Taco Bell in Cardiff

Me gustó mucho mi visita en Taco Bell. Todo el personal era muy servicial con mis consultas sobre los elementos del menú. La comida llegó rápidamente, recomiendo encarecidamente este restaurante de comida rápida.

Servicio rápido, personal amable y la comida estaba caliente. Realmente no puedo quejarme, lo recomendaría a cualquiera y espero volver pronto : )

My order never arrived. Driver text me from around the corner saying he would not deliver unless I paid more. When I refused he didn’t deliver and actually drove past me. I appreciate this is not the restaurants fault but what a horrendous thing.

Had to throw the quesadillas out, got chicken instead of cheese as ordered and my kids only like cheese. Forgot an order of nachos, absolute waste of £37! Usually the food is amazing from here but really disappointed! Hopefully you guys issue the refund!

The quesadulla was a little bit burnt but only on one area and it wasnt that bad everytbing else was really good

This place is nice, good cheap food and quick service. Officially my first taco bell too, went here with my American girlfriend.

Me encanta la comida, pero Jesús lloró este lugar necesita recontratación y despedir a Deliveroo como su mensajero! ¡Qué desastre! Siempre es un problema cuando se pide si faltan artículos o bebidas a todo el pedido que no se entrega. Tengo que decir que sé que no es la opción más saludable, pero es por eso que pedimos, para un regalo libre de culpa al final de una larga semana laboral, para que podamos rellenar nuestras caras en su salsa de queso! Bromas aparte de los 6 Pepsi que aparecieron de un conductor de Deliveroo rápido para escapar (sonido de pies de Fred Picapiedra) se fueron a un placer! Solo desearían que tuvieran la decencia de traer nuestro pedido real en lugar de discutir sobre el hecho de que “no fueron” ellos quienes le dieron nuestra comida a alguien sin bebidas y “no fueron” ellos quienes nos dieron 2 bolsas llenas de latas de Pepsi 👀 resulta que el personal de Taco Bell tampoco sabía lo que pasó! Después de un montón de idas y venidas por teléfono, nos dimos cuenta al final de que fue nuestra culpa que no obtuvimos nuestra comida, así que lo sentimos y nos disculpamos por haber elegido Taco Bell y Deliveroo como nuestro regalo de fin de semana. Espero que todos os ahoguéis en vuestra deliciosa salsa de queso tal y como yo quería esta noche y penséis en mí cuando enviéis vuestra próxima comida de caja de antojos de quesadilla ya que ni siquiera pude despedirme de la mía 😭 así que tan triste vergüenza de vosotros, vergüenza de todos vosotros 😭😭 pero en serio tan enfadado como estaba me apetecía oriental en su lugar y tengo frijol negro alrededor de mis chuletas mientras escribo esta reseña ☺️ byyeee forever p. s imagen aleatoria adjunta como no tenía uno de mis alimentos 🤷🏻‍♀️

best get a refund. coz I ended up with s cheese quisedella and chips. when I ordered tacos and burritos worth over 20 quid. I ain't happy I wanted beef and chicken ... not veggie.

first time ever ordering taco bell and was excited to order! but sadly our order couldn't have been more wrong if it tried!! they was missing our 2 tacos and also our fries/chips all we had was 2 burritos and nachos with very minimal sauce (either we didn't order) sadly the first and last order from these. kudos to Just eat for compensating us which was great!

Conduje al aparcamiento con la intención de ir a Taco bell para la comida, estaba aparcado durante 4 minutos, entonces mi amigo llamó con ganas de reunirse, así que decidí ir a buscarlos e ir a otro lugar sin dejar el vehículo, ahora he tenido un cargo de aparcamiento a través del correo por £ 100 alegando que no cliente se aloja en un aparcamiento solo para clientes, que ahora tengo que luchar . .

wrong order was delivered and now I'm £20.50 out of pocket and hungry, because justeat refused to give me a refund for Thier mistake. just eat has the worst customer service ever are stealing money off people,even though they make millions

Dirty place. Tables covered in leftover food and rubbish which attracted flies to our table. Not a pleasant environment in which to eat at best average food. Go elsewhere. There are plenty of other options in the area. Tacky Bell 🔔 !!

The food was cold there was hardly any seasoned beef in the tacos it was full of salad you could barely taste any meat at all even the chips were cold very disappointed as this is a meal we love.

Tasty food, service is a little slow. Quality of food is always good. The fries were well seasoned and churros had plenty of cinnamon sugar on.

Driver can’t understand basic things such as reading a map and bare faced lied to me while was tracking him. He couldnt understand “stay there and i will meet you there”. Due to this the food was cold and very disappointed. Service charge needs to get rid of as it’s unacceptable and not satisfactory.

My whole food order was missing, the only food I received from my whole order was 2x churros. My two tacos and fries was missing. Absolutely disgusting, I could’ve been a customer with kids and left my kids hungry after this situation. It’s very poor. Not happy at all. To top it all off, the delivery driver did not interact at all I opened the door there was no hello back from him after I said it. I said Thankyou there again was not a single word from him. He clearly isn’t friendly.

