Had a taco here best I've had and the 2 lads that served me wer very polite

Pulled pork and jerk BBQ sauce is to die for! Chipotle sauce is also banging. Only thing I don't understand about this place is the multiple Uber eats restaurants all linked to this same kitchen. Very strange. I've also had the breakfast burrito from this kitchen (under a different name) and that was also sensational.

I was super excited to have food from here. I chose to have the protein box with pulled pork. Extra guacamole and all the salad. At first it seemed nice enough, but I noticed that the pork was not only fatty but there were large pieces of skin in there. All rubbery and hairy, extremely unappetising and left extremely disappointed and slightly nauseous. I wish I'd had a vegetarian box now, as I was unable to finish my food because of the fatty pork and large chunks of hairy skin. What a waste... The service was alright, very quiet so served quickly. Aircon was absolutely delightful on such a warm day and this was the best part of the shop.

Great food, ordered on delivery app, so needed 5mins in oven to heat up once it arrived. Although the insanity hotsauce was more than hot enough to compensate for that. BEWARE!! I love spicy food, but this hot sauce is my absolute limit.

The food was stale. The ingredients were cold and tasteless. The burrito is by far the worst I have ever had. The taco shells were stale and tasteless. I was also refused a refund. Left extremely disappointed and out of pocket.

Used to be great value and give a lot of food. Now paying the same but they have been really tight on everything recently

Don't give you the orders you paid for but happily charge you for it. Maybe they just don't look at the order or don't care.

Burrito was fine, but items missing off the order. Ubereats refunded the missing item, but those items missing were used as an incentive for a larger order.

Food grim. Pulled pork was the texture of caned tuna and saltier than the sea. The flavored rice had no flavour. Staff lovely.

Popped in after uni, ordered a large burrito, it was so overfilled it couldn’t be wrapped properly. They had run out of most things to fulfil online orders so had to settle for beef chilli which seemed fine. One person serving at a time so had quite a bit of a wait. It was the most grim textured chilli I’ve ever eaten, I’m not even sure it was beef, resembled no texture to beef and was so incredibly spicy and odd I couldn’t eat it. No sour cream so garlic Mayo was used as a substitution ? The prep counter was a MESS !! Dried up meat fillings allover the lids. Same spoon was used for different meat fillings so had to question whether they were contaminating vegetarian fillings. The salads and other fillings were fresh but nothing spectacular. I got to a table and it was filthy , not a single table was clean or looked like it had been cleaned for a few hours . The dining area was full of people’s empty food containers, wrappers and napkins on the floor etc. As I mentioned before the burrito was so poorly wrapped and overfilled that it fell apart when I went to eat it. Tried to salvage with a fork but the chilli was so overly spicy and strange it went straight in the bin. Chips and salsa were awful, salsa had a really odd flavour. Wouldn’t go here again. I know it’s a busy student place but take the time and clean your work stations and tables so people have somewhere hygienic to eat.

Amazing food, amazing service, amazing value nothing to complain about here

Over £12 pounds for a tiny burrito this is the 3rd Saturday in a row I have ordered this burrito and today its half the size as usual and half the size of everyone else who ordered one feel ripped of won't order again

Breatos consistently makes delicious and healthy meals that are good for our microbiome.

He had pressed the delivered button before he had reached my street. Not happy about that but essentially on time and the food was great usual.

The second time they failed to deliver my tortilla chips item. I ordered again after the first time they missed the item, and they put a passive-aggressive note with the order about how their a small business, and you shouldn't claim to refund items – why not make sure the order is complete before sending it? Won't bother ordering again.

Breatos Burrito box is best ever.

Great little find, excellent food at reasonable prices. The large meal deal is not for the faint hearted, plenty of food for a reasonable price. Well worth checking out for a quick, satisfying, filling hit of tastiness.

