Had some amazing food tonight, one of the best places to eat in Barrow. Friendly staff and chef who made sure everything was OK for us. Will be going back again very soon it's really worth a visit.

Ordered online through Barrow Eats and put a note about some of the food and the staff went above and beyond and made it earlier than expected! Milkshake was banging too! And the geezer that sorted my gfs food out would make a class wingman 😂 top man 👌🏽 Defo recommend these guys and have heard good things about them!

Waffle was absolutely gorgeous and loaded with toppings!

Ordered 1x chilli dog with sweet potato fries at £1.70 extra and a can of Dr Pepper. Also ordered a Malteser milkshake and a salted caramel coffee milkshake. Food was delivered 1 hour and 45 minutes after the order was made, stone cold, normal chips instead of sweet potato fries, can of Pepsi instead of Dr Pepper and a milkshake missing. No apology for food being so late or completely wrong!

Wow! Just..wow! They’d sold out of the thing I ordered, but the suggested alternative was better than what I originally ordered! 🙂 Lovely people making lovely food. Will definitely order again.

Ordered two children’s hotdogs and a nachos with chilli; lovely food! Portions were just right, not too overwhelming for the kids. Delivery was quick and the food was still hot. Will be ordering again!

Delivery driver was very patient (I’m not as quick as I once was) and polite. Food is DELICIOUS! The children especially enjoyed their S’mores waffles with ice cream, and there were clean plates all around apart from Daddy, who was defeated by his loaded fries! Which brings me to my next point; the portions are enormous. Daddy couldn’t finish his loaded fries, and pudding went in the fridge for supper! Will definitely be ordering again..although we may need a nap afterwards! 😆

Good came quickly, very flavourful. Forgot sauce but was very accommodating and corrected this in a timely manor and gave a gift as an apology. Highly recommend. Will be a returning customer.

Cheesy dog didn't have cheese in the sausage as advertised, also there were no onion toppings. The chips arrived cold.

Ordered through barroweats.co.uk ordered at 19.15 it said 55 mins ok food arrived at 21.50. Not so good. Food wise OK no drink which was included in the deal. Ordered slaw the smallest pot arrived not really worth £1.50 ordered salt and pepper chips just tasted like normal chips. Will I ordered again maybe

I’d been this restaurant and decided to order it today. The business called and said because of our big order they would like to give us a free garlic bread. Came within the time given, and all of us loved the food. The food boxed up came with lovely notes! Will definitely be ordering again in the future

all round excellent place to order from. Burgers are amazing and huge. If you fancy sharing dessert try the waffle bites just delish. The staff are so friendly and welcoming.

Just had a BBQ chicken burger off the specials which was spot on also had a orange chocolate milkshake and it was amazing would definitely recommend

One of the best pancake shops around I used to travel to morecam for my pancakes after pudding but now luckily there is a local one in Barrow-in-Furness that out does it performs it much better thank God for its waffle time all 8 of us love it and will be back

Surprising little place, did not know it was there. Little bistro style cafe set up at trinity enterprise centre. Milkshakes and sweet treats are ace. Would recommend!!

Ordered a takeaway with its waffle time. Chose pickup as I was in the area. Was ready within 10 minutes great prices. Soon as I came in I was greeted with friendly staff had a good laugh with them. Really nice venue with a pool table and many other arcade machines. Always order for food and deserts when I’ve got a sweet tooth. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered at 3:20 and received the food at 5:20. Not impressed considering delivery was £5. Hotdog and chips were extremely soggy. The chicken burger was covered in so much sauce the bun fell to bits right away. The apple and cinnamon pancakes were just store bought pancakes with half an apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top. Feeling pretty ripped off and won't be trying again or recommending to anyone.

The food was absolutely disgusting, the bread of the burger and hot dog was rock hard and inedible, pay more then anyone should for the tiniest portion of salt and pepper chips and they came plain, no sauce on hot dog or burger which they stated you do, I basically should have chucked the £30 I paid for this order in the bin as that’s where my food went, when complaining to just eat they replied 2 days later and said I needed to send them photo evidence… they need to tell you this sooner and how

My company orders food in for conferences on a national scale and having used Waffle time for home, and the food has always been amazing. Though when I need a buffet they were not my first thought but they will be from now on, they catered for special dietary needs. Provided a wide selection and nothing was left on the trays. But not only was the food divine, I always look at presentation and food and hygiene and you could tell the trays were new or extremely clean and the eyes enjoyed the look of the food even before ate it. I would highly recommend them if you needed a Buffet for a client meeting, special occasions or family lunch.

