Not good for the money paid. XL Kebab more like a medium size compared to other Kebab places used. Salad a joke, few bits of lettuce and red cabbage with sliced onion, no cucumber or tomato at all. £1.80 for a half filled round tub of coleslaw

I ordered 2 pizzas and I told them on the phone not to knock and to call once outside they never and they left the "one" pizza on my door step. And didn't come with anything else won't be ordering from there again.

Great meal, pizza's well cooked and fresh, chicken bites although once again well cooked they were a little on the spicy side for the wife so i had extra 👍delivery driver was a lovely bloke engaging in conversation with us, definitely use again

ordered large mixed kebabs and the were like medium size if that paid extra for cheese and they dint even add cheese the nixed kebab was more lamb the amount of chicken was honestly roughly 5-6 pieces and our garlic mushrooms where ice cold

absolutely disgusting service I got last night i thought I'd buy kebab right didn't want to cook ordered from this place mixed extra large some chilli sauce it arrives on time driver takes of I opens it up I don't know what I'm looking at first of the salad was not fresh at all and as I poked through what I'd been given I could not find one fresh cut of donet meet they had just cut of the donner kebab this wasn't freshly made I don't know what u had been served binned it got me money back!!!

£3:35 for a bottle of coke but got given a bottle of freeway cola from Lidl! Food was given that contained allergens! Negligence issue period!

Been ordering for years and years. Was very disappointing tonight, the kebab was hard and dry in the wrap. The wrap wasn’t wrapped how it normally is (all tight and together). Some of the chips tasted uncooked. Wish I hadn’t of ordered tonight.

Onion rings and chips were soggy, ordered double pepperoni and there was only one piece on each slice, delivery driver wouldn’t come to the front door and gave us the food out of his car window.

VERBALLY ABUSIVE SCAMMERS HERE! Horrible man on the phone yelling at me simply because Deliveroo’s vehicle broke down and I asked for an eta for the redelivery offered to me from the app and he started saying he won’t make the food again for free (even though we paid for food and did not get it? Absolutely horrific yelling) and refusing to deliver the redelivery - simply when I explained the situation and asked for an eta. Did not even call to complain about the vehicle breaking down. Then proceeded to send us a SMALL BREAD after spending £30. We called again and they started swearing at us on the phone. Very rude behaviour. Will never recommend. Still not got food and paid £30 with no money back.

Food never turned up. When I phoned the restaurant they were extremely rude and shouted at me telling me it was my fault it never arrived and refused to deliver the food. They hung up on me 13 times, kept talking over me, repeatedly shouting at me. In the end they offered to deliver my food but they said they will only do it if I pay the driver £3 and it wouldn't be fresh food it would be cold. So not only did they scam me, they then tried to blackmail me and send me cold food (which they admitted over the phone they would be happy to do). Absolutely disgusting service, and awful food that's never cooked & cold. STAY AWAY!!

Have never been here before in my life. I life in NI and my 12 year old daughter is getting bombarded with calls from this number, unsure how or why they are harassing a child starting just after 9am. Asked them when they rang why they are calling a child non stop to being hung up on, no explanation. Don't let it happen again

If you want an upset stomach or food swimming in grease then definitely order from here 😏. That much grease it soaked right through to the outer packaging and all in the bag it came in. I’d rather starve than buy from here again

Bad Cardiff Takeaways: Absolutely awful. I order a Pizza Time Baguette Special which was essentially Garlic Bread and an abysmally thin slice of barely edible doner meat. The 'baguette' itself was only worth a star if one of Willy Wonka's Munchin's were eating it. I also order a portion of chips, granted they were ok. Yet, when I saw that the vinegar was applied by a spray bottle, I asked for a little more. However, judging by the look on his face, one could assume that I had suggested something obscene. All in all, an exceptionally poor experience, would not recommend.

Chips were cold, burgers weren’t very warm but chicken strips were hot also my desert order was wrong certainly didn’t receive fudge cake’s had strawberry cheesecake instead which none of us like… not happy

The pizza was quite good but undercooked in the middle. As well as that, the chicken burger was overcooked and hard to eat. The bread was soggy while the patty was stale and flavourless

What a sorry excuse for a take away establishment. Having being previous loyal customers for numerous years, this came as a shock. I had called to order a delivery for a large group, to which we were able to verbally place the order, and await delivery. Staff had called back to inform me they would need to collect our cash in advance. I was shocked to hear this, and when I stated this wasn't going to happen, as i had never heard of this to ever happen before, they became very aggressive and intimidating which was a shock to here and equally demoralising to myself and my group. How could a take away establishment demand cash prior to delivery? And equally, how could they verbally abuse regular, loyal customers, let alone any customer the way they did. They have well and truly lost our custom forever more. Myself and my group will not return to this establishment in future.

SHOCKING service. Called to say items were missing and was told “they were busy and what did i want them to do about it.” then proceeded to tell me that the sauce was under my pizza. Like that makes sense. To top it off. The food was cold. Won’t be ordering again from there.

Was alright. The pizzas were both undercooked. Average quality. Onion rings greats. Chips were cold despite the fast delivery. Delivery was excellent and the price was unbeatable.

Would give no stars if there was an option, we ordered food off Uber eats the delivery driver that works for pizza time had delivered the food to the wrong address, when called they were ending the calls or not answering and if they did answer I was met with not but abuse and spoken to like dirt. When explained they had delivered it to the wrong address they said that they will not refund the money as it wasn’t their problem. Shocking customer service and vile people all in all. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE

Didn't put cheese on our cheesy chips! Ordered 2 pizzas, one thin base, one thick, both came the same (thick) Chips were great though, as were pizza toppings, just not quite what we ordered!