I love Taco Bell.......but this branch is truly awful. I know its new but I'm not sure anybody knows what's going on......I use the drive through and between them not being able to get the order right or not giving you a fork with fries bel grande.....the biggest gripe is if 3 cars are in the drive through it takes ages to get your food........they tell you to park in the carpark and wait.....and wait...and wait....the worst was 35 minutes........its a drive through for heavens sake.....if you can't make the stuff quick enough don't build drive throughs.........then you find there's something missing or wrong.......last time I went the queue was long so I went in.....the kiosks said no fries or chicken available....but there was....I ordered at the counter instead.......but.....they had no lids for drinks or large cups.......this coupled with the staff shouting at each other.....swearing.....just chaos........I'd like to say its a one off but its every time I go......Taco Bell if you read these reviews you need to act fast......so an update as of July 2024........seems things have changed for the better.......much better

I love taco Bell every time but from the burrito meal for two we ordered- volcano burrito was too salty that we had to bin it and there was only tiny bit of meat in the loaded fries. Overall it was a horrible experience we had yesterday night from the Newport Road outlet.

Ordered through the drive thru was sat at the window for 10minutes paid got handed my food and the window closed on me so I had to go inside to get my drink and extra sauce that they didn't give me there was one other guest inside and all the people in the kitchen were just standing around talking and the girl who gives me my food then gave me the drink after shouting acrosd the restaurant at another member of staff saying he didn't put the drink on then I got home 5 minutes later and my food was stone cold like it had been prepared way before I even got there

Delicious food, delivered warm. Few mistakes with order (fries instead of nachos and requested chicken in one burrito but got beef in both) Still nice though and at least nothing was missing!

Missing items. Missing 2 portions of nachos and 1 portion of rice. The 2 portions of churros were not prepared. They were missing cinnamon sugar. It is worse than it sounds. Two orders in a row now that nachos have been missing. Last time churros were missing too. You need to check food leaving the store!!! This shouldn’t be happening. I bet it is impossible to get a refund too.

Para ser justos, el burrito y los tacos suaves eran agradables. Era la primera vez que probaba Taco bell y estaba bien. No es genial. Pero vale. Precio razonable. Es un punto de venta de comida rápida, nada más ni nada menos

wow! first and definitely last time ordering from here. half of the order missing. no tacos, none of the extra dips we paid for, so the nachos were too dry. the chicken wrap had no sauce in either so that too was so dry I couldn't even swallow it. rung them to say theres missing items but no answer after 30 mins trying. atrocious!

X2 soft taco recieved and X2 pepsi max recieved. Please check the order as 2 items were not as it should be. Thank you

As an American living in the UK I was excited to have taco bell for the first time in a long while- unfortunately it did not live up to expectations. My quesadilla did not appear to have touched a grill, with cheese completely unmelted and no color on the tortilla whatsoever. My husband paid extra for a full sugar mountain dew, and was given sugar free. The churros were stale and cold. Two stars because the taco and fries were still good.

I was s couple of items short last time I ordered. I spoke to someone moments after the driver left and was given a code to use next order to get the items I was short last time. I did this today but I have still not received my missing food. Can anyone help with this please?

My food hasn't come it says delivered but it's not been delivered.!!! JustEats are terrible. The delivery guy stole my food. Went to Taco Bell and they replaced my order. Taco bell are lovely, really nice food. But I wouldn't order with JustEats coz their delivery drivers steal your food and then post that they've delivered it to you. They are disgusting people.

My friend I visited here two days ago, yesterday I had the worst stomach pain I have ever experienced. I was in tears from the stomach cramps and diarrhoea. Both of us suffered the same symptoms and it's the only place we both ate at. This is completely unacceptable!! Never had such a reaction from a fast food place, will be avoiding Newport Road all together just in case the bug is airbound lol.

Food was quite tasty, but there wasn't much of it. Not enough cheese and sour cream. The box with the chips in had been put upside down in the bag, so when I took it out, all the chips fell into the bag. The dessert rings were very fatty.

75% chance of missing items. If you get collection check your bag every time, if you order delivery just pray. Interior definitely needs to be cleaned more often. Tables are usually dirty.

Really friendly people who work here and they always ask how your food is and if you need anything they are extremely helpful and they gave advice on what to order definitely recommend going. The music is very loud.

I love Mexican food and we were shopping nearby so gave it a try. First impression was it needed a clean! Tables, floor, toilets all needed a clear and wipe down. Despite being quiet it took quite a time for food to arrive and it wasn't great. Not a lot of flavour or content to my crispy chicken tacos and the fries and just odd. The special coating is either not pleasant generally or had not been applied properly. Needless to say we won't be trying Taco Bell again.

Went to Taco Bell today and the service was awful. Staff have no manners when asking politely for things that were missing from the order there was no apology and just shoved in our faces. Toilets were absolutely filthy. Staff seem like they do not want to be there. Customer service was absolutely awful.

Used to work here, underpaid staff, Food is gross, management is a shambles, the reason its a mess is because nobody has time to fix it, chronically understaffed due to low wage offers and rude management and co-workers. It's honestly a terrible place to work and eat.

First time trying it both me and my partner really enjoyed it.
