Enjoy this food every time we order, always arrives on time never once had an issue our Friday night treat, look forward to it again. Prawn purée Tandoori chicken Large kebab Rice & vegetable curry sauce Delicious!

amazing, can’t beat the donner meat always fresh & hot

The food was disgusting i paid 8 pounds for a load of processed chicken. The food could have been bought from iceland cheaper. The wings also had a funny taste to them. All of the food was processed and the best part of the meal was the drink.

Had a lovely takeaway this evening, it was delicious. Prawn puree starter Chicken tandoori meal, including rice, curry sauce and salad. Large Donna kebab on naan bread

Too spicy hot to eat so most was wasted, the bombay potatoes and the samosas. Much hotter than elsewhere and than they should be.

Never delivered food and tried to lie otherwise

Pizza’s where spot on so tasty definitely be ordering again

if you want std eat from this place, this take away is a disgrace i ordered donna stir fir the onions and peppers wasnt if even cooked donna was day before charged me £9 this place needs to get closed down before some is seriously ill, dont know what local autority are playing at and how this business is even operating

2 hours and 20 minutes later no delivery, rang 3 times

We waited 1hr and 30 mins for 2 wraps and a kebab, the kebab was wrapped in paper that they had been writing orders on all night and most of the lettuce was black! Usually very reliable but must be under new ownership or something because last 2 orders have been very poor!

Took over a hour and half for food to come said on its way for over 30mins had to ring to find out if it was on its way

Took just under 2hrs to receive food from time ordered submitted, we ordered 3 things- a mixed kebab (only had chicken tikka on and no donnor meat), a meatfeat pizza & a supreme cheeseburger (which also was wrong when delivered) food was cold when delivered, we have ordered from jaans on numerous occasions and always enjoyed the takeaway with no issues but unfortunately we won’t be using them again.

was abit late than expected but not a problem, but sauces was missing from the order.

What a joke this place is left me for 2 hours waiting telling me ohh driver 10 mins away then call them back 15 mims later then all of a sudden they don’t have my order why run a business if you can not do the job properly to be honest I quite happy it didnt come food properly worser then the customer service

Order from here often Delivery always on time or early, never a bad experience

It would be better if they could get the order right and now it's really expensive there. We used to use regular now we won't be going back.

Great food moved to Wales really missed it

Ordered from here yesterday and i got bombay potatoes never know i indian take away to use tinned potatoes this is what i recieved in sause...... Went right in the bin

I ordered chicken strips as well as other items, I usually love mayonnaise but the amount poured on top of my chicken tells me no care or pride is taken when dealing with customer food! I couldn’t eat my chicken, it had been ruined. Usually the food from Jaans is quite good but not this time.

Delicious food at reasonable prices. Asian style pizza are my favourite.

Not the same quality of food that used to get all food has gone bland

I just had pizza from jaan tandoori my dad likes there pizza we order every weekend when my dad is off from work they are nice not too good but they are nice

2nd best place for donner. (Make sure you get the guy to wash his hands b4 you do anything) 1st place is obviously the kebab house gallabz

We use jaans all the time we love the food ordered our usual 3 pizzas last night and it wasnt nice there was clearly a different chef on. I am pregnant and was up in the night throwing up I hope the food is better again next time .

Lamb donner is good but chicken donner is like raw chicken not proper clean and cooked.

I noticed people raving on about pizzas here with reviews so thought me and my boys would get one each..I thought it was horrible..very unusual taste on the base and doughy..supposed to be chicken..It had half a tin of sweetcorn on it..cheese and tomato and not one piece of chicken on it and was completely tasteless..boys didn't like theirs either..won't be getting from here again..

Brilliant donna and chips for a cheap price and free can of fizzy drink! Delicious calzone too. Nice customer service.
