As usual........great sub, good quality food, well presented. Love Subway and this Cardiff location did its self proud. Thank you.

Very bad experience with the service, especially the male staff was very rude and was not even answering properly to the questions of customer.

Horrible if want to get poisoning by their food letz go there.I had there steak and cheese I smell the steak with very bad odour and I don't want believe when this is true. After while I ask to check the steak meat the the person said were that steak is stinking and could poisoning. Horrible.

Absolutely useless can’t make a simple chiken tikka sub with £1 portion of pepperoni the attitude on your staff is shocking absolutely lucky they didn’t end up with a black eye

Dear Subway, you might want to think about retraining your staff on the making of wraps. The word itself describes what happens: something gets wrapped. This was not the case in my order, and a fair number of previous wrap orders. A scrunched up tortilla and some filling next to it are not a wrap. Toasted or untoasted. I have also been wondering why the policy of the filling of wraps seems to have changed: why is it that when one buys a sub, the request for lettuce gets answered with a full hand of lettuce, but in case of a wrap the answer is 3 miserable pieces of a leaf of iceberg? The same goes for the other vegetables. I ended up with a little pile of sad vegetables, an amount about 1/3rd of the filling of a 6 inch sub, which then was skillfully squeezed out of the tortilla. The mushy result then got wrapped in a piece of paper. Perhaps this is where the confusion comes from? Might have been my own mistake in thinking I was ordering a tortilla wrap.

It's not like it used to be I think they need more than 1 worker as when I went here the lady was doing my order and 2people with me but in-between doing online orders wouldn't rush here again

Woman who surved us spent 10 minutes flurting with someone infront of us, then began rushing us along whilst proceeding to get angry because we wasnt sure what we wanted. She made me feel very uncomfortable and made my anxiety very very bad...

When you want to get your subway on this will be your destination. Ideally a subway experience should involve some form sausage in or around pastry or bread. Now recently subway has started to offer sausages that contain no sausage, this I feel is a step forward because ultimately we all know that anything vegan is probably produced by wizards and those chaps could do with an economical boost (particularly as Hogwarts and the ministry are undoubtedly closed due to COVID). So as for a review; I would say if your pro vegan, pro wizard and anti pig snaffling this is a great place for sustenance. Also for the meat munchers you can receive a sausage worthy of your mouth.

Im gluten and lactose intolerant so I got a salad with the plant based mozzarella style cheese but when It came it had normal cheese on it so I couldn’t eat it. They also forgot my dips.

Made my wrap completely wrong, I've never had a wrap completely toasted before with all the contents inside. The main filling is normally heated first, not the entire thing with all the lettuce and everything in it. By the time I got it home the lettuce was mush and the whole wrap just fell apart. Disgusting!

Usually there staff are good in this subway went there this afternoon as there girl behined there counter did not catch her name bit chubby girl had bit of and attitude and not there best customer service either.

Literalmente, acabo de salir de la tienda después de esperar frustrantemente unos 10 minutos para que me sirvan, teniendo en cuenta que no había nadie en la tienda ni ningún miembro del personal a la vista. La puerta hizo un ruido cuando entré, por lo que quienquiera que estuviera trabajando escuchó claramente, e hice suficiente ruido para tratar de llamar la atención de alguien, pero nadie salió. Extremadamente decepcionado.

Was genuinely sick at the state of the toilet, there was congealed p*** on the toilet seat and s*** stains on the only toilet roll, do not go there unless you want to be ill, I don’t know how it has such high hygiene rating

Pretty typical of most of the Subway franchises, with the usual choices of breads and tasty fillings. The staff were friendly and chatty and their preparation was quick and clean.

Hoy es uno de los días ocupados y este lugar tiene la brillante idea de no solo poner a todos los adolescentes que tienen que no quieren trabajar y les dice a los clientes que sino que también preparó al miembro más rudo y lento del personal, le tomó 10 minutos para hacer una ensalada Cuando me quejé, todo lo que pudieron decir es sí, sabemos que todos los clientes han dicho lo mismo.No es un cliente feliz en absoluto.

¡La niña no tenía idea del servicio al cliente! Ella no nos reconoció y nos hizo esperar un buen rato y cuando lo hizo fue muy maleducada. La porción de atún era casi inexistente y cuando pedimos un poco más nos dijeron que costaría otra libra. No valía la pena el dinero y definitivamente no volvería aquí de nuevo.

El personal estaba bien, pero me cortaron el cambio. Las mujeres realmente no entendían el inglés, así que siguió arruinando mis órdenes, pero está bien, lo consiguió al final. Pero cuando pagué, ella no sabía qué cambio debía darme, así que el tipo tenía que ayudarla. Pero la comida era preciosa! Pero la semana después de que volví y había diferentes personas trabajando allí, dije claramente mi pedido, así que volví para cambiarlo y dije que lo haríamos ahora y empezaron a hacerlo. Luego, 8 personas entraron y el el personal dejó mi sub en el costado cuando ni siquiera estaba terminado y se fueron al metro de 8 personas, así que esperé media hora para un metro volví y les pregunté acerca de mi metro y dijeron que perdón me olvidé de eso y esperé otros 5 minutos para ello!

I’m never disappointed with subway wherever I go very rarely don’t enjoy it, this one was just perfect what u expect, fast service fresh salads bread was baked fresh. I had turkey and ham with honey mustard dressing it was delicious
