just got noodles with chicken and there chicken balls are not even chicken balls just nuggets ew never again!

Salt and pepper wings use to be the best around but dropped as the veg was not cooked and the portion size has dropped. Leeds one is far better in food quality and portion size. The gravy is still the best around.

DO NOT BUY the cookie dough. I called them up and asked if it was cookie dough or a cookie, he seemed confused so I asked “is it a cookie? or is it gooey?” and they said gooey. ITS NOT! the rest if the food was ok, but they ruined my night by lying to me.

Been a few times here and these guys never dissapoint. From the excellent customer service to the quality of the food. Absolutely 💯, me and the Mr's enjoyed the duck with hoisin sauce and stir fry etc.

Should not have ordered when I saw the hygiene rating of 2. It really was a poor experience of Chinese food. Ordered 2 portions of chicken wings and chips, it looked like they had fried a whole bag of old chips for us in each portion, threw in some tasteless old chicken. Honestly the chicken was rubbery and not seasoned with anything apart from flour. Few peppers and onions and bits of red chilli flakes. And don’t get me started on the curry sauce, was an old spodgy mess. The only thing I could say is that the delivery was on time but I will never re order again. Not authentic at all, I think it’s a big rip off tbh. I think next time I’d rather make my own.

Previous years they have been doing really well and customer service was A class I don’t know if someone else has taken over but the man at the counter was very rude and did not pay any attention to me. He was also rude and threw the food on the counter like I was desperate or something. Not only that but when I got the food it was cold and horrible the wings were dry as as flour and the chips were just not worth it. I paid extra for the peppers and they hardly put any on them . The chips were soggy also .

I would recommend the salt and pepper chips and prawns from here, they're delicious. The food is always fresh. We usually order over the phone and collect, the food is ready in 10-15 minutes. The service is good.

Such a shame I have to give it 2 stars , I travelled from far away (2 hours) to try the salt and pepper combo with chips as recommended by a few friends , the flavour was 10/10 wings 10/10 BUT the chicken chunks & King Prawns were 0/10 they were so hard and I am sure they were fried yesterday or possible 2 days prior then left in fridge then refried again and added into my food, it was terrible seriously couldnt even chew it was so hard and rubbery . Very disappointed and hesitant to give them another chance if I visit Bradford

Absolutely fantastic service and food is amazing. Best Chinese takeaway in the whole of Yorkshire...would definitely recommend fortune cookie and no other chinese takeway even comes close to how delicious the food is here!!

Been going here religiously since they first opened and appalled by the way they handle their customers. Placed an order today but straight away changed my mind and cancelled the order as my sisters wanted food from another place instead. Ended up receiving the offer a bit later on and the Uber driver wasn’t sure as to why it’s been delivered so decided to take it for now and my sister rang the takeaway straight away to resolve this. Informed the guy on the phone that it was cancelled but we’ve ended up receiving it and without saying anything at all he VERY RUDELY responds with “IF YOU KNEW YOU CANCELLED IT WHY THE HELL WOULD YOU TAKE IT OFF THE DRIVER” She explained that the only reason She accepted it was because obviously the money has been taken out of her account and she’s unsure if the pending transaction would fall back or the takeaway will end up taking the money and that is the reason she rang them so they can decide what to do. The guy then responds with “WEVE DONE THIS A MILLION TIMES WE KNOW THIS ISNT COMING TO US SO ITS YOUR FAULT” not sure how anything is my fault when we clearly cancelled it and their takeaway decided to deliver it lol. THEY should’ve checked before delivering it. Not to mention, the guy himself said he’s had this issue in he morning with another customer too which clearly suggests the error and negligence on their side. She then proceeded to calmly explain to the guy why she accepted it and that they can take it back if they wish as we’ve already ordered food from another place. And the guy was EXTREMELY rude the whole time and goes “no, you bring it back to me” and that he doesn’t want it back as he has no use and demanded we place the order AGAIN so he can take a payment and not deliver it. The guy on the phone clearly had zero customer service skills. This is when I decided to take the phone off my sister as the whole time she was being super polite whereas the guy was absolutely shouting down the phone blaming her for them delivering the food. When I took over the phone I abruptly said I am not bringing the food back to us as it is not my responsibility, however you can come and take it back. I even said to him “I understand where he’s coming from and that is why out of courtesy we rang him to resolve this issue whereas we could’ve just kept it quietly” not once did he sound apologetic but rather so rude that I’m surprised man is running a business. He then proceeds to say “it’s the month of Ramadan keep it as charity from us” and hung up. EXTREMELY unprofessional and ridiculously ill mannered behaviour. So disappointed

Drove from Huddersfield to pick up order for beef fried rice and chicken chow mien. Both greasy and lacked flavour, ended up in the bin, I should have made it at home instead. Either get some training from Chinese chefs or employ Chinese staff pls. I’ve been to better halal joints.

