Value for money, good food and the staff was excellent... Definitely recommend it

got 2 pasties cold as the Antarctica and not the same as old days but the pasties were thrown away

Thank you to all the staff and especially the lady that served me, I had to rush off and find my wallet that I had misplaced, when I came back later after finding my wallet she and all the others were so nice and she also remembered my order 😁 thank you 👍👍👍👍👍

Absolute winner, what's not to love at Greggs. I called for some breakfast, really good selection available.

This is the 2nd time I've bought a steak bake from this shop, and both times there's been no steak in it only gravy. You need to look into this matter Gregg's. Very dissapointed😡😡

Love the staff in the trinity walk greggs and riddings shopping centre both wakefield stores, have the best staff friendly and always a pleasure getting my latte from them :), keep it up ladies, the bus station greggs wakefield need to visit the other greggs in town to see what good customer service is, keep it up ladies.

Can't go wrong with greggs, festive bakes are favourite. Do takeout or eat in. No toilets and has stairs.

It says on the Web that they do gluten free, they don't, not only that, the staff don't have a clue,

Very disappointed. Bought two products both of which turned out to be very overcooked (the pastry was hard and dry) and completely cold (wasn't mentioned at point of purchase that they had been stood and would be cold). Paid using Greggs app and was given no feedback by the staff member that payment had been successful. Usually use the store on Trinity Walk and will stick to that in future.

Food is nice and the prices are okay. However I have been given the wrong item numerous times. Usually its spot on but the last 4 times I have been and asked for a chicken pasty I have recieved cheese or what I assume to be beef?

Today I attended this site and was told the vegan sausages was going to be about 6 mins but was slightly longer... the lady named Tina was very polite and kept me informed . When the rolls were ready as I’d waited patiently Tina rewarded me with a vegan glazed donut.Thank you Tina ♥️ You made my day

Good service good value for money

Always OK Only snag, for example, if you buy a "steakbake" You can get one nice and hot/or clock cold. You just don't know how long they have been out. You still have to pay the same price. Not very nice COLD.

Staff here can be very polite, friendly and cheerful. They do have plenty of options available like a good selection of sandwiches, hot and cold drinks and sweet options. Inside the store was clean and well laid out, outside sometimes looks like it needs a good clean but is well lit. Can get busy from time to time but staff are good and keep things moving swiftly. My only complaint on this store is it is not disabled friendly 2 steps into the store and no wheelchair access. Think staff would come and help if needed but this should not be the case in this day and age.

My pasty was cold. I recommend the vegetable pasty though!! Normally, its great!! When they're warm.

What can I say I just love Gregg's sausage rolls and having a bacon sandwich with a latte every morning. Also the staff are always happy and really nice and friendly.

Received a very friendly reception when calling in for a sandwich and I just had to have one of their delicious warm sausage rolls. Typical Greggs that we all know and like.

A great little Gregg's! Quite a few comfy seats too! Very clean, fast service, very fast! Just at the doors to the Ridings Centre. Second visit there and impressed both times

Have enjoyed Greggs for many years particularly their sausage rolls and take out coffee. Good efficient staff manage to clear any queues during peak times.

More fiddling happening here than on classic FM... Had 2 "bogus" notes here within 2 weeks 1 fair enough, but not 2 I WON'T be using this or any of your other shops again. Once again, Definitely on the fiddle AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Don't know the name of the lady who served me this morning. I went in and bought a bacon baguette. She asked if I wanted a drink for 40p extra. I said I would as it was for the homeless man outside. She said he drank tea so this is what I got him. This lady put my faith back into humanity when she told me that if he's there at the end of the day she gets him a water...especially when it's warm...well done Greggs.

We all know that Greggs provides provides lovely food at a reasonable price. Bacon/sausage butty and a hot drink for £2.10 is difficult to beat. Add in some friendly and helpful staff and all in the world is happy and sunny. Greggs? Yes please.

Got for the vegan sossage rolls really like them Staff still try and offer non vegan products but I think they have to try and advertise other things they need to get off the shelves other than that they're nice and friendly

Great place for quick coffee and hot sandwich. Prices are as always affordable and the staff is very kind. Shop is located on the main way to Ridings shopping center so it's easy to spot.

This is my local Greggs and my morning visit is Latte and a bacon butty for £2.10. Then lunchtime it’s one of their fresh made sarnies and they’re always delicious. Greggs aren’t the cheapest but they’re probably the best. Love their food.

My kids love greggs because they love their puddings.

Prices rise and pasties get smaller but I still visit occasionally because I like to treat myself from time to time. New products are constantly being made but you can't beat a steak bake!
