Had a delicious plentiful salmon salad. I had previously complained about the quality and quantity of my previous salmon salad box from this venue so I am impressed they had read my feedback and taken action to improve . Well done Itsu! A very busy store because in the station some staff amazing, some staff could use more greetings and please and thank you …..

I had an amazing experience at itsu Victoria! The staff were super friendly and helpful, and they made me feel so welcome. The manager is very nice and helpful my kids love going there, they get their sushi every Tuesday, thank you and thumb up to the staff 10/10

Shezan served me in a very professional way. Food was delicious as always.

Gyoza noodle soup was heart, warm and affordable. The chicken gyozas themselves were average but the udon and choice of salad vegetables in the noodles made it a warm and delicious meal. Easy for one to sit and quickly enjoy as well.

The lovely Team member Pria was very quick to sever me she acknowledges me as soon as I walked in the shop looked well organised tidy everyone was behind the tills ready to serve. I will be definitely coming back to this Friendly shop, thank you

We were there for a lunch. Because it is rated better than the competition with the green logo. Bottom line: The food was okay, but no better than at the other place. The small sushi box is missing a container for the soy sauce. We shared the vessel. But I can imagine that someone who buys something like this will be a little upset. The box with the dragon roll looked nice, but the individual pieces were so stuck together that it was difficult to eat nicely. A pity. The atmosphere was just tight. You sit very close to each other. Few tables.

This was very nearly a bad review. I got to Itsu, ordered an udon dish which was way too salty for me. I complained about it and very fortunately got a chicken katsu rice dish swapped in which was much more delicious and not too salty for me. So five star for service. I would definitely order from here again.

Their food is nice. But the service and management is awful! They don’t have enough seats but they still charge you over for Eat-in. Then you need to take your food elsewhere to seat and eat.

I always look forwards to passing thought Itsu on my way home in London victoria. The manager and staff are really welcoming and friendly. Food is always great, service is fast, I love the healthy options. However the customer experience is that does it for me as a frequent customer, it truly makes a difference and stands out from other shops and catering options in Victoria. Always being greated, welcomed, and looked after also while being vegan and having dietary restrictions.

This place is amazing 😍😍 The food is so healthy with great prices. I ordered the double chicken teriyaki rice bowl and I am stuffed. And it's such feel good food, it really hit the spot. Other than the food, the staff was so well presented and Shezan was exceptional at yhe front counter. I always wish I asked for the kitchen staffs names as well because the food was that good.

You can tell he loves what he does, and it totally rubs off on the whole crew. I spotted his pic on the wall, and now I know his name. Props to Silverio for being the glue that holds Itzu together. Every time I swing by, it's not just about grabbing grub; it's about soaking in the good vibes, all thanks to Silverio. Itsu is not just another stop; it's a spot where you're guaranteed awesome food and even better service, all thanks to Silverio's magic touch. Itzu at Victoria Station has become my go-to spot for breakfast. The manager's cheerful welcome is really cool, setting a positive vibe to the day. My fav is the porridge which is full of lovely seeds and fruit. Highly recommend.

I had a hard day today being awake from 4 in the morning had to go in London from Maidstone to resolve some stuff and on my way back to Maidstone I stopped at Itsu from Victoria train station to buy some sushi for my daughter but had only cash and I wasn't aware it's only card. The owner was so kind when I had to leave the order there, didn't make me to feel bad, but followed me out with the bag giving me a handshake as well. Such a nice gesture that made my day and made me thinking that when you're good, good things are coming to you as well. I'm going back to Maidstone now not only with the sushi that my daughter loves so much but with a story as well. Couldn't recommend more Itsu for the amazing food and the amazing people working there as well. Thank you ❤️

It is the best restaurant I have ever tried for fish food, its flavor, texture, everything is perfect, the staff is very friendly and they provide a very good service. The girl who helped me spoke Spanish, and it was very pleasant to talk to her, she didn't tell me her name but the ticket said Diana.

I have a 10hr shift at work today so I decided to treat myself to some gyoza & soup at Itsu in London Victoria station. I was greeted by the manager. I've seen him before. He's always so happy & so very welcoming to all the customers. I was feeling ever so tired but he truly lifted my soul by his manner. He's a true star for the business but more importantly a genuinely lovely person. Oh and yes my food was excellent too. Thanks you Itsu.❤️

I popped in on 4th April on my way home from 2 days in London, was greeted by the store manager who was amazing. They talked me through options and I left with some amazing food for my journey home. Well worth the money for food that is made on the day and served in such a good way!

It’s always a positive experience to pick up lunch here, during my work week. The manager always greets me with a smile and his service always brightens my day :)

Terrible, inedible sushi. I don't know how people eat this stuff. They make you pay for the table if you sit down but there are literally 4 tables, always full if you go for lunch, in the end you eat standing anyway. Soy sauce is acidic. Every roll you grab with your chopsticks ends up being destroyed before it even reaches your mouth. Go elsewhere, there is much better.

The Itsu chain is an alternative to fast food, you can eat something healthier, relatively fresh and tasty sushi 🍣🥟 dumplings etc. service ok, I recommend 👍

I am not local. I am Russian. Travelling through the island. As my credit cards are not active in UK, I use cash to buy stuff. One beautiful morning I was determined to buy some healthy food for my journey to Glasgow. I was searching Victoria station for this…I had seen there donuts, sandwiches…burgers..but I knew I needed something different, so when I had almost despaired to find something wholesome I came across “Itsu”. I came in with a smile to collect from thier shelves sushi and some rice stuff just to find out at the desk, that cash….is not taken - only cards. Disappointed I laid all the stuff back and went out. As I lingered at the door from outside, considering to ask for a card from a passer-by in exchange for cash, manager of the shop called me back, packed my stuff and just…gave it to me for free. I tried to pay in cash - just in vain. His name is Silvio ( I apologize, if I misspell it), and he is manager of the place. The food was delicious, I was happy. What goes around comes around. Thank you)

Superb, friendly service going beyond what you'd expect from a chain/franchise.

I drop in most mornings to get a Fit Eggs pot and I am always really impressed with the service, the manager especially who is always ready with a smile and good word. Also love having savory protein rich/ low carb breakfast options! These aren't that common. I don't leave a lot of these sorts of reviews but exceptional service is worth mentioning.

I personally go out my way to get sushi from this store, everyone is so friendly and accommodating, if a dish is sold out if you ask nice enough they will personally make you up a fresh one. Also the owner will go out of his way to fulfil your request. I can not recommend this place enough