The food was lovely and a very nice size. Didn't have the can but replaced (thank you for replacing it instead of not sending anything). Driver was really friendly. Will be ordering again

Ordered two burritos the people who served us could barely wrap it overportioned on every item it was too big couldn't even eat it, on top of that rice that had been left in a hot hold for far too long and had gone dry and chewy on top of stale wraps and items that lacked and defining flavours chucked out half the food I ordered not happy won't be coming here again. Over £20 wasted for a burrito I could get better literally anywhere else.

I had the burrito and it was one of the best I ever tasted (Mexican food fan here). The pulled pork was perfect! Definitely coming back and highly recommended!

We order as a group only to have missing meals and incorrect items sent. Tried calling to get it rectified and was told it was a just eat problem and to contact them for a refund. Which isn't fair as then we have to pay another delivery fee. Also, the pulled pork was something I've never seen before. Horrible. What a disappointment of attitude from supervisor

Chipotle seemed mayo based which I wish it was mentioned as I would not have picked it but regardless pico de gallo was tasteless, so was the seasoned rice. Meat was OK but a little dry and £1.20 extra for cheese got the tiniest amount of cheese that frankly we couldn't taste at all and barely see. Sorry but very disappointing and not as good as the local competitors.

Great food joint, Mexican cuisine, serves vegetarian, vegan and non-vegetaran option. Great flavours, great food served by smiling helpful staff. On all of my visits till date they will explain the items and will help it make it as you like it. Before this I had never come across any good Mexican food or bean salad places. The portions are generous, too generous infact ( not a bad thing in Studentville). Don't forget to get your loyalty card, after 2-3 servings you get a free drink can. You must visit this place if you are looking for vegetarian or non vege Mexican food in Cardiff.

Most delicious burritos in town and at a good price

I loved my burrito box from here and the staff were very friendly. Although do be warned, that insanity sauce IS insanity. I am used to eating all kinds of spice regularly, was even in a competition for it once. However I asked for extra insanity sauce and I was in the most intense pain that night. I vomited so much, blood came out with reminents of food from years passed. That being said, the food was delicious before my body started acting up and they did accommodate for my specification (albeit as dumb as it was).

Way too much sauce (chipotle) - made it really tangy and couldn’t eat it. Made the whole thing soggy and just a bit gross to eat

great value for money and the burritos are always jam packed and rolled excellently. great range of options from meat and veggie fillings, salad and sauces. staff have always been lovely and friendly - the notes on delivery bags are such a nice touch. this place has very quickly become my go to for takeaway. love introducing people to this place. thanks guys! :)

Maybe I just had a bad experience, but it was the worst dining experience I've had in 15 in wales. The meat was anemic, the staff were irritated the whole time. Bad food, bad staff, dreadful

Most disgusting food ever chicken was dehydrated like rocks rice and everything was disgusting don't see why should any one in the right state of mind would spend a penny here disgusting

Staff friendly and welcoming but food standard poor. The chicken was soggy and had no flavour. Burrito ingredients missing that you'd usually expect with Mexican food were lacking. Overall disappointing

Im guessing its recently come under new management, as all the previous reviews are awful and more recent ones are amazing. After my boyfriend and I stuffing ourselves silly its fair to say it was amazing. The classic burrito is plenty big enough and has a great ratio of ingredients The pork was stunning, it might be the best pork ive had in years. My partner got the monster burrito and its literally the size of his head and half again. It is far from tastless, amazing portions and great value for money. There was also a sweet thank you note on the bag which is always nice. Pls ignore all previous bad reviews, this place is to die for, and the people who make it deserve all the credit they can get!

My 1st review in my life… One of our favourite takeaways.. Food is always amazing.. ordered quite a few times and we love it. Never had a problem. The only bad thing is that sometimes we want to order and you’re not delivering 😭

Unfortunately the rice was really undercooked on both burritos. The tofu would have been nice if it was seasoned and unfortunately I couldn't taste any of the sauce. The whole thing was really bland, I had to add my own seasoning and sauce to finish it.

don't understand the good rating. worst burrito of my life. terribly uneven distribution of ingredients, cold, cheese only gets lightly burned but not melted by a torch (I'm not kidding). underwhelming flavor wise.

