Really nice sushi. I had the avocado maki and it was filled with plenty avocado. The staff member was really nice. Lots of selection

It's a great place for a speedy lunch takeaway. Crunchy salmon rolls are my favourite at Itsu and the raw juices are nice an healthy.

I asked for a gluten free soy sauce and was given a small bottle with a green top. When I started eating my sushi I dipped it in the soy sauce and it didn’t taste like the usual gf soy sauce so I didn’t eat any more. I ended up being sick for 3 days as a result (I have coeliac). I know this is my responsibility and I should have double checked this but it would be good to give your staff some allergy training to avoid them handing out the wrong soy sauce. I checked on the website and the green top soy sauce is low salt, not gluten free.

I come weekly to this Itsu to get their half price deals before closing. The staff are all so friendly - it's the best branch of Itsu I've been to! Highly recommended

We were staying locally and needed hot food quickly. Itsu fitted the bill. Old was good and prepared as usual. Only issue for me was it was very cold inside. All condiments were available.

Lovely welcome, only £1.25 for large tea and charging units to boot here and there. Lots of students having hot soup and the sushi’s great too.

They don't open on time. 10:15 doors open. Should be 10am. If this is the case they should change the opening times on their website. Not good practice

If you ask me is Itsu the best sushi, well you have a choice to find others nicer and cheaper place. First i use to luv Itsu and always get my 10 free wasabi when i bought 2 boxes, but now everything has changed you will have to pay for your second wasabi no matter how many boxes you buy coz its one per customer, its doesn't really make sense to me and my friends, i have been told, this is the company policy. My advise please check your bill if you ask more then a wasabi when you buy more then one box, you will be charged without telling you. I have found my new favourite sushi bar in Waitrose, cheaper yet nicer.

Btw this isn't open at all after 8. It is really a takeaway that you can eat in: certainly not a restaurant; That being said, the food is good. Well priced and fresh. Eat and go: fab. Not to linger.

Really enjoyed the (hot) food. Good selection of dishes. Veggie options. Good service. Nice and quick. Would go back.
