Walked in at 18:00, they said they were closed. Closing time for the day, posted on the door, is 19:00. Did not stay.

I don't understand the reviews. Rarely have I eaten something so bad. Overcooked noodles with paste etc. The staff was friendly but the food…. Better diet instead of this food

First time here the staff was rude. We were the only people in the restaurant. We told them it was our first time in they never explained their process to us. I would not recommend this place. Food was below average. Soup had no taste.

Went in here accidentally and ordered something small to eat because we were all hungry. We still thought the food was ok, even though we saw that it was all microwave food. Pretty tasty! The staff helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was actually sad, nothing cozy about it and the toilet (1 toilet available for men, women, X) for such a large place is a bit on the small side. especially if it is not cleaned.

Actually a good concept: healthy food with a Japanese touch. But: the sushi was tasteless and the fish took a long time to chew. The bowls were ok but the chicken was rubbery. The gyozas were delicious. Furthermore, the ambience is pleasant.

A fairly standard itsu, no complaints.

This is my local Itsu and I eat here regularly. Recently, the quality of customer service has deteriorated. I was asked by the female staff member (manager) to leave in the middle of eating because she wanted to close-up (close the front door). I understand the need to close the front door after closing time, however, in certain situations a person needs to use their common sense and initiative to make certain exceptions. I said I’m almost finished - I need a couple of more minutes to finish my food and I will be promptly leaving. The female staff member, who refused to give her name, insisted that I leave and was quite forceful and pushy, which I found to be extremely rude and inappropriate. The previous/other manager(s) don’t behave this way. My visit date for this incident was approx. 6:40pm on Saturday the 11th of May 2024.

Very nice because it's quick, tasty and good quality for fast food, so I recommend this little Japanese restaurant which offers salads, soups, sushi, sashimi with the possibility of adding, for example, a soft-boiled egg to the soup. My salmon full house set came missing the miso soup. Itsu phone is an answerphone saying to contact delivery service. Just eat has no option for incomplete order missing soup, only missing order.

Delicious and fresh hot and cold dishes, plenty of seating space, and friendly attendants. Itsu is it for a quality, inexpensive lunch. Location is terrific if you are visiting Westminster.

First time here and will be back. Very helpful staff. Pick up what u want and pay for it at the automated stands or order hot food there and collect at the desk. Great selection and had salmon salad and miso soup.

The food is always good in Itsu but the service here was poor. You have to order through the self-service machines and when you have doubts the staff is not helpful at all. Just one toilet for men and women is an inconvenience if the restaurant is a bit busy.

Deliciosa a comida. Vc pede por um totem, automaticamente eles recebem o pedido e vc apenas pega. Faltando meia hora para fechar todas as comidas frias (sushis e saladas) são ofertados pela metade do preço.

Usually fine, but there was a fault on their automated system today, with some food not appearing on it and the staff wasn't helpful at all. Left without buying anything as I didn't want to waste more time as I only had limited time for lunch.

They make you check out your food at a terminal. Tedious.

Friendly staff & fresh food on a budget.

15th of July was the worst day to visit this particular itsu. The temperature inside was approximately about 30 degrees. It was so hot to be there, that I’ve got sick while eating because of the temperature. The worst experience ever. Please if you have troubles notify your clients before they enter your door.

One more time, I come to an itsu shop and I'm told that they cannot make a Thai Chicken Rice without veg, and worse, now it seems to be a company policy. It's a shame. Why is it so painful not serving a scoop of whatever in a dish that is made by order? If anyone answer this review, please be sure to add your thoughts in the answer.

Although the place looked nice I got badly food poisoned by their sushi. Finally, after 3 days I'm able to hold down food again. I will never ever ever eat at itsu!

Came in at 19:45 and I see the staff sitting down eating all the leftover sushi boxes before the store is even closed. How is this acceptable? Staff should be disciplined for hoarding all the sushi, loss of sales for the store and makes customers angry.

Really a great option for a quick lunch in the area. It seems primarily japanese inspired, so tends to be healthy as well. I will typically get ready-to-eat options like sushi or chicken-n-rice dishes. Alternatively they also have hot meals and seating in case you prefer a more leisurely lunch. Not too heavy on the wallet either.

I came to the place expecting a sushi restaurant I was a bit surprised to see that all the sushi rolls are premade. this seems like a bit of a foreign concept to me.

Itsu head office gave me vouchers when itsu/just eat delivered only half my order last time so I gave itsu another go on Just Eat today. The order this time was delivered in full, accurate and on time.
