Manager is nice and accommodating! Buddha has been accommodating and offered a complimentary detox soup. I can't complain having a healthy meal here.

Not high-end restaurant sushi, but excellent for grab-and-go. The salmon and avocado rolls are a favorite—simple, with just enough flavor and till service is good and friendly welcoming I ordered clean katsu and within 2 minutes my food in my hand so fast and good taste

Recently, I had to go to Victoria Station for some work, and during that, I visited the ITSU outlet there. I purchased Thai noodles for takeout and ate them while travelling. They were extremely delicious and tasty. The staff there was also very nice and friendly. They provided me with quick service and took great care of me. I'm truly thankful to the staff and service at this ITSU outlet. Thank you.

Used to be a dedicated Pret customer (at Victoria Station). Switched over to this branch of Itsu last year - now I'm there every workday lunch. Love the food, espcially the soups. Service is terrific always friendly, always quick and always helpful.

Love Itsu and their miso soup, salmon sashimi and selection of noodles and sushi. Branch at Victoria station is my stop over to home, just yesterday I went to pick up some miso and stuff and Priya was so nice. I can imagine she worked all day and yet at the end of her shift she smiled and was pleasant although I can imagine she just wanted to go home.

Shezan served me in a very professional way. Food was delicious as always.

Gyoza noodle soup was heart, warm and affordable. The chicken gyozas themselves were average but the udon and choice of salad vegetables in the noodles made it a warm and delicious meal. Easy for one to sit and quickly enjoy as well.

We were there for a lunch. Because it is rated better than the competition with the green logo. Bottom line: The food was okay, but no better than at the other place. The small sushi box is missing a container for the soy sauce. We shared the vessel. But I can imagine that someone who buys something like this will be a little upset. The box with the dragon roll looked nice, but the individual pieces were so stuck together that it was difficult to eat nicely. A pity. The atmosphere was just tight. You sit very close to each other. Few tables.

This was very nearly a bad review. I got to Itsu, ordered an udon dish which was way too salty for me. I complained about it and very fortunately got a chicken katsu rice dish swapped in which was much more delicious and not too salty for me. So five star for service. I would definitely order from here again.

Their food is nice. But the service and management is awful! They don’t have enough seats but they still charge you over for Eat-in. Then you need to take your food elsewhere to seat and eat.

I always look forwards to passing thought Itsu on my way home in London victoria. The manager and staff are really welcoming and friendly. Food is always great, service is fast, I love the healthy options. However the customer experience is that does it for me as a frequent customer, it truly makes a difference and stands out from other shops and catering options in Victoria. Always being greated, welcomed, and looked after also while being vegan and having dietary restrictions.

This place is amazing 😍😍 The food is so healthy with great prices. I ordered the double chicken teriyaki rice bowl and I am stuffed. And it's such feel good food, it really hit the spot. You can tell he loves what he does, and it totally rubs off on the whole crew. I spotted his pic on the wall, and now I know his name. Props to Silverio for being the glue that holds Itzu together. Every time I swing by, it's not just about grabbing grub; it's about soaking in the good vibes, all thanks to Silverio. Itsu is not just another stop; it's a spot where you're guaranteed awesome food and even better service, all thanks to Silverio's magic touch. Itzu at Victoria Station has become my go-to spot for breakfast. The manager's cheerful welcome is really cool, setting a positive vibe to the day. My fav is the porridge which is full of lovely seeds and fruit. Highly recommend.

I had a hard day today being awake from 4 in the morning had to go in London from Maidstone to resolve some stuff and on my way back to Maidstone I stopped at Itsu from Victoria train station to buy some sushi for my daughter but had only cash and I wasn't aware it's only card. The owner was so kind when I had to leave the order there, didn't make me to feel bad, but followed me out with the bag giving me a handshake as well. Such a nice gesture that made my day and made me thinking that when you're good, good things are coming to you as well. I'm going back to Maidstone now not only with the sushi that my daughter loves so much but with a story as well. Couldn't recommend more Itsu for the amazing food and the amazing people working there as well. Thank you ❤️

It is the best restaurant I have ever tried for fish food, its flavor, texture, everything is perfect, the staff is very friendly and they provide a very good service. The girl who helped me spoke Spanish, and it was very pleasant to talk to her, she didn't tell me her name but the ticket said Diana.

I have a 10hr shift at work today so I decided to treat myself to some gyoza & soup at Itsu in London Victoria station. I was greeted by the manager. I've seen him before. He's always so happy & so very welcoming to all the customers. I was feeling ever so tired but he truly lifted my soul by his manner. He's a true star for the business but more importantly a genuinely lovely person. Oh and yes my food was excellent too. Thanks you Itsu.❤️

I popped in on 4th April on my way home from 2 days in London, was greeted by the store manager who was amazing. They talked me through options and I left with some amazing food for my journey home. Well worth the money for food that is made on the day and served in such a good way!

Terrible, inedible sushi. I don't know how people eat this stuff. They make you pay for the table if you sit down but there are literally 4 tables, always full if you go for lunch, in the end you eat standing anyway. Soy sauce is acidic. Every roll you grab with your chopsticks ends up being destroyed before it even reaches your mouth. Go elsewhere, there is much better.
