Disappointed why they change policy when it’s busy, prices, no app service I thought that was the point of spoons, just like all big companies treat us like crap disrespect

Ordered 2 meals via the app. Tea cups were out in 1 min and server offered to make up the drinks for us (nice touch). Both meals were top notch, delivered promptly and with restaurant service level. Weathspoons is pretty generic in terms of offering but this place differentiated itself with attention to the customer.

Ordered mixed platter. Hardly any chips nowadays. Presentation could b bette. Bathroom should b cleaned more regular and smiles wouldn't harm at Wembley Central.

A very tired pub and needs urgent renovation. Many better pubs in the area. My scampi was not fully cooked and had to go back. I would not go back.

A very tried place that I would not return to, the mens toilets were particularly dirty and smelly. Atmosphere is ok. The food was normal Wetherspoon’s menu.

Lugar económico para desayunar en Tooting, que se encuentra frente a la estación de metro.Este es un Spoons más viejo y realmente cansado, anticuado y sucio. La alfombra está sucia y bien pisada y la decoración es lúgubre y oscura.Dicho eso, es rápido. Eficiente. Simpático. Accesible.

No se puede servir siempre la cerveza porque el personal está parado en un extremo del bar, los baños son asquerosos, el lugar está sucio, este lugar es una broma que he escrito varias veces a la oficina central, a nadie parece importarle lo único Lo bueno del lugar es cerveza barata me encanta ver la cocina Apuesto a que es un agujero que nunca comería aquíIncluso gratis

We visited this spoons before heading into London central and were treated very well by all the staff but a very special mention to Connor, he was friendly, helpful & a lovely member of staff.. please give our thanks to him again- he made our visit extremely pleasant :)

awful . ordered ham egg and chips. had to send the eggs back 4 times. the eggs were hard. the last eggs were snotty, gave up . a chef who cant even fry an egg? My first choice was fish and chips. NONE AGAIN. Tooting JJ MOONS. needs a good wake up. Manager does not care about the customers. There has not been Fish and chips for 4 days and today is Friday. I have been a customer for 17 years .

Outstanding value, like all Weatherspoons. However, also has the drawback (shared with most Weatherspoons in a big city), that it gets crowded. A friend and I have been in the habit of breakfasting at the one near Victoria Station, which is very quiet at that time (mornings) and this time we met instead in Tooting Bec for church and then went to JJ Moons, at Tooting Broadway. I would however advise customers to not leave their food (or drinks I suppose) unattended - otherwise they will get whipped away! I'd simply gone for a refill of the coffee (free refills is one excellent US practice they've adopted) and my friend came down with me for a few moments to ensure I knew how to do it. They rather insisted my plate was empty and my friend was annoyed (though she'd finished her plate!). The place wasn't even particularly crowded. Our bags and all were there. I suppose a lot of guests leave food on their plate - it's just that I don't. Ever. The plot thickens: my sister said that in some Northern Weatherspoons she was in, there was actually a notice warning guests that this can happen if they leave their orders unattended, but I don't think I've seen it elsewhere. Enjoy the excellent value, but be warned!

Una cálida noche de verano en Tooting, nos topamos con esta joya (zafiro o algo decente como ese) de un establecimiento. Nos enteramos de este lugar por un par de lindos muchachos de Yorkshire que conocimos en Buzz Bingo (juego gratis el jueves). Crucé el umbral y entré en la guarida de la fiesta (la seguridad me hizo entrar, muchachos adecuadamente decentes, no comunes en estos días). Ve al bar para encontrar un barman sexy que tenga bromas, así como las habilidades (si sabes lo que estoy diciendo). Pedimos gin tonics, vino, cerveza, lo que sea. Todo por precios TERRIFICANTES: te hace olvidar que estás en la zona 3 de Londres, a segundos de una línea de cercanías muy ocupada (@tfl resuélvela). No vayas a Tooting Tram, no te molestes. Simplemente coloque su bonce aquí y vea toda la noche.

It's a standard Wetherspoons, but it's a small place and only has a restricted menu. Apart from that we found it to be a friendly and cheerful place. They do particularly good cod and chips.

Spoons es un clásico británico y este ciertamente no falla. Es el eje central de la comunidad de tooting. Puedes escuchar el zumbido del otro lado de la calle, es lo más parecido a un ayuntamiento en la loca ciudad llamada Londres. Es una pinta barata y comida a un precio excelente. Me encantan los personajes y los recuerdos que hice en este lugar. ¡Aunque hace mucho calor en estos meses tropicales de verano! Veo que tienes algunos fanáticos, ¡pero tal vez podamos obtener más de Argos!

Remember it from my St. George's Hospital days. Located right in front of Tooting Broadway station, it's a vintage Wetherspoons. Plenty of seating, professional staff with a dynamic vibe of constant activity of commuters stopping by for a drink. Very lively pub.

