Mistakes and oversights that ruined the meal a little

had a problem with my order at first but Jeremy the manager was quick to sort it and the staff were very friendly !!

I ordered seasoned fries and may Aswel have gone to the shop and bought French fries with no seasoning, food was cold , not happy

Had delivery from here via deliveroo, food turned up quickly and was relatively warm. Shared taco supremes and a crunch wrap. The tacos were spot on, the crunch wrap had no crunch and was slightly underwhelming. Had some sour cream( which is always good) and some gauc( tiny pot not worth the price really) which was nice. Only had taco bell a few times but its always been OK! Plus I love the crunchy tacos

La comida era buena, sin embargo, muy decepcionado por el personal antes (viernes alrededor de las 6 pm) ya que cuando estaba esperando en el mostrador tenía un grupo de hombres cerca, donde uno de ellos comenzó a acosarme verbalmente y nadie intervino a pesar de que había al menos 4 personas trabajando frente a nosotros. La tienda era muy tranquila por lo que definitivamente se podía escuchar la conversación donde hizo comentarios sugerentes, trató de que le tocara las manos y me dijo que “viniera con él” al menos 3 veces a pesar de que dejé extremadamente claro que era menor de edad porque este era un hombre que doblaba mi tamaño y edad. calle La calle de Mary a menudo puede ser peligrosa para las jóvenes y es algo que el personal debe considerar especialmente cuando está sucediendo justo en frente de ellas en una tienda vacía y tranquila.

food is great, but i have had difficulties ordering from here even before they close. they tell me they are on their way i ring and then they tell me to cancel, only to tell me they are on their way again and then to cancel yet again. process is very confusing if you order after 3 am considering they close at 4 am

One of the worst places i have been too, the manger at the counter was extremely disrespectful and unprofessional at all, he treats others with disrespect depending on their looks.., What a disgrace (no one should visit this place on god )

On time but the time kept going back and more than half the food was cold, meaning while they made the thing that took longer than they thought it would the other stuff went cold. Undercooked chips that are cold and floppy really ruins a treat.

Make sure you don't go on a match day. It's rammed out and that means it's dirty, tables not clean food on the floor it's a disaster zone and staff don't bother with the mess.

Fuimos con mis amigos para mi cumpleaños de 21 años en Cardiff y al final de nuestra noche pensamos en tomar una campana de taco, ya que es nuestro favorito yo y mis amigos entramos y uno de mis amigos se topó con un letrero de piso mojado. Luego procedió a recoger esto y ponerlo en el lugar. Fue allí donde el guardia de seguridad se acercó y nos gritó. Además, mientras entrábamos, dijo que no comiéramos, a lo que dijimos que no se preocupe, mi amigo se comió una patata frita de su bolsa, en la que también le gritó, nos echó a los dos y luego procedió a escoriarnos con nuestros otros dos amigos, lo que es realmente extraño. Sin mencionar cuando caminábamos y él le gritaba a una chica al azar diciendo que se bañara. Dijo esto varias veces y en la cima de su voz, que no creo que sea muy profesional para un guardia de seguridad, la comida era increíble como siempre, pero creo que necesitas un nuevo guardia de seguridad porque este tipo es muy inseguro y le gusta gritar a las niñas. Me gustaría decir que todos pasamos una noche muy buena hasta que nos topamos con este hombre. Creo que es muy poco profesional que alguien que se supone que debe mantener a la gente segura para él esté gritando y haciéndome sentir incómodo. Si no puedes mantener la calma, entonces no deberías trabajar como guardia de seguridad en una de las calles más transitadas de Cardiff.

Buen lugar para comer con amigos y familiares y también familia ampliada y para pasar un buen rato con todas las personas que amas y cuidas

The food was good, but it took an extremely long time to prepare, no fault of the delivery driver though.

Driver was delightful , drove the food right up to my door despite being able to stop at the gate . He was early and called me just before arriving , i am not happy with the quantity of the food for £20. My burrito and was cold and chips stone cold.

La comida era decente, aunque hacen con añadir más opciones. Uno de los miembros más viejos del personal tan miserable y cuando le pedí el código del baño (personalmente no creo que los baños deban tener códigos puestos) , miró y me habló como si fuera estúpido y al principio me dijo “sí hay un código” pero de una manera muy sarcástica en lugar de darme realmente el código cuando se me preguntó. También me di cuenta de que uno de los otros miembros más jóvenes del personal fue preguntado por un cliente diferente cuál era el código del inodoro y ella le dio al cliente el código completamente equivocado! Me encargué de decírselo en su lugar. Este lugar es más un ‘ordena tu comida y vete’ que un comer en si soy honesto.

