Lovely food. Service is fast and friendly staff.

My son and his mother had a meal from there on 02/06/2022. There were pieces of glass in the meal. No one even got back to us after comolainjng on Uber Eats. The place should be shut down

This is awful won't be ordering again..chicken was off in the curry tasted really bad but then the beef was pink in the middle and not cooked. Won't be going back

Absolutely shocking. How these people run a business I will never know. They don't answer the phone. Order placed at 9.45pm, got confirmation saying it will be delivered 10.45pm the latest. It's now 11.20pm and still waiting. I genuinely don't think it's going to turn up, I'm a hungry woman. They are not answering. Please do yourself a favour and DO NOT use this so called 'takeaway'. You'd be quicker walking to China and fetching it yourself.

Ordered from here, took over an hour to come and it was cold, found a black hair and a piece of metal in the food looks like part of a brillo pad! AVOID

This place should be shut down... Food in buckets on floor... And the buckets and floor are rotten... Rice is prev pre cooked so it shouldn't be eaten at all and there's a eat problem... So unless you want bad guts and more AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Have used this takeaway for at least 6 years alway have the same order chicken curry egg fried rice n a portion of soft noodles. Always had it delivered last night we were told orders had to be £12.00 or over. This shop has been taken over by new people. We now used New World in Great Bridge what a beautiful taste n they delivered our usual order. All you customers not happy with this takeaway give New World a go.

It used to be fantastic in there but must have changed owners recently and it wasn't enjoyed. Food was vile and order was wrong. Couldn't even get plain noodles right!

I have ordered food from Jade Gardens for a few months now. The service has always been good and the food excellent. However, why is your portions of chicken yuk sung getting smaller and smaller each time I order it? It used to be a full container, now its barely half full.

After waiting 2hrs 35mins for Chinese to come the duck was that hard u could not eat it the curry was a orange colour and tasted disgusting the only thing that was edible was the chips what a waste of £28 I will never have anything from here again very very disappointing

I'd give less than 1 star if I could. Ordered at six on just eat. Said delivered at half 7. Still sitting here at 9.15 with no food and cant get through to them.

Ordered what we thought was a Chinese.. Chicken and mushroom curry looked like sweet and sour sauce once dished out it smelt like an Indian! My whole house smells like Indian curry! Not the kind of Chinese we've ever had before

Shocking food. Ordered Chilli Salt and Pepper chicken and chips. No chilli just onions and peppers. No spice at all. Chips were soggy! Chow mein was burnt!

Ordered through just eat, hour waiting time, called when still hadnt been delivered hour and 10 minutes later to be told was out for delivery, drove to shop to collect to be told its gone out for delivery.. place is a joke dont bother 6 calls for late food while im sat here.

Food is really nice and this was the second time we had bought from here, however part of our order was missing (fried rice). When we called to query this we were basically accused of lying!!!!! We were finally offered 'another one' needless to say I didn't bother going back again to fetch this and will not use this place again. Shocking!!!