Perfect really nice food the service was abit slow it took one hour to get our order out but still it was worth the wait really enjoyed the wings wasn't to keen on the milkshakes but will definitely be returning for the wings

Half the order missing! The crispy duck that cost £8 was missing half of the things that were meant to come with it. Waste of time and money, dry chewy duck. Absolutely disgusted with the service. And is also now ignoring img my calls.

Worst Chinese food in the world! I spent £40 disgusting food! Words can’t describe how bad the food is I advice you to totally avoid unless you want to get ill. The customer service is 0 very poor and rude and Arrogant staff! Fear God! Avoid like the plague

Amazing food and you get a lot for your money. We order from here on a weekly basis and this has been the case for over a year! Whenever there has been an issue (not been many) it was swiftly rectified. Definitely recommend to others.

The service is absoloutely GREAT but unfortunately the food was decieving. I ordered chicken black bean sauce medium, egg noodles & the king prawn with black pepper chips on sunday 1st november 2020 i ordered online to collect at 6.25-6.30pm. I did not want to phone as they were quite busy and i had to travel back home to London the following day. It were my first time eating from here, maybe i will give a 2nd chance but all the people working with food need to cover your facial hair. By law you should do this as its food & hygiene this is a serious matter. I got beef black beans and not chicken. I couldn't eat this meat. To top it off it had way to much soya sauce & salt. I also found a curly black hair in my food and that just threw me off completely. I got a free can of coke and thank you i appreciate that as i only had card. Im willing to give a second chance but please cover your facial hair & wear a chef hat otherwise i will report this matter to enviromental health. I work in a resturant myself so i understand the pressure when its a busy time between 5pm-10pm its always rush hours. You should have a check back system with customers in regard's to scanning the bag with them so no further mistakes happen. Other than that the service is remarklable. The staff are on point in regard's to customer care but please take care when handling food. I don't even eat beef or any red meat but i still tried the sauce. If i visit next time and i the food is better i will give 5stars and the greatest review until then it's only two stars. Kindest Regard's.

Absolutely awful!! Would not recommend ordered salt and pepper chicken, chips were cold the chicken was way too big to be nuggets don’t know how they could make a profit! Hardly any onions, no peppers and the onions were not even fresh all thrown in a bad!! Binned it and cooked something! Waste of money!

Absolutely annoyed and will never be ordering from here again. Ordered 2x spicy wings with salt & pepper chips and 1 mix chicken nuggets and wings with salt & pepper chips, but turned out to be another order. Top of that delivery took 1.5 hours to arrive. Like WOW

It was my first time ordering from here and I thought it was absolutely lovely and I’m normally a very eater who moans 😂 but I honestly can’t say that anything was wrong with any of it it we got a verity of items we ordered a king prawn chop suey, beef curry and beef and mushrooms with egg fried rice, chips and crispy spring rolls and everything was delicious. Always on point and the service is excellent very friendly staff. Wings and chips highly recommend also curry sauce is amazing. Ignore the negative feedback and try it for yourself.

I last night tried this takeaway and ordered at 23.30. My food come on time and hot. The sizes was big and it tasted very good. This will now be my new go to Chinese.

Extremely dissatisfied with my order tonight, the lamb ribs looked and tasted like they had been re-cooked, extremely fatty and dry. Chicken in ok sauce was not much better the sauce was very watery and extremely strong vinegar taste. Perhaps not normal performance judging by other reviews

Really have gone down in standard. For some reason the combo has decreased in size , more chips and less of the chicken wings , dry boneless chicken and prawns .. then the coke bottle is a Foreign one ( which costs less) and tastes crap basically. I’m not sure if ur on hard time’s but not giving ur customers the proportions they pay for and quality coke on top won’t take ur problems away.. ur only going to lose business as you have mine! won’t be ordering again I’m afraid
