I been more then ten time but I never seen bg like tonight all staff is very helpful

The worst restaurant I had ever goon to , food late served and not good even , I have to call staff for Manu,service etc waited for 2 hr for dinner after order , even street food service is far better then this

The service was so bad no one came to us for just water or little bit things we will pay 80 pounds

I ate a lot of rubbish even after 1 hours but still the food was still the same.

Went for 50th birthday party there was barbecue, food was amazing lots of variety including vegetarian food and service was great considering amount of people .I will definitely recommend this place to host a party and going for a meal

We visited this restaurant purely as it was next door to the hotel. We thought it would average at best given the location, we were so wrong. Without a doubt the BEST Indian meal we have ever tasted by a long shot. Sooooo worth a visit!!

Chilli chips was good and crispy, not sure about the chilli paneer lacked taste, atmosphere was vibrant and busy, drinks slightly overpriced, one pint cost £5.

Good place to go for Indian dinning and open till late night around (11 or 12 in busy days). Food is delicious and staff are very polite.

We went to Jannu Restaurant for family Birthday Dinner, they have best food, service and ambiance. Would certainly recommend this place for family outings.

I was very impressed. Only had chicken tikka and a nan bread but both cooked to perfection and the portion was very good. All served with condiments. Staff were very nice and polite

I came here to have dinner with my family. The food taste had completely change ( it was bland) and the portion sizes has changed. We ordered a large and it clearly didn't look like it. After we had the main course our hands were stained yellow

Good food, if you can get it! They say they deliver (but they never have in 3 years of asking), their payment system is extremely temperamental (never pay until the food is in your possession) and the menu has no description at all for any of the dishes. But if you can overcome all of that then a very nice meal can be ordered here.

We've reserved a venue for the baby shower event. Everything, from the food to the decor and ambiance, is perfect. Since it's our family restaurant, we always choose it for its delicious food!

Some places make you feel happy with the ambince, but this place will be feel you with traditional India food tastes. Definitely, it will be feel like small trip and food with family.

I would say it's OK place to go and eat food

This is our go to Indian! Nice cosy sit down, with food always been 10/10 ! Bang on each time , service could be alittle quicker but overall brilliant staff and food with excellent customer service :)

So went on a Tues night at 9pm ordered.2 papadoms each and I ordered a chicken madras 2 naans , chips , few beers, the sauce tray was full ,the red sauce was banging , when the main turned up the chips were hot, the madras and 2 naans were spot on , had lots of curry's, the previous reviews say this place is a hidden gem, rated at 4.2 on Google, this was an absolute top notch curry.

We've never had better Indian food in Leicester. The portions of each item were generous, and they were all delicious. To begin, there will be a mixed barbecue and a mixed vegetable grill. The main course is a chicken curry with garlic naan and lamb biryani. all mouthwatering and delicious.😋😍

First time there yesterday had a great time service very good food was good live music was great

Brilliant meal and food ! The decor may be tired and the layout a little school dinner hall but put that to one side as the food is something special. We had a range of dishes as starters and they were soon cleared though, with the mains all being eaten and everyone enjoyed their dishes. A rice portion would be fine for two people but it all depends how hungry you are! There’s an outdoor BBQ out back which is fired up on a Sunday with lots of outdoor seating. Will certainly be returning soon.

Everything is good. But some food tests were not good. I like Chicken masala was very good like home made with tandoori roti.

Fantastic meal with helpful & friendly staff, the lamb was so tender too. Very quiet on a early Monday evening just after opening but will go back another time when it's busier.

absolutely disgusting service with the server , akash , adding £35 to our bill and accusing us of bringing our own drinks. we are appalled as it is not true and there is no proof of this. disgusting service and Akash is a piece of work and disgraceful. will not be going back there ever again due to that vile akash who ruined out night and wrongly accused us of many things.

Good food at reasonable rates. Nice place really friendly staff and plenty of parking and space. Spicy samosas were delicious 😋.

This was the perfect place for large family gathering. Spacious and not hot and overcrowded with other customers. Lots of parking. The food was brilliant. Veg and non veg. Massive portions and excellent prices. The whole family were satisfying and happy. Would definitely book again

We have been here twice and both times been impressed with the service value for money and flavour. The lamb chops are very fantastic, and the food is served piping hot with lots of selection The staff are friendly and attentive and i enjoy the music and music videos playing in the restaurant

Place looks like a mess from the outside, soon as we pulled up was about to leave, but then I thought we would give it a try. Inside was nice and clean staff were very friendly, food came out prompt despite it being pretty busy not like some of the reviews i have read on this place about slow service. I would highly recommend will definitely be going again.

The best lamb jalfrezi I've ever had. Hospitable hosts and a good, reasonably priced menu. Clean, large selection of draft beers and top shelf. What an amazing hidden gem. Can't recommend enough

went there for my sons birthday bout 17 of us .. starters fine but mains took over 1&1/2 hour. i had to keep askin them… gave up in the end… so bad the staff were hiding in the kitchen n not communicating with us… been goin there for years but was the most worst experience ever … would not recommend… my son was in tears after..spoilt his birthday dinner.

This restaurant seems to come under many names but it's at the former little chef. Service was a little slow but they were busy and did apologise for the wait. Food was excellent, I had the quorn starter and a chickpea dish for main. Great menu with lots of veggie options.

Service was ok. All the food was flavourless. Ordered the special sizzler £18 - total waste of money as had no flavour. Ordered chilli chips too...looked great but again no chilli flavour at all. Same story with our mains. The staff all worked really hard on the night but the food lets the place down. Disappointed overall.

Couple guys weren't talking politely to us. We asked one of the guy to clear our table but replied rudely and walked off. The customer service needs to be improved. One star because of the customer service, overall food was delicious.

Good customer service and amazing food but it takes a while to receive it

Too expensive and took ages to bring the order even though it wasn't busy. Portion is too small for £7 to £8 and no popadams as well. Will avoid it next time.

Mains are good, starters not so much - decent value for money.

Just came back from this restaurant. The food was very nice and the service was excellent. Our waiter was Edward and he was absolutely lovely. He was extra kind to my elderly mother. It's a bit out of the way, but I recommend it. Thanks for a lovely evening

First visit and food was of a good standard as was the service, friendly and not too attentive as some places are. Diners were of Indian origin as most of us are aware if Indians favour the then it must be of standard. Spicenick it out in the sticks but as they are on the side of the A46 they should be hard to find except I'm not sure if they are changing there name? Don't expect a soft lighted romantic restaurant the interior still bears the mark of a once Little Chef but fortunately the food is far better.

Never expected to find such great food here , service quantity and quality are outstanding. Wish they did delivery service, 70 miles is a bit much though. Highly recommend everyone to eat here 😋😋

Always have a great meal here. The prawns with the shell on are amazing and his lamb on the bone is just like home made. Reasonable prices, friendly atmosphere and staff look after you. Can't ask for more than that!

Good Quality food and the service is very good. Been here multiple times would highly recommend. The fish tank is always a hit with the kids and car park is massive so parking is no problem.

Really impressed! The food was fresh and beautifully spiced. There's a good choice of veggie dishes, including Indo-Chinese and loads of paneer options :) The waiters provided just the right level of service and whilst there are a couple of remnants of the little chef left, the bar area's fabulous and there's loads of lovely countryside around three sides, so don't let it put you off ;) We'll definitely be going back. Good thing about this place its out tge way, good parking. Specialty indian veg food. Quiet good, mogo chips are great. You will go home with a surprisingly full belly. Portions are very good.
