No complaints from me, never fail with the food always amazing food

Really lovely man who works behind the counter. A white older man but did not take his name but was working today at around 3pm. Was very respectful to me and my son and gave us information to help us with drinks. Food was really nice. 😊

this is indeed the pinnacle of fast food and a staple in the history of cardiff itself. cardiff should feel blessed that taco bell decided to place themselves here because the food quality and service itself is heaven sent. this location needs to be widely celebrated and the first minister should dedicate a national holiday to taco bell cardiff.

taste like grease and crippling depression , fed it to my dog, food was lukewarm, quality of meat was terrible everything overcooked other than rice that was undercooked. i threw up after one bite of crunchy taco which was more like biting into wet toilet paper. as it is inedible and more like the consistency of dog food. would not recommend or order EVER AGAIN! Don’t waste your money a microwave meal would have been better than this. I paid £40 mind for an absolute rip off for the quality and quantity of food absolute garbage.

My first choice when it comes too fast food it fills me for longer. All meals are very nice.

I had a combo meal and every bit of it was amazing. Placed an order and the order was ready within 5 mins. Food was fresh and amazing. Staff was really friendly as well.

Poor quality Taco Bell compared to others. Fries not cooked properly, requested an exchange, they were also not cooked properly. Poor portions....will not visit again

Just had the meal for 2. It's great value for money and very tasty indeed. The staff were very friendly and the guy from Ely was a top banana for helping us out on our first visit.

my order was completely wrong , i had the wrong fries come , and there was sauce in my burrito when i specifically put on there no cheddar cheese and no sauce. i’m so unhappy

this was a teribul meal for me i started eating my food and it tasted teribul and whene i got home it got evan worse i was sat on the toilet for howers

Absolutely horrendous. I ordered the £3.99 deal, it came with a drink, beef burrito and chips. There was more seasoning than chips and the burrito was mostly empty except for a TON of oil and barley any beef. Not to mention the drink I got (lipton tea) tasted watered-down and barley sweet. Also, there where a group of teenage boys who ordered food aswell. The 2 employees working there just left. No one was attending the cash register and those poor boys had to wait 20 minutes for them to come back. Overall would not recomend and would not come back.

Order was cold missing several items to the point half the people that ordered didn’t have most of their order and nothing was labelled so made figuring out what we’d received difficult plus some items received weren’t what we’d ordered.

Horrendous service. Thrown in the bag to takeaway and barely wrapped so went everywhere and I wasn't actually able to eat it in the end. I was the only order on the board.

Food was very late as driver was absolutely awful. Communication was terrible and not friendly. For this the food was freezing

toilets where horrid, 3 massive bins just sitting in there, rude and slow staff, toilet lock broken, kiosk broken, drink machine broken, walls look run down pls dont come, all the food tastes old!!!

First and last time having Taco Bell. Food arrived cold, the wrappings on the burritos and tacos were off, the Churros were both overcooked, and obviously cooked in oil that wasn't hot enough as it soaked in too much oil. The food was a beige mess and nothing like true Mexican food. I have a number of Mexican restaurants near where I live, and they all provide much higher quality and delicious food than Taco Bell. We were really looking forward to trying this iconic food place. Real shame.

The food was so tasty. The service was quick. The music was popping. Got the volcano box… loved it.

This is the 2nd time I have gone to Taco Bell it will be my last. I spent £6 on a Crispy Chicken Burrito and it was tiny. Not a meal, just 1 Burrito for £6. The pictures you have make it look much bigger then what it is and after eating it I am still starving. No word of a lie, when I took it out the wrapper my wife said to return it for a refund. The person who served me, Lily, was great, but the food is way to expensive for what you get. It looked like something you get in a kids meal and not an adult portion. Very disappointed and will not be going back. Also I tried to fill in the survey on the till recipe but they want access to my cookies and other personal information from my device, why? If I am just filling out a survey why do they want to gather my personal information? Not happy and still very hungry.

So glad Taco Bell made it to Cardiff - Volcano Burritos, all day, every day. The best.

Got my friends order wrong despite calling the sandwich under his order number guy at the till got mad that I didn't hear him call my order number the first time Edit: been here multiple times since then and he's the srvice is still fast but rude as hell.

