Barburrito in Cardiff

Food was delicious, service was fast.

My daughter picked our lunch place and decided on BarBurrito. We were very happy she did as we enjoyed the food, atmosphere, music and excellent service from Tammy and her colleague. Would definitely come again.

The place was dirty, the staff weren't nice, the burrito has less ingredients, specially beans but also the Guacamole wasn't fresh... I love this food and place but the last 3 times that I came, I didn't like it

As usual, food here is beautiful! We went all out today and I'm glad that the service that was provided to us by the Angelina and James was absolutely incredible as per usual. Would always recommend this barburrito, as well as the staff here 💪

Really disappointed. It was quite busy when we arrived and by the time our food had moved down the queue and paid, the whole burrito was lukewarm temperature and unsatisfying. I had a classic burrito which included rice and didn't fancy eating cold rice so had to leave half of it. The staff weren't very helpful in the queue either. When I was offered ingredients I just wanted to check if it was included in the price and I was told what was included was written on the board, instead of just answering the question I had asked. Which was a valid question because they ask if you want ingredients but they might be additional in price and I didn't want to pay extra. A below average experience and one I'm not keen to repeat.

We had 2 burritos and upgraded to add tortilla chips and drinks on. Very filling, lots of choice. Clean tables etc. Mike was very friendly and helpful - especially when we mentioned a food allergy.

My girlfriend and I had had a takeaway from here in the past and didn't take to it but came in an sat down and boy it didn't disappoint. My servers Tammy and Mikey were enthusiastic and helped out picking ingredients that were scrumptious!

Really good Mexican food. Meat is very tasty and you can even have it on the Nachos that are reasonably priced. Recommend for an inexpensive meal compared to all the restaurants but the food is also a higher quality than the fast food joints. Big winner and offers dine in.

Food was delicious, polished off a burrito bowl in record time! Chicken wings were fresh and absolutely yummy, better than a few other places we’d been to for chicken wings recently. Staff were really lovely and friendly, and even checked in afterwards to see how we liked the food. Lovely!

Got 2 grilled chicken burritos instead of 1 pork 1 chicken as ordered. The amount of filling in the burrito has steadily decreased from a very good amount on my first order to thin and disappointing since. Food was OK but not what I ordered and not worth the price paid.

Came in today during the initial lunch rush, about half 12. I wasn't sure what to order and James, who served me recommended a pork burrito. I tried it and the dish was great. Was presented well. Will definitely be returning for another next time I'm in Cardiff and would highly recommend. He really went above and beyond.

Visited today and was served by the lovely Paloma, who was very helpful and patient with explaining the available options to me and my partner. Neither of us have eaten here before so weren’t sure how it worked but she made us feel welcome and valued. Food was lovely and the restaurant was kept clean and tidy. Thank you!

St Davids was pretty quiet but the atmosphere in store was great, the staff were happy, the store was clean and the food was hot and fresh. I was served between tia and Jack, who were great throughout and made a 10/10 burrito. I highly recommend their new jerk chicken and fresh guacamole!

food arrived quickly, opened order straight away but burrito's were both freezing cold. Just a slight suggestion, maybe pack drinks seperate from food as the drinks with my order were resting directly on top of the food.

Food was delicious it was lacking chicken and beans my wifes portion got cold because of the low amount of chicken and beans. So the other sauces cool it down very fast. I use to come here and everything use to be ok. Today it wasn't their day.

The burrito was good, but a little cold for my taste. I would have liked it to be warmer. On the other hand, the attention was not the best. The price was appropriate for being fast food.

Barburrito used to be my favourite mexican for a burrito bowl, but the food at this branch is bland and the portions are very small. The rice is tasteless and they are such small portions of the other parts that the whole dish lacks flavour and leaves you hungry. The meat and veg portions could fit on a desert spoon, and the salsa is teaspoon size. I would recommend tortilla or mission burrito instead for taste, portion size and friendly service. The people sitting next to us said something very rude about their food as well, so it wasn't just us.

My wife and I were served by a gentleman named Mikey whose customer service skills were absolutely first class. He stood out amongst all staff who were great but Mikey was very attentive to our needs and constantly made sure that we were well served and taken care of. Please give this man a pay rise or Xmas present. Would definitely return

Food here is absolutely fabulous! My partner and children love it here so much only thing, it took quite awhile for us to find a seat. Food was great and filling , chairs were very comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful.

Ordered some burritos and was surprised by the good food. As a latina, I've been disappointed with many "burritos" that some so-called "latino" restaurants sell but the ones from this place reminded me of home. Might be a chain but the food is soulful. Only thing to improve is their pico de gallo sauce.

Dined at the St David shopping centre in Cardiff and it was great value for money for great food. Plus the staff were so friendly and polite. Especially Mikey, I was hearing him interact with the customers and young and old, and made them all feel very special. Would definitely recommend 👌
