Tasty food. Lukewarm temperature on arrival. We still enjoyed it but would have preferred it hotter.

Food was great, however left a specific not to not knock on the door as my son was asleep and the delivery driver might as well have put my door through he knocked that loud. Not happy, however like I said food was great as it always is

Delivery was awhile due to been a Saturday night, I was absolutely fumingggggggg about it, but when the food arrived it was all well and very much worth the wait!!! And I’d definitely order again and probably wait the same time for that food all over again!! Absolutely unreal

Misleading information on their profile, it saying you'll get free 1.5 L drink on orders over £25. When I got my delivery drink wasn't there, phoned restaurant to question it and all I got was rude reply ' It's £35 not £25' no interest to put it right even though it's their mistake not mine. Poor customer service skills. Love their American style burger but will not be ordering again.

we ordered meal deal 5 which comes with 3 x pizzas and 1 garlic bread and only one bag of chips. would think that you would get more than one bag of chips within a deal that comes with 3 pizzas. it's clear there's more than one person eating. it should come with more chips or you should at least put in the description it's only one bag of chips. That way your customer knows what to expect whilst increasing your profits because I would of ordered more chips. there were 5 of us & 1 bag of chips.

Disgusting. Ordered garlic margarita pizza, it was cold, as thin as a sheet of paper, cheese had gone hard and rubbery cos it was that cold! Tower chicken burger and fries-fries were hard, cold and soggy, burger was tiny and tasteless! Worse meal ever. Waited an hour and half it was 30 mins late, wouldn’t mind waiting if the food was good but everything about it was terrible, never again!! No idea how they have got their good ratings!!!

There was no way to cancel the order all the calzones has peppers in it and there is no option to change that and it was really soft it was all ripping apart other than that it was good

Haven't been in a long time but usually this is my favourite pizza shop, nevwe liked the fries but best pizza in the area however tonight I'm disappointed pizzas very dry like there is no puree on the pizzas. I'm that disappointed, I'll be reluctant to go back.

Even tho delivery was early the food was very cold the size of the portions to say we ordered large was disappointing and the chips are very cold and felt rubbery they weren’t good at all .We order quite often from here but I have to say this is the worst one yet and has put us of ordering again !

Only takeaway I will use. Everything is beautiful, delivery is brilliant. Staff are lovely. Best pizzas I've ever tasted, never really had a problem with them. Only once or twice were food as come cold but they've sent fresh out.

Single worst takeaway I’ve had. First time ordering and it took 1hr40mins and the pizza, burger and chips were flat cold, the burger bun was stuck to the box and they just said “oh yeah we’ve been busy” appalling

Was OK, not the best. Chips were so crispy that they disintegrated, very small amount of toppings on the pizza and £1 for a tablespoon of chilli sauce is ridiculous. Tasted nice even though it was only just warm when it arrived. We got a meal deal which was very good value and got a free 1.5 ltr bottle of pepsi

Cold and barely warm food, took over an hour and half almost to deliver when they’re just in Hemsworth. A joke.

We order from here very regular. It’s usually always really nice. Best pizza and kebabs round here. However on this occasion the food came stone cold. Inedible it was that cold.

We ordered 3 kebabs which were delicious and a burger and chips the burger was fine but the chips tasted like they were reheated from the day before

Chips were alright but the Pizza was mangled to the point where it was just a cheesy mess in a box. Not the quality I was expecting from a pizza like that, and especially from a takeaway that's highly rated.

Pizza is very greasy but tastes lovely. Kebab is a little spicy but again, bearable. We often order from here and as far as takeaways go it’s pretty good.

The food has definitely gone downhill. The time for delivery was really good but you could tell the chips had been sat waiting for orders and the kebab wrap was empty at both ends

The pizza boxes smelt of damp so it contaminated the pizzas and they smelt of damp has well so i tried to phone shop and no answer so they was put in the bin i always used to order from here but never again

Do not take any notice of the delivery timescales. It took 1 hour 50 minutes for my order to arrive after placing it. The pizza was cold and had no substance to it and my potato wedges were burnt and cold by the time the order had arrived. They provided a free bottle of Pepsi but this certainly did not make up for the poor quality of the food and wait times!!

Used to order from here regularly and directly via their website. Delivery time has been getting slower and slower - average time now 1 hour 30 mins or more which is really disappointing

Food cold and late, indicator set to delivered in app over half an hour before food arrived

Asked for a topping change. Restaurant didn’t change the topping but sent the pizza anyway. Rang the restaurant assuming a mistake and was told that next time to pay for an additional topping. Never mind the fact that the original topping wasn’t wanted. If that’s policy, get in touch with the customer and at least ask if they’d like it the item without it.

The best pizzas round here! I would never order anywhere else, cheesey garlic bread is unreallll. They food is never greasy and you never regret ordering. owners are so friendly and hardworking. They always deliver on time (even though it’s a pain where I live)
