It's a place I enjoy going to, but I like seeing the things I'm going to buy more.

Typical Itsu, standard fare. Busy store especially for lunch times. Staff try ha r d to serve people quickly

Amazing food but I wish the ordering screens gave you more time to decide before resetting. Good, friendly service.

You call this sushi?🤢. This is an insult to the Japanese cuisine.

Despite opening time is till 9 the service asked us to not to order anything at 7:50 already. Very poor service. Things to work on.

Overall very good and very well priced, the only thing that would improve would be the food to a large extent and an approved but not excellent service.

Great choice for a fast, healthy lunch. If you're a lover of sushi, they have a good amount of varieties. It seems like a well maintained restaurant. I found their kiosk a bit tricky and slow 🐌.

Low-quality fast food, expensive because of the poor quality. Dirty and abandoned premises. Service concerned to serve fast regardless of your doubts. Not recommended!

I absolutely loved eating here. The place was very clean, tidy and looked incredible, really modern and fresh. I went while it was really quite so the atmosphere was really nice and chill. The last behind the till was even kind enough to bring my food straight to the table which was a nice surprise. Will definitely be headed back again sometime soon

The manager was super friendly, the service was really quick, the food was hot fresh and super tasty. The restaurant was clean and eco friendly. Really enjoyed the Thai inspired salad, kids loved their teriyaki and sushi. Manager even commented on what a polite family we were on the way out. Would recommend and return to.

Amazing service from ikram and jelal they helped me last minute even tho the shop was closed they let me in and let me buy me food.

Might have been the worst sushi I have ever eaten. No flavour, dry and freezing cold. The rice was hard and the chicken had no flavour. Don't recommend it.

How unfortunate, me and some friends came here in the evening the eat some nice fresh food but thats the opposite what we got, i ordered 2 types of Gyoza and both tasted dry and tasteless, the vegie one being the worst of all, did not even finish it. The second thing i ordered was the salmon sushi box but it tasted like it layed there for the whole day, beeing dry and completely Surrounded with seeds to mask the old flavour. I would not recommend this place, wich is unfortunate because the location is quiet nice and the staff is friendly but thats all whats positive about it.

A Nice looking place with a big menu. I think that there is to much food on the menu that Itsu can handle that they started prepping a couple days before they serve your food. The soup is blend and the greens in it taste/look old, the sushi was ice cold, gyoza tasted like old carton and the Rice box with terayaki was dry like they heated it in a microwave. A one star rating for me.

De havde fået nye vintersalater og på billedet så man et lækkert lyserødt stykke laks, som fyldte hele boksen. Desværre kom der tre livløse og grå småbidder laks på en ganske smagsløs og smattet salat. Endvidere var boksen sat sammen, så den åbnede sig i bunden når man klemte på den, så maden røg ud på bordet. Jeg sagde til servitricen at det ikke var det samme som på billedet. Det kunne hun godt se, og så fik jeg lidt mere fisk, men det var stadig kun hvad der svarede til halvdelen af fisken på billedet. Nah!
