Hi i just want take moment to say i have had the best service today and always when I come sharmarke always welcome with warm welcome he made love itsu this branch becouse his friendly hospitality true legend i will miss him best guy

Low-quality fast food, expensive because of the poor quality. Dirty and abandoned premises. Service concerned to serve fast regardless of your doubts. Not recommended!

I absolutely loved eating here. The place was very clean, tidy and looked incredible, really modern and fresh. I went while it was really quite so the atmosphere was really nice and chill. The last behind the till was even kind enough to bring my food straight to the table which was a nice surprise. Will definitely be headed back again sometime soon

The service was absolutely 💯 and the new display I love it with the new fridge for the sushi that you can choose and self check out smooth very easy. Broadwick you make a lot of changes in soho and it’s my favourite

Wow, Mr foggarty never misses with the recommendations. I have never had such delicious healthy Asian inspired food in my life! My taste buds are still ringing with the flavours, 10/10 with a lovely hubbub and atmosphere. I loved the noodles!

The manager was super friendly, the service was really quick, the food was hot fresh and super tasty. The restaurant was clean and eco friendly. Really enjoyed the Thai inspired salad, kids loved their teriyaki and sushi. Manager even commented on what a polite family we were on the way out. Would recommend and return to.

Amazing service from ikram and jelal they helped me last minute even tho the shop was closed they let me in and let me buy me food.

A Nice looking place with a big menu. I think that there is to much food on the menu that Itsu can handle that they started prepping a couple days before they serve your food. The soup is blend and the greens in it taste/look old, the sushi was ice cold, gyoza tasted like old carton and the Rice box with terayaki was dry like they heated it in a microwave. A one star rating for me.

Might have been the worst sushi I have ever eaten. No flavour, dry and freezing cold. The rice was hard and the chicken had no flavour. Don't recommend it.

How unfortunate, me and some friends came here in the evening the eat some nice fresh food but thats the opposite what we got, i ordered 2 types of Gyoza and both tasted dry and tasteless, the vegie one being the worst of all, did not even finish it. The second thing i ordered was the salmon sushi box but it tasted like it layed there for the whole day, beeing dry and completely Surrounded with seeds to mask the old flavour. I would not recommend this place, wich is unfortunate because the location is quiet nice and the staff is friendly but thats all whats positive about it.

De havde fået nye vintersalater og på billedet så man et lækkert lyserødt stykke laks, som fyldte hele boksen. Desværre kom der tre livløse og grå småbidder laks på en ganske smagsløs og smattet salat. Endvidere var boksen sat sammen, så den åbnede sig i bunden når man klemte på den, så maden røg ud på bordet. Jeg sagde til servitricen at det ikke var det samme som på billedet. Det kunne hun godt se, og så fik jeg lidt mere fisk, men det var stadig kun hvad der svarede til halvdelen af fisken på billedet. Nah!

I have always adored Itsu - particularly its tinee-tiney, humble, lower case name. Makes a change 😉 The branch has the same lovely food, great service - 80% of the time - and lots of seating and space. The only downside, for me personally, was the extraordinary number of self-checkout kiosks - shocking! Not a fan at all.

Probably my most visited Itsu. Clean and fast service with plenty of seating. But be warned they can run out of lots of stock more than an hour before closing.

I love itsu but this one is the best ive been to! I was served by a member of staff named Sharmarke who not only was very polite in helping me with my questions but helped me figure out what I wanted as I was being indecisive 😅 definitely coming to this itsu in London again.

Thursday late afternoon with my mum.The service was quick🏃‍♀️, and the people who worked here were lovely and kind🩷💞. Once again, the food was delicious 🍱.. We ordered veggie gyoza🥟,mango cheese-cake mochi🥭,and best of all,'Korean spicy udon/noodles🥡 -Also.. the atmosphere was very nice and calm... and very clean :) I would definitely recommend it! Will definitely come back soon 🤩 -Eva & Anya