Vengo aquí bastante. Los clientes y el personal son muy serviciales y amables. Es increíblemente barato para el área de mercado emergente. La comida es buena con una gran elección. El único inconveniente es que los baños son muy pequeños y no están en buenas condiciones.

¡Después de un paseo desde Balham que había tardado bastante más de lo que había previsto, poder sentarme aquí durante 10 minutos fue muy bienvenido! First of all, I am addicted to Weatherspoon. For 3 years I have eaten once a week in one of your branches. But what happenned yesterday is just something very surprising.

Met a friend who was unfamiliar with Tooting. Popped-in for a drink and decided we were peckish. JJ Moons offers good quality food, good choice and great value for money.

An old fashioned Wetherspoons with plenty of seats, plenty of beers on tap and bottles and plenty of specials. It’s a a typical as they get. If you expect anything else or want class then go elsewhere. We liked it.

Came with friends and family for amazing deal specials deals and excellent dessert. Good spoons near the station, job done, no worries

Wetherspoons típico. Sin ambiente, personal miserable y servicio muy lento! ! Está bien para un trago rápido antes de salir por la noche, ¡pero no me quedaría más de 1! También inodoros horribles que necesitan una renovación desesperada. ¡Odio pensar cómo son las áreas de atrás de la casa / cocina!

Good food including the steak & lamb shank in a pub atmosphere. Friendly staff. Gents toilet needs attending to .Car parking can be difficult unless late in the evening or the weekend.

This place is truly terrible, terrible service and unless you get there early the all day drinkers will have filled the all the seats up Don’t go there !!

Do not venture into this dump and expect to be served in less than about 20 minutes. Expect to wait whilst the unsmiling staff try to pour pints, re-stock the fridges, serve meals, change casks in the cellar all at the same time.

Vine a JJ Moons un viernes en agosto y en general no me impresionó, había un montón de tonel que no estaban en el pub y tenía una mala decoración que estaba en urgente necesidad de modernización. El único aspecto positivo era el precio, que es barato para Londres.

No conocía la zona y que necesitan un lugar donde comer en y me sorprendió gratamente. Como con todas las cucharas un montón de ale a excelentes precios y la comida era fabulosa aprovechamos de bistec martes. No asuma barato significa mala calidad el bistec era tan bueno como cualquier cosa que he tenido en otro lado, pero en menos de la mitad de precio. El personal era encantador y utiliza la aplicación por primera vez, funciona como un sueño. Unos personajes coloridos, pero un oasis en el medio de South London, útil justo fuera yo lo intentaría Metro Broadway

Disfruté de un filete de bonito en esta rama. Yo lo intentaría de Wetherspoon Estaba muy concurrido y me sentí afortunado de encontrar una mesa en este salón lleno. Sin embargo, el personal fue muy bueno, educado y servicial. Mi comida llegó muy rápidamente, teniendo en cuenta lo ocupados estaban.

so I decided to come to wetherspoons with one of my friends on my day off, I come here once a month normally and everything is satisfactory. so today I decided to order food, I came at 10 mins to 10 before the kitchen closed to order 3 item from the menu before the kitchen closed. but was waiting for atleast 5mins before this before getting served that's not a problem. I wanted to order three of the small plates and the lady who was serving me was obviously new because she asked chase who is the team leader for help when trying to find where the grilled halloumi on the till. he came over and said the kitchen was closed. I then went back to my table and check my phone for the time, it was 22:01 so I went back to the team leader called chase. I reckonised his title so he could most likely solve this situation for the untrained staff on a Friday night, although it didn't seem as busy as it normally is. so I told him about my situation that I'd been with my bartender placing my order for the last 5minutes he told me he couldn't do nothing, the kitchen turns everything off by 10pm. it would then take a further 2 hours to turn everything on again to reach the right temperature, if something had been turned off for 1 minute, I know the temperature would not change so much especially as I was ordering food which would be cooked in the fryer which takes atleast 3 hours to cool down. so I really don't understand why he was so hostile towards me and at one point stating I could sit down or leave. This type of person didn't seem to care about customer service or have any compassion, as team leader he should of been able to be a bit more compassionate about the situation rather than adding fuel to the fire. I would not have wrote a review, it only because he essential is apart of management and did not give one care, he sounds like he was Australian or south African or from new Zealand. I'm really unhappy and it ruined a wonderful day for me.

He estado en muchos wetherspoons y yo bastante parecido a este. Hay que pasar por los parroquianos desde temprano en la mañana, pero son inofensivos.

Era sólo para el ale. Una muy mala selección y como el almuerzo fuimos aún más cervezas estaban siendo adoptadas. El personal era lento para servir y el bar era escaso.

