Rajas Grill in Bradford

We had an evening meal at the Great Horton Road branch, we ate 2 curries, a meat curry and a chicken curry, we ate in house upstairs in a very comfortable environment,we we had excellent service by Ahman, ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Friendly staff, good service and great food. The best karahi I’ve had in years. Definitely going back.

Today was the first time I had visited this joint and all I can say was that the starters were phenomenal and the main fish curry with naan was also amazing. Exceptional customer service, friendly and highly professional staff and the chef came over and spoke to us and we thanked him for his amazing culinary skills. I cannot recommend this place enough. I will be coming back here next week. Thank you guys.

Thank you to whoever was working tonight he had great customer service made sure that I got my food even though I wasn’t there at first to collect it as I didn’t hear the door the food was delicious thank you again so much

Pack your bags, drive to Leicester, order a proper Raja’s. The service was better in Bradford, but the quality of food is amazing in Leicester! Even though Bradford was the origin of Raja’s, you’d expect the food quality to be better!

There was hair in my food when I complained they said it was my hair, I have blonde hair not black. Staff extremely rude and use bad language. Bad food and bad service.

Ordered for 3 piri piri burgers and it was great. Also had chicken BBQ wings. They both were good. The order was delivered on time and the food quality and quantity were enough for 3 people. I would surely recommend the restaurant to other colleagues...

I enjoyed the food, was nice felt like something more expensive then it was. Very enjoyable, the water jugs/bottles looked like they need to be replaced or washed. Also the atmosphere was a bit cold and lonely.

Went in on a Sunday afternoon, the place was mega busy. How many people taking orders? Just 1. That too someone who messed up orders in front of my eyes. Lots of people waiting and waiting. People chasing up their orders with little luck. Stood there for 20 minutes by which time I realised that the reason why everyone was kept waiting was because 1 customer had a large collection who literally came in and took his food away before everyone else.

The food has improved so much I come here once a week. A wide range of different foods u can order from a whole peri peri chicken to biryani to curry. Everything is perfection. Cannot fault it at all! My new place for food!

Only ever had a takeaway from here, after sumone we new raved about it, didn't rate it to be honest, food bland I thought' staff ok! Won't be going back though

El pilau era dura y fría, pero para empeorar las cosas las alas de chiken era la mitad de la porción dicho pero con el corte cositas gratis en la mitad para hacer 4! Eso no estaba en el que terminó como eran las cosas que va peor ...

I've tried reviewing it by adding a new place, but for some reason it came up as a review of bradford! this place has been rebranded and re-opened but I'm sure it will close down again. 2 Chicken Wings cut in half to make a portion of 4! LOL they are proper jokers. It is worse than when it was owned by an acquaintance of mine, as at least he would listen to concerns. The pilau was hard and cold, but to make matters worse the chiken wings was half the portion stated but with the peices cut in half to make 4! That wasn't where it ended as things were about to get worse.... I've been here before, and the waiter service was excellent along with the popadoms (previously greasy and soggy!). The roti is fresh and crisp, and to be honest the pickled achar chicken wasn't too bad either. We asked for mild, they gave us milks. However, as a foodie I couldn't stop laughing at the chicken wings cut in half! I was told it was a modest portion but to be honest if they weren't stongy the wings would be massive - but they decided to cut the portion in HALF!!!! Lol, that's right the breast side of the wing constituted one peice and the other side of the wing was marketed as another. The service took ages, and then for dessert they started getting angry at closing time despite the fact they took an hour serving. What resulted was a dismal finale, as we were served cold custard with a doughy old cornflake tart - also very cold! I really wanted to give them 2 stars as the peri full chicken meal is nice. However, the cold and hard pilau rice topped it all off as they had done the cardinal sin of cheap and nasty cuisine - got THREE items messed up! If you eat anything like a dog, then knock yourself out - it is relatively well priced for grilled meals. However if you like your food warm, fresh, and served in full portion you will be thoroughly disappointed. Also rude and simissive in regards to complaints at the till, the choice is yours!

Went in two weeks ago had the best karahiChicken for as long I can remember with another two friends so i thought I will treatMy boys . Went in again but this time for a take away 2 piri piri full chickens were great Value and absolutely delicious .

I am visit evey weekend and am enjoying rajas food but don't know what happened now. I ordered doner meat and chips and full chicken with naan but chicken is uncooked and blood inside.................................you see in pictures this chicken no cooked

Phoned to complain that the food we ordered was way toooo Spicey, even for my husband who can handle his chillies. They're response was that we have changed the menu and its very Spicey the way customers like it if you didn't want it you should of said. No apologies or nothing they were actually quite rude. We will never be ordering from here again and if you don't like chillies then I would recommend you order from somewhere else too!!