The food arrived a long wait due to the food not being prepared for ages. We were originally told 7:35 for food, but did not receive until 8:07. Not due to fault with the delivery driver who was lovely, but due to the restaurant.

where do i even begin with this… this is the first time we have been to a taco bell so we ordered a fair amount of food to try as many different things as we can. we’ve heard quite a bit about it from various places so we thought why not try it? whilst the prices are reasonable, the food however is not. the food was cold, tasteless and honestly just a massive mess. we got served our food so quick which we were quite surprised about (little did we know the reason why that was was probably because they didn’t even bother making it properly…). the girl working there was extremely rude. we sat down whilst we were waiting for our order and when she read out our number she didn’t even give us a chance to collect it before yelling the number angrily again. this wouldn’t have been a problem if she hadn’t given us our food in an impolite manner, no thank you or anything. just left the tray there and left without saying anything. the table was very dirty, so they clearly didn’t clean it after the last person. the toilet just smelt of piss and there was water(?) everywhere. toilet paper was placed on the ground instead of up higher, which meant that it was soaked from the water that was on the floor. the only good aspect of this place is the salsa packet sauce. definitely not coming back here anytime soon, save your money and go elsewhere

I ordered the delivery to the door I live on the 3 floor and I’m not well enough to come down the stairs so a Naber had to collect the order from downstairs and all the food was freezing cold so really not happy

I recently visited Taco Bell and was extremely disappointed with the of their food. chicken in my taco cold and tasteless, making for a truly unpleasant dining experience. Additionally, the churros I were stiff and bland lacking any flavor or. Overall, I not recommend this Taco location to anyone looking for satisfying meal.

Don't appreciate being interrupted when eating to be asked to leave a review. Pop it on the receipt or ask at the till when collecting food. Not when guests are in the middle of eating.

I only order for my child but I don’t think enough filling is inside the tacos. I stopped ordering for myself as I only had one tiny bit of chicken once. Poor value

Always had a good experience getting some takeaway food here for the late train journey home after some beers. A lot of the menu is fairly bland but is good once you've added some hot sauce. Love the Cheesey Gordita crunch as well as the fried chicken soft flour Tacos. Cinnamon twists are delicious too, you can get a big sharebox of them. Always some good special offers on the website. There's obviously much better places to eat in Cardiff, but this makes a nice change from Mcdonalds and is better than Burger King.

Might have been the time of day that we visited but it felt a bit soulless. Like someone fancied owning a taco bell then stopped caring after it opened. Food was decent enough, staff were polite, so nothing to complain about there. Bur definitely feels like a void in terms of soul.

First time in a Taco Bell and I was impressed, food was tasty and worth the detour from my normal go-to fast food. This branch was quick and efficient will be back.

It was cold when it arrived and I was missing my drink. My taco was all broken when it shouldn’t be, the packaging should have Been wrapped better.

Was the only customer at the till, waiting for at least a minute to be served. Then an ubereats driver charges to the counter, calls the staff and is served immediately. Absolute piss take. Shame, because the manager seemed quite friendly. Good job on losing a customer.

Everything about the experience was dreadful. Decor/tables looked like they were salvaged from a primary school. Food was served in a take away bag despite choosing eat-in. There were no plates and the trays were not covered in paper. The portions were small and bland. There was no salt in the food or available, apparently there wasn't any salt in the establishment not even at the tables. Service was nonexistent. For the same money or less you will get a much better experience at pretty much any fast food establishment. Avoid at all costs.

Food was warm delivery was on time no issues

The chips were soggy, the crunchwrap was falling apart and not at all crunchy. Really disappointing all round.

Whilst the food is great the management leaves a lot too Desiree if you pay for a bad don’t e spect to get it, if you want food it might be missing, and if you bring this up they’ll be very bad throwing stuff at you expecting you to do there job for them, it’s what your paying for your they don’t care and it’s what brings that score down

Wrong drink but everything else perfect as always

Whenever I order, there always seems to be an item missing. Last time I will ever order from this food chain- don’t like the food and only order to keep a family member happy - guess they’ll have to be grumpy from now on!

The incompetence of the staff at this store is astonishing. Made a simple mobile order, two burritos, three soft tacos and a drink, and they messed everything up. They completely forgot the drink, they forgot the Hot Sauce and they added jalapeños to one of the burritos, despite asking for none due to an allergy. If my partner had bitten into it without checking they would be in A and E right now, all because one of the employees didn't read the order correctly. Absolutely appaling. When making food it is people's lives you are potentially putting at risk. Shocking.

Ordered a black bean burrito for a vegetarian, it said black bean on the outside, took a bite into it and was beef.

It used to be ok but now its awful! Food was extremely salty and the crunchy taco was chewy.much better options elsewhere.

Delivery driver was very nice and as soon as he was assigned he was straight to the restaurant. It just took a while to assign a driver.
