Asked for chilli cheese jacket potato with butter. Got no butter and hardly any chilli. Won't be ordering from here again

Absolutely love the food here, ordered today (19/12/23) and we received a Christmas card with a really nice pen, the staff are great and never have an issue with food or delivery

Tried Italiano for the first time this evening, and while the delivery was super quick and the food was as hot as molten lava, we weren't overly impressed with the taste unfortunately. Everything was so salty we ended up leaving quite a bit! I put it down to ordering a bacon and pepperoni pizza (which hasn't been an issue elsewhere), but the fries and even the cheesy garlic bread where super salty too. It was a shame you couldn't actually taste the food properly. Probably won't be ordering again anytime soon.

Easily the worst food I have ever ate. My pasta was cooked in grease. The fact that theirs two Turkish Bloke running a Italian restaurant explains it all. Never again

I went to the shop my self Good food,good enough price for what you get,l have read the other reviews and the delivery was bad l have never had delivery but maybe walk inside yourself.

That was the smallest mixed kebab I've had in the last 5 years, come back signor chef, I used to struggle to finish, now I'm still hungry

Beautiful pizzas so fresh lovely reception when ordering and five star maners from the delivery driver. I’m not a big pizza lover but will always use these when I am in the pizza mood. Looking forward to trying other items on the menu. Could be converted to eating so called bad foods for you 😁

That's amazing. I had an Carbonara Pasta & my wife had a Lasagna. Incredible. I recommend to everyone to try it.

I went all the way to this place from Manchester to try their pizza which one my friend recommended to be honest the taste that never experienced in my life wow wow wow can’t just explain how bloody delicious was that pizza massively recommend to all local folks from Eastwood.🍕🍕❤️❤️

My food came and there was hair in the cheese on the pizza and hair on the kebab it was awful, I rang to make a complaint and get a refund and they refused and told me that it was impossible

If I could give no stars I would The food arrived almost 4 hours later after lots of attempts at calling them so in this time had orded elsewhere. After actually getting a phone call from them they offered a replacement for the next day so reluctantly agreed to this that never arrived either so wanted a refund 2 weeks later still waiting will not order from here ever again rude on the phone and dishonest

Ordered ham and sweetcorn, got ham and pineapple - I was told they are too busy to do anything about it.....poor!! Dont know who Racheal is who responds to messages is but she needs customer service training! UPDATED..driver came back later with the right pizza, although too late to eat so didn't accept it but at least they made an effort.

The food was nice but the bottles that contain the sauce looked disgusting very bad they looked mouldy makes me think twice about going back

ordered three kebabs with salad and cheesy chips...salad consisted of red cabbage and massive chunks of onion ? no lettuce , tomato cucumber ? cheesy chips were covered in a bland coating of cheap tasteless cheese..disgusting

A Good place to go to as the food is great and the staff are nice to you when you greet them.

Food arrived cold half an hour late, was told we could not have a refund or replacement as I'd taken one bite out of my pizza, very rude to me on the phone despite me being reasonable , hung up on me.

Delivery driver refused to come to the door. Went to collect from the roadside. Gave him money he checked it gave me food. Then physically assaulted me screaming at me that ide given him the wrong money?! In the process put his fingers thought the bag and into the food! Police have been notified! Rang the takeaway and there driver said ide apparently grabbed the food and ran off, so the driver was well within his rights to tackle me and take money with force! I recorded that aswell! I paid £15 for inedible food and assault

Dirty scumbags employ delivery drivers who try to assault women, then accuse them of short changing as there excuse! Police have been informed!

Delivery took 90 mins. Delivery driver rude then did a wheel spin on my drive. Will not be using again. Food was luke warm at best. Very disappointed. Theres better takeaways in Eastwood.

Ordered a Calzone with tuna and sweet corn and a Calzone with meatballs a Long with pizza,curly fries with cheese and wedges. Turned up with all the ingredients in one calzone...apsolutely foul....rang up and the customer service was appalling and said it was our fault. Curly fries no cheese...no wedges....Never again

Informed delivery would within 1 hour. Arrived after 1 1/2 hours stone cold. When I phoned to complain I was basically told that I am a liar and the food left just 20 minutes ago.1st and last time we will have food from Signor chef.

Usually very reliable, always enjoy their pizzas, pity the attention to detail on other aspects of menu is not great

Tonight is the first night in years we've used this place never again. When I rang to complain about their dry cardboard pizza and microwave chips their response " that's how my 500 plus customers enjoy it" Avoid avoid avoid.

Use to be a great place but food comes from yesterday left overs
