Had a fantastic experience!! It was my first time in sushi based restaurant. Food was fresh, delicious and well presented. Shout out to a tall male staff in the front, who patiently helped with kiosk and helping me to pick items, by explaining menu. He also demonstrated to use chopsticks (on which I was terrible🥲🫢). Restaurant looked neat and organised and playlist was cool as well.

The sushi was pretty good, but it was busy and chaotic.

Always clean and staff are always there if needed. Checkout is fantastic when no queues. Food is excellent and best time to go is half hour before closing time, when everything is half price 😀

Disgusting. Pot Noodles would be more delicious, at least you could fill hot water (it was cold) and add the right amount (it was supposed to be a soup, not a sauce). Never, ever again.

Popped today around 2pm for quick lunch. Everything was nice and well organised thanks to two girls being on the floor and offered help with kiosks. Food as good as always.

The food was exquisite with many healthy options,but above all I have to applaud the service from Claudia . Not only did she kindly helped me at the kiosk, but she served me with so much warmth and happiness.As it was our first time here, she was very compassionate and went above and beyond by assisting and recommending a number of healthy options to me and my parents.On a gloomy rainy day,Claudia's smile and service truly brightened out day.Thank you Claudia.

Quick and fast options with a focus on healthy ingredients. The chicken teriyaki bowl tasted good, though the portion was a tad smaller than expected. Loved the added ginger in the garnish.

I went to Itsu today in Holborn and was eating my lunch at the table and unfortunately a woman from the street came in and tried to steal my phone. Although I was shouting that this woman had tried to steal my phone no staff came to help, no one came to ask if I was okay. If you’re eating in, please do not leave your phone on the table and beware of these thieves

Good place to pop into flat a quick dinner around here. Lots of choice in the evening still - especially vegan options. Staff was friendly and atmosphere was comfortable.

Mediocre compared to other Itsu's

Not up to the usual Itsu standards. I had the Korean spicy udon and they tasted exactly like the Thai rice bowl. I don’t know whether they mixed up my order or whether they have created a dish that tastes nothing like Korean.

I came in to grab a salmon. Stopped at the spice station to add sesame seeds, left. As soon as I stepped out, I realised I’d left my coffee bought next door at Prêt. The staff told me they had thrown it away. I had just left the shop! I could have just gone and sat down at my table and they threw the coffee away??? They apologised but offered no alternative, no compensation. It’s noisy and busy in there, the staff as robotic as the tills. That coffee cost me more than £6 since I had to buy another one.

Went to this place with my friend Swarley and Squerzi. We all enjoyed our food; staff was helpful and smiley.

Had lunch at itsu Holborn yesterday. I have rarely experienced something comparable to the welcoming athmosphere of this store. Not only my seafood collection box was delicious, but Alice, who she identified as the General Manager was very helpful and caring when it came to pay at the kiosk. Lovely team and shop

Delicious, as always. Hygienic and clean. Safe place to eat in. There are seating areas and also a bathroom with baby changing facilities.

They say that the Asian-inspired menu is under 500 calories. It has a lovely fresh character. Noodles and fresh vegetables are the base of most dishes. Add in com chicken dumplings and you have the basis of a healthy meal. Downside here is they do not have a toilet. I guess they are catering for the nearby office crowd.

I used to work in itsu in Soho restaurant and the makis we did is nothing compare what is now ..

I had food poisoning, I just had some food and it taste so bad,i had to go to McDonald's next door to use bathroom to throw up it. Literally had to vomit it out. I spent 15 pound wish i could get it back. I am sick from yesterday

Could be cheaper, but has great food offer! I also like that I can find it everywhere I go in London. I recommend the chicken soup for a friendly price, which is great for a old day to warm it up and feel done.

🥟Great Selection of Noodle Dishes and Gyoza🥟 Itsu is the first place I ate after arriving in London. It's just outside the busier central London area and has ample space inside to spread out and enjoy a calm meal. Ordering is simple--even for those unfamiliar with the process--and there's a side counter full of pre-made gyoza and sushi to choose from. Dishes arrive hot and in goodly balanced portions that left me filled but not stuffed--just what I needed for an afternoon of walking without post-digestion brain fog! I felt comfortable walking into Itsu because of the casual atmosphere, especially since I had just arrived in London off the plane and was still wearing my travel clothes. (Many of the surrounding restaurants seemed to cater to slightly more formal attire, and I would have felt a bit self-conscious dining in jeans and a t-shirt.) If you need a quick bite before embarking on the local sights, Itsu does the job nicely.

Went today since back working in the area. They've removed tills and staff and you have the soul destroying experience of interacting with a machine. Wont be going again. Well dont itsu - we know you appeal to youngsters who tap and pay wherever they're going, but there's a cohort of us not quite willing to go along with the Digital ID of being tracked like the herd.

227 calorie, super fresh and generous portions. Itsu sushi tastes so so fresh, and they give edamame, wakame, and really nice pickled ginger. It’s a nice meal and it’s very well balanced. Price was about £5.50 for very healthy food.

Not very family friendly place to eat. Tables and chairs are stool like so there’s no place to put a toddler or a baby. Hot food is mediocre to awful. Staff weren’t nice and shouted at us while we just asked for napkins. You’d be better eating somewhere else definitely not recommended.

Not a big fan of itsu, I thought they might have changed the quality of their food as they were advertising boubuns. Went in thinking they are freshly steamed and lovely like other Asian restaurants however itsu never really tastes fresh. Didnt enjoy them really, the sauses are nice at itsu though.

Don’t buy the sashimi salad, once I finished it my belly start hurting very much, how can you know that they make the fish ultimately clean? It makes me really worried after my belly start hurting.

Udon with southeastern asia flavour soup (hint of lemongrass and coriander leaf) is quite good but somehow not really suit my taste.

Really great steamed dumplings that you can buy for 3 for £10. With the available teriyaki sauce, it's an unbeatable combination. Good ambiance too.