Awful experience, the tacos had way too much shiracha, basically drenched. The burrito was awful too, cheap tasting chicken. The only redeeming ingredient was the pulled port

Rubbish. Not sure if it’s changed hands but tiny portion in burrito bowl, found about 4 grains of rice. Asked for peppers gave me jalapeños. Hardly warm, tasted below average. Plus, paid £8 for it. Never again

Asked for my salad to be separate. They send me barely any salad. I also asked for my sauce to be separate, they didn’t even send the sauce. My food is literally dry and very hard to eat. I won’t be ordering again! Very disappointed, specially because I ordered yesterday. The customer service and the lack of care for what they deliver is the reason for the 1 star.

If you want a takeaway burrito in Cardiff, I suggest you go here! To start with the staff are engaged, professional and friendly. And its made to order right in front of you. Secondly, its not a dubious side hustle out of a kebab/wok shop for food order apps!

The monster burrito is a must try but you will end up with it all over your face. A small burrito here is plenty for any normal person, packed full of amazing ingredients.

I was visiting Cardiff with my partner. We travel around quite a lot and most of the time for an easy dinner we will order burritos. Being one of our favourite foods and reading all the good reviews we thought we’d give this place a try…. Never again will I eat there it has to be the worst burrito I have ever encountered literally it was cold and tasteless. I have no clue how this place earned such good reviews I would avoid at all costs!! It went in the bin and had to order elsewhere.

Top place really yummy! They also have a monster burrito which was three times the size of a normal one which you wouldn't be able to eat half between two people.

Had a few good meals from here, I usually go for the burrito box which is really good value for money, very filling and lots of flavour. Some of my friends have had burritos and they’ve said they’re delicious too. Word of warning, do not order the insanity sauce unless you really can handle extreme spice. I ordered it recently and I did struggle to eat my food! They do tell you that it’s extremely spicey but I thought they were exaggerating. They are not! But all in all , lovely food. Only ever had delivery but no complaints.

Wir haben zwei Burritos über Uber Eats bestellt. Die Bestellung kam zur vereinbarten Uhrzeit. Das Essen war gut. Die Zutaten haben alle einen Frischen Eindruck gemacht. Der Geschmack war okay - also nichts Besonderes, aber durchschnittlich gut.

Beyond Amazing. By far the best Burrito shop in Cardiff, maybe in Wales. The portion sizes are massive and the taste is unmatched. The pulled pork in particular melts away in my mouth. Will be coming again.

I bought a burrito and taco and it came without the fillings I asked for and they didn't deliver my Pepsi either..i don't recommend it..

I’m sorry to say this but this was the worst burrito I’ve ever had in my life and I love burritos - it’s nothing that a burrito should be and it actually made me wonder if I have covid because it is that tasteless. I’m honestly confused by it

Soggy burrito that falls apart. Binned it as it was inedible.

Just ordered a large rice box and the portion size is horrendous! Half the box is empty, not worth the price at all, she gave me two tiny scoops of rice for a large. On top of this, the rice was hard and uncooked! Threw it away in the end, uncooked rice is not acceptable to give to customers! This place usually gives the biggest and best portion sizes around but this was a big let down, won't be back any time soon.

Food was stone cold, wrong crisps

Came here tonight, nice setup, had the 3 bean chilli burrito with some sauces and other toppings, was delicious, nice flavour to it, first time ever having a burrito and safe to say I will come back here in the future, recommend others to come and try it out.

The quality of the food was poor and it looked like slop in the box the nachos and cheese were poor quality and the extra guacamole and salad was disgusting. I will never order from them again !! The price was 19.75 inc delivery absolutely disgusting!

I had a Large pull pork Burito with mayo, plain rice and salad. Next time a came I had regular one. The Staff are friendly and considert. The price is reasonable and worth it I recommend Breatos the anyone who needs a feed. Congratulations Breatos

Overall not bad, staff were polite how ever they are biased. look at the pictures. both large rice boxes with same filling (except lettuce), notice the difference. Happened to me more than once.