Ordered kids chicken nuggets and fries and a Cajun chicken baguette! Both of the orders were hot and perfectly served! Would happily recommend the food to other customers, if you haven’t ordered yet would highly suggest to!

Was in Barrow for a short break away. Had found this place on Google and so glad I did. Went in for lunch, 2 adults and a child and we all had a great time! We had a cheesy dog, bacon cheeseburger and kids nachos. Portion sizes were huge, great value for money. Both adults upgraded the fries to cheese fries / salt and pepper fries and they were delicious! Also had a Biscoff and Daim milkshakes, again delicious! Small kids area to keep them occupied, good for younger children. We also played air hockey and table football which was great for us. Would definitely come back if we were in the area again.

Ordered two waffles on barrow eats, waiting over an hour and a half for our stuff to arrive barely warm and stale the beuno that was on it was mutilated and looked like it had been put together by a child, the waffles clearly weren't fresh, looked like what you can pick up from Asda I honestly expected better quality for paying £20 for two waffles as a treat for me and my partner. the chocolate sauce that was added was completely rock solid as if it been waiting for ages to be sent out to us. Although I can't speak for other products on their menu I would recommend staying away from their waffles. WILL NOT BE ORDERING AGAIN.

Ordered for the first time, and asked for it to be delivered at 9pm. They rang and told us that it would be late, with plenty of notice so we really appreciates that! Order came and food was piping hot. Ordered a party share box. Plenty in it. Really enjoyed the nuggets, and cheese sticks. Couldn't recommend more! Chicken strips were slightly rubbery but had really good flavour. Waffle we ordered was absolutely beautiful and would recommend but we did order ice cream that was missing. We also ordered two drinks and a dip that was missing. Rang and the guy on the phone was very good. Couldn't fault the service. Apologised and said he'd send them on the way! We only waited 15 minutes. When they did bring the drinks it was the wrong drinks but it really wasn't the end of the world! Needs a few tweaks but the food it's self was very good, full of flavour and will be ordering again!

Ok food, had better from them. Notes wernt listened to so nachos were binned. Waffle seemed a lot thinner than normal and was super dry, like a dry bit of cardboard so most was left.

The staff were absolutely lovely. Checked on us several times. The food was hot and delicious. I got a burger and my boyfriend got the hot dog and fries. We enjoy your food so much! It was very delicious and couldn’t get enough of it!

Ordered 3 times now, absolutely amazing and they go above and beyond for their customers. I phoned as they turned off Ulverston eats and they rang Ulverston eats and turned it back on and delivered early while letting me know I can always call, absolutely wonderful and so kindhearted ❤️❤️❤️

Not one to do this, but I’m quite disappointed. I ordered a bueno waffle and triple chocolate cookie dough at 7:15pm, the estimated time of arrival was 9pm. It got to 9:20 and there was still no sign, I rang the restaurant up and was told the driver had the food and was on him way, 40 minutes passed and still no sign. I rang up again and was told that the owner was on his way to deliver it now ( we were told that a driver already had it ) then I was told buy the person on the phone that I can get a refund for the inconvenience, so I said yes and he then went on to explain how he can’t give refunds out. 15 mins later at 10:15 the food had came 3 hours after ordering and we were given a bag of harribo as an apology, but still had to pay, despite the cookie dough being sticky toffee not triple chocolate, the cookie dough was also like concrete and there was a hair in the food. my partner struggled to eat half of it with it being impossible for it to bite though, probably won’t be ordering from here again.

Ordered food last night. Got the wrong hotdog sent to us and to go with the wrong hotdog we got sent the wrong fries!, it was missing the coleslaw also. I ordered Chipotle sauce to go with my burger which was also missing! And it was 30 minutes late and couldn't phone up about the wrong items because they were shut! Not great at all!!