Delivery driver went to wrong location and then shouted at me for being at the wrong address. Food is now cold from the wait. Utterly disgusted by the deliverer!

Food was left outside of the hotel in the freezing cold I am not happy about this

Was the only customer at the till, waiting for at least a minute to be served. Then an ubereats driver charges to the counter, calls the staff and is served immediately. Absolute piss take. Shame, because the manager seemed quite friendly. Good job on losing a customer. Also seen people cooking with gloves on whilst also using the same gloves to use their mobile phone. The restaurant is usually absolutely filthy.

was bussing and the tacos were amazing but the place was a lil messy buttt I did get my food so fast I didn't even realise it was mine so yay

The restaurant put the right receipt on the wrong order, we spent £30 and got max £10 worth of food. Colleagues crying, cheers 👍

I feel like the box meals are so worth your money! I get a volcano burrito box. Comes with sides that you have options to choose from. Always made really well and very consistent! Lovely

Big restraunr, bit untidy but all n all easy to get food and go , very tasty at a good price. Right in the city centre, parking will be easy if you go to the nearest carpark. Love the churros here definitely get them!!

For me as a German, it was really cool and THE opportunity to try out Taco Bell, since this fast food chain doesn't exist in our country 👍🏼 The food was quite good so far, warm and fresh and the staff was very friendly. Like in Germany, the order is placed at a machine at McDonalds, where you then have to wait a while to pick up your food. You can refill drinks as often as you like 👍🏼 We ordered the combo package with a burrito, a taco, churros, fries and a drink. Separately, I ordered a quesadilla to try. But I particularly enjoyed the burrito, the fries and the churros with caramel sauce 👌🏼 However, one drawback was the cleanliness of the branch, which is why I have to deduct one star overall.

We came from the US and this was the BEST taco bell we've ever had. It was so fresh and the 2 ladies working super late at night were very quick.

2 of the order machines didn't work. My order wasn't complete and I got it later. The food is just what it is

Never had a Taco Bell, don’t think I will again. I’m not sure there was any beef in my burrito, perhaps it’s powdered beef not ground!!! Ordered a side of black beans…..I thought the minuscule pot must have been a mistake…..about 20 beans! The can of 7up was nice

Not the best as far as taco bells go. They didn't have nachos and the soda fountain was also somewhat limited with a distinct lack of sugary drinks.

Really lovely man who works behind the counter. A white older man but did not take his name but was working today at around 3pm. Was very respectful to me and my son and gave us information to help us with drinks. Food was really nice. 😊

this is indeed the pinnacle of fast food and a staple in the history of cardiff itself. cardiff should feel blessed that taco bell decided to place themselves here because the food quality and service itself is heaven sent. this location needs to be widely celebrated and the first minister should dedicate a national holiday to taco bell cardiff.

Saber como la grasa y la depresión agobiante , lo alimenté a mi perro, la comida era tibia, la calidad de la carne era terrible todo lo sobrecocinado excepto el arroz que estaba mal cocinado. vomité después de un bocado de taco crujiente que era más como morder en papel higiénico húmedo. ya que es no comestible y más como la consistencia de la comida para perros. no recomendaría o pedir NUNCA MÁS! No malgastes tu dinero, una comida en microondas hubiera sido mejor que esto. Pagué 40 libras por una estafa absoluta por la calidad y cantidad de comida basura absoluta.

My first choice when it comes too fast food it fills me for longer. All meals are very nice.

I had a combo meal and every bit of it was amazing. Placed an order and the order was ready within 5 mins. Food was fresh and amazing. Staff was really friendly as well.

Poor quality Taco Bell compared to others. Fries not cooked properly, requested an exchange, they were also not cooked properly. Poor portions....will not visit again

Absolutely horrendous. I ordered the £3.99 deal, it came with a drink, beef burrito and chips. There was more seasoning than chips and the burrito was mostly empty except for a TON of oil and barley any beef. Not to mention the drink I got (lipton tea) tasted watered-down and barley sweet. Also, there where a group of teenage boys who ordered food aswell. The 2 employees working there just left. No one was attending the cash register and those poor boys had to wait 20 minutes for them to come back. Overall would not recomend and would not come back.