Pedimos tres comidas. 2 incomible y uno estaba bien. Hamburguesa de mi hija era factible. Mi pastel de carne con cerveza era más la masa cruda de carne. Esta fue la primera vez que tuve que spit de mi comida en un restaurante.

Tener 3 días en Londres nos alojamos en un bonito hotel a la vuelta de la esquina. Llamamos aquí para el desayuno. Qué equivocado fue. Las mesas estaban sucias con platos, vasos de plástico, tazas, etc. Pero entendemos que es un concurrido fin de rugby. Parecía que no tenían personal suficiente para hacer frente en este día. Pedimos nuestra comida, pero como la mesa estaba muy sucia nos trasladamos mesas pero subí e informar al gerente de altos que habíamos hecho así. Fue una espera de 30 minutos, que estaba bien. 30 minutos iban y venían más personas que se sentaron en nuestra mesa sucia que había dejado sus comidas antes de nosotros conseguimos????, fui a la altura que lo explicó caballero la manera en que el personal de recogida que las órdenes de cocina quieren???? Esperamos de nuevo ahora a 50 minutos y volvimos a la misma caballero y nuestra comida llegaba más de 1 horas después de haberlo pedido. No había suficiente personal como escuchamos decir que nadie quería trabajar hoy. La cocina cerrado poco después por lo menos una hora. Nunca he escuchado antes. El señor Martin Witherspoon podría quizás este bar ya que no estaba el bar más limpio incluso antes de las 10:00 de la mañana y preguntar por todas partes era tan pegajosa?

Arrived at Wetherspoons Wembley at 9am on Sunday 22nd May and the place was packed with Hereford FC supporters, we found a table and I went to the crowded bar and my order of 2 breakfast and a tea and coffee was taken very quickly..I thought with the amount of people waiting we would be there for a good hour plus, but the waiter and waitress was running in and out with food and our breakfast were on our table within 10 minutes. Really nice pub and will call in again to JJ Moons when next down at Wembley

Sometimes you don't want to pay £4.50 for a pint and sometimes you do want a massive fry-up for £5. I'm a big fan of the newer establishments that serve nice food and craft beer but I also appreciate a good Wetherspoons and this long-standing pub is an important fixture on a Tooting High Street that is surfing the wave of gentrification.

Staff are all friendly, wasn't hard to be served. Been here for both breakfast and for evening drinks and both experiences were great! Breakfasts are great portions and tasted great!

This is about 10 minutes walk from Wembley stadium and does get very busy. The menu is typical of Wetherspoon's and I was served quite quickly. The food was somewhat undercooked and trying to complain is an event in itself. The staff work extremely hard and do their best, but with it being so busy, they are constantly dealing with people. I found the TVs were annoying and too many people were just sitting at tables with no food and often, no drinks in front of them, so seating is quite difficult as well.

We visited for breakfast during a visit to family who live in Tooting.The whole experience was enough to put me off wetherspoons for good.The place is filthy and smelled of horrible disinfectant, which was off putting to say the least.The staff were unprofessional.They had just opened and staff arrived removed their coats, and without washing their hands came and tookcour order.The filter coffee machine was not set up so we had to wait til some was made fresh, and again when we asked for a refill.The coffee was so strong im surprised it didnt melt the spoon.The food in one word was "disgusting" The bacon sausage and hash browns mushrooms were all swimming in grease and had obviously been thrown into a deep fat fryer.the scrambled eggs were undercooked.fried eggs with hard yokes.we only ate a bit of this "breakfast"as we all agreed it was horrible.Before leaving I went to the loo, and was absolutely nauseated to see the bin overflowing with dirty sanitary towels which as we were the only customers must have been there since the night before.We promptly left and I commented to my family had I seen that before ordering the food I would not have ordered.Indeed the same day late evening we all ended up with upset stomachs..sick.really bad runs, which lasted over 48 hours.The management need to take this comment on board and get this dump up to the usual Wetherspoons standard which we have enjoyed at other Wetherspoons..I dread to think what state the kitchen was in..it makes me ill just thinking about it..uggghhhh.

Lets admit its a dive. If it wasn't for the friendly staff , bubbly happy, make you forget your in a wetherspoons, it wouldn't be worth walking in. Theres one girl, rose i think her name is, but everytime i go in, she remembers my drink, i'm not a regular, she has a little chat with you and actually seems genuinely interested in you. All the other staff can barely speak english and look like unprogrammed robots. A good injection of staff that actually want to be there would give this place a swift turn around.

It's a weatherspoons and anyone who lives in England wouldn't delude themselves into thinking this is something special. It's nice little pub though and staff are friendly. Good place to have a quiet drink and meal

J.J.Moons in Tooting High Street has a couple of real issues and they are the design is not ideal. It is long and narrow and little bit scruffy At the far end it does have a section specifically reserved for diners which is its saving grace,The positives are friendlyand efficient staff and good value for money food and drinks.