Ordered a cheese dog with nacho sauce and salt and pepper fries. I was sent a chilli dog (can't eat chilli) with plain fries. Slaw missing. The extra Chipotle sauce ordered was also missing. Food delivered half an hour after estimated time. Business is now closed so can't contact them to rectify the wrong delivery so I have no tea tonight and will have yet another rigmarole waiting for Just Eat to solve the issue. Utterly ridiculous and poor service. First time trying this place. Will be the last.

Absolutely shocking! £30 was expecting far better! Food was poor! 7.50 for some chips that are just frozen chips half cooked. Pizza was just warm even though I had to wait a further 15 minutes on collection almost BECAUSE the pizza wasn’t done. To say this place is American style is a joke definitely wouldn’t recommend wasting your money here! 2chipsx cheese with undercooked bacon 1x kids nuggets and chips and a pitta pizza for just under £30. Could of gone to Aldi and bought all this for less than £10 and made it far better…

Food is fantastic but I've only been able to order delivery once as they have the times totally wrong on barrow eats, keep getting excited when I see them open only for them to immediately disappear from the app.

Never turned up, phoned to ask about order and got told it was on the way, still waiting 50 minutes later, called back for them to say they have cancelled the order. Shocking customer service.

We've ordered lots in the past and the food has always been amazing (particularly recommend their loaded cajun fries and their slaw is to die for) Ordered a few days ago and there was a few issues with my order, not one to complain but I thought they should know and honestly cannot fault the customer service. They were so lovely and couldn't do enough to make it right. Just finished another beautiful burger from them, I meant to take photos but honestly I just inhaled it. We'll definitely be back (I really want to try a waffle!)

It came early I asked for extra extra. This would be the third time this place has gone above and beyond to serve customers. Even got a sample of the waffles for being such a good Sport. The first time something went wrong. The owner personally delivered my food and apologized. This is the 2nd time I've received a nice message on my food. Really beautiful human beings. And of course fantastic food. Best food in town.

We always visit Waffle time American style diner when visiting Barrow-in-Furness. Friendly and welcoming owner, brilliant decor, 1950/60s, great music and excellent food... be prepared for a decent portion too. Just when I thought this place couldn't get any better, they now sell alcohol-bonus. Can't wait to visit again.

The food was excellent, as was the customer service when i called its Waffle Time as the delivery timescale kept being changed as the Just Eats delivery driver was not available. I received my food over 2hrs from the order being placed. I will order again from Its Waffle Time, but not through Just Eats.

Honestly the best place to eat in barrow! Spot on every single time, you can tell they go above and beyond to get you the most perfect meal. Deserts are also 10/10. Will always order from here, absolute perfection.

If you are going to eat here definitely eat in! Staff is so friendly and understandable, fav thing i ordered was the terrys choco orange milkshake, ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! Will be ordering again. Only let down was from just eat not this amaizing restaurant, the just eat driver took our pizza but we had it replaced thankfully by the lovley staff at waffle time!

Right, I think my rating is solely based on my order. Which was the cheesy dog which I'm currently eating now. And to my surprise. There is cheese inside the hot dog. This is Literally the best hot dog on earth. Though I would change the cheese on the top to maybe nacho cheese? But cheese inside the hot dog... Cheese dog perfection.

Absolutely incredible. Decided to walk there last night but almost as soon as we left the hotel the heavens opened and we soon got drenched. Fully expected to be wet and miserable all evening but the second we walked in the doors we knew it was worth the trek. The atmosphere was warm and happy, the staff were so friendly and upbeat and the decor was quirky and beautiful. We went there for the waffles so didn't think too much about the main courses but the burgers were absolutely brilliant as well. The waffles themselves exceeded very high expectations. There is a reason this place was high on the list of places to eat when we did a quick Google search our first night here! If only we lived closer we'd recommend to everyone we know. Cannot fault a thing about this beautiful place. Unfortunately no pictures of the waffles as it looked too good so I ate it before a picture could be taken!

So my boyfriend ordered from here on Barrow Eats and it took almost 2 hours to arrive, then when it did arrive the ice cream had hair stuck to it, and there was what looked like snot on the ice cream pot. It’s a shame because the waffles are actually very nice and a good portion size but these things have let it down.

Absolutely loved it! Service is great, food amazing, atmosphere is lovely. Deliveries also on Barrow eats. Dogs welcome inside😄 will definitely be back!