Order was cold missing several items to the point half the people that ordered didn’t have most of their order and nothing was labelled so made figuring out what we’d received difficult plus some items received weren’t what we’d ordered.

Horrendous service. Thrown in the bag to takeaway and barely wrapped so went everywhere and I wasn't actually able to eat it in the end. I was the only order on the board.

toilets where horrid, 3 massive bins just sitting in there, rude and slow staff, toilet lock broken, kiosk broken, drink machine broken, walls look run down pls dont come, all the food tastes old!!!

First and last time having Taco Bell. Food arrived cold, the wrappings on the burritos and tacos were off, the Churros were both overcooked, and obviously cooked in oil that wasn't hot enough as it soaked in too much oil. The food was a beige mess and nothing like true Mexican food. I have a number of Mexican restaurants near where I live, and they all provide much higher quality and delicious food than Taco Bell. We were really looking forward to trying this iconic food place. Real shame.

This is the 2nd time I have gone to Taco Bell it will be my last. I spent £6 on a Crispy Chicken Burrito and it was tiny. Not a meal, just 1 Burrito for £6. The pictures you have make it look much bigger then what it is and after eating it I am still starving. No word of a lie, when I took it out the wrapper my wife said to return it for a refund. The person who served me, Lily, was great, but the food is way to expensive for what you get. It looked like something you get in a kids meal and not an adult portion. Very disappointed and will not be going back. Also I tried to fill in the survey on the till recipe but they want access to my cookies and other personal information from my device, why? If I am just filling out a survey why do they want to gather my personal information? Not happy and still very hungry.

Got my friends order wrong despite calling the sandwich under his order number guy at the till got mad that I didn't hear him call my order number the first time Edit: been here multiple times since then and he's the srvice is still fast but rude as hell.

The food arrived a long wait due to the food not being prepared for ages. We were originally told 7:35 for food, but did not receive until 8:07. Not due to fault with the delivery driver who was lovely, but due to the restaurant.

where do i even begin with this… this is the first time we have been to a taco bell so we ordered a fair amount of food to try as many different things as we can. we’ve heard quite a bit about it from various places so we thought why not try it? whilst the prices are reasonable, the food however is not. the food was cold, tasteless and honestly just a massive mess. we got served our food so quick which we were quite surprised about (little did we know the reason why that was was probably because they didn’t even bother making it properly…). the girl working there was extremely rude. we sat down whilst we were waiting for our order and when she read out our number she didn’t even give us a chance to collect it before yelling the number angrily again. this wouldn’t have been a problem if she hadn’t given us our food in an impolite manner, no thank you or anything. just left the tray there and left without saying anything. the table was very dirty, so they clearly didn’t clean it after the last person. the toilet just smelt of piss and there was water(?) everywhere. toilet paper was placed on the ground instead of up higher, which meant that it was soaked from the water that was on the floor. the only good aspect of this place is the salsa packet sauce. definitely not coming back here anytime soon, save your money and go elsewhere

I ordered the delivery to the door I live on the 3 floor and I’m not well enough to come down the stairs so a Naber had to collect the order from downstairs and all the food was freezing cold so really not happy

I honestly don’t understand why this store has such bad reviews. The staff have been nothing but kind and the environment is amazing.

I recently visited Taco Bell and was extremely disappointed with the of their food. chicken in my taco cold and tasteless, making for a truly unpleasant dining experience. Additionally, the churros I were stiff and bland lacking any flavor or. Overall, I not recommend this Taco location to anyone looking for satisfying meal.

Don't appreciate being interrupted when eating to be asked to leave a review. Pop it on the receipt or ask at the till when collecting food. Not when guests are in the middle of eating.

I only order for my child but I don’t think enough filling is inside the tacos. I stopped ordering for myself as I only had one tiny bit of chicken once. Poor value

Always had a good experience getting some takeaway food here for the late train journey home after some beers. A lot of the menu is fairly bland but is good once you've added some hot sauce. Love the Cheesey Gordita crunch as well as the fried chicken soft flour Tacos. Cinnamon twists are delicious too, you can get a big sharebox of them. Always some good special offers on the website. There's obviously much better places to eat in Cardiff, but this makes a nice change from Mcdonalds and is better than Burger King.

Might have been the time of day that we visited but it felt a bit soulless. Like someone fancied owning a taco bell then stopped caring after it opened. Food was decent enough, staff were polite, so nothing to complain about there. Bur definitely feels like a void in terms of soul.
