4 pieces of meat in a very small pitta bread - no sauce. When I oeder from other places they give boxes of salad bread sauce. The scampi was over cooked £28 down the drain. Wouldn’t order again money for rubbish food

I'm not sure if I am now just expecting too much from takeaways in general, but if I spend £40 on a takeout I expect it to be enough to fill 2 people. The quality was ok, but nothing special. a tray of food to me should be more than enough for 2 people, but this barely had any chicken or lamb shish, and lamb donner was 80% of it. The pricing on this is wrong. Nice delivery guy but this is far too expensive for what we got so we won't order again unfortunately.

Whilst slightly confused with the web site re the salad items I received a phone call to confirm- most professional and informative- well done to the team - the food was hot and tasty!!

Super quality. Nice and hot. Arrived a little earlier than expected. Would definitely recommend and will use again without hesitation. Kebab wrap and burger both great !

Poor quality lamb and chewy, the portion size was so small it wasn't worth my purchase as a local purchase is double for the same money and not full of onions. Definitely not a large as ordered.. I will not return and this is my second bad experience since returning to Just Eat..

I popped into your takeaway I ordered a large donar kebab and large chips.. the chips was ok. But kebab was awful the meat was cold and dry felt like it had been out all day and tasted like a old leather shoe. Hardly any salad and the pitter bread rock hard. Very disappointed. I won't be coming back.

Not sure if new ownership, used to be great, a bit disappointed with the food, kebab was dry and seemed to have been cooked ages ago and just reheated. £5.40 for cheesy chips is also ridiculous, annoyed that I paid that much for chips with a little bit of cheese. Won't be ordering from them again.

Very Small portions. Not worth the money. Luke warm and delivered too early.

Enjoyed everything apart from the lamb shish which was tough (but the dog enjoyed that) was expecting chicken not the lamb. A choice between the two should have been good.

Food was early which was nice. Friendly delivery man too. I have ordered a few times, the food is always fresh and tasty, lamb is nice and never fatty or chewy. Doner is nice and tasty. I would definitely recommend this restaurant

Amazing place! The inviting atmosphere, warm staff, and affordable prices make it a standout gem. The star attractions are the kebabs – grilled to perfection & absolutely delicious. The Halep is my favourite. Been coming to these guys for years and would highly recommend.

We use delivery service. Drivers are really polite and friendly. Sadly food is not as good as it used to be. And price has increased again. Sadly will not use again.

I ordered 2 small doner kebabs because my order with golden grill was cancelled due to maintenance. So I can compare the quality and portion between those two businesses. I feel like I paid for a lettuce and onion. My little one was hungry so I had to cook some pasta afterwards. Chicken cubes were tinny hidden in lettuce to compare to other Turkish takeaways. I normally do not give any negative feedback but it's no worthy to spend money on lettuce. I knew there is no rice or bulgur with it only small pita. As I compared to my usual golden grill I am so disappointed with my order. I won't order never again. Waste of money.

The food quality left much to be desired; if you're seeking a tasteless, cold lamb shish, this is the place to go. This was my first and final order from them. The meal lacked flavor and seemed like it had been sitting for ages on display. I can't fathom why they charge so much for such a mediocre experience. I was initially skeptical after reading reviews, and now I genuinely regret my choice.

Oh dear !!! Food was horrific this time !! Crispy stale kebab meat , VERY small potions . Sent a chicken shish instead of lamb. Very over priced and VERY VERY small potions compared to last time . Place is now dead to us !!!

Sincerely one of the worst takeaways I've ever had. Cold when it arrived, chips so dry and flavourless they were inedible, the cheapest kind of gross bulk buy fast food sauces, tiny portions of meat overcooked and underseasoned and the dry but greasy doner went straight in the bin. A disaster and I'm shocked this place has any positive reviews.

I have always absolutely loved Istanbul Kebabs! But this time the only reason I have 3 starred quality is based solely on sauce, I couldn't finish my meal as the burger sauce had been changed for a different brand which was incredibly runny and the flavour was not nice.. was a shame but the food was top tier!

Had a large doner. It tasted nice but… felt there wasn’t that much meat for a large - paying £12 I expected more, I wasn’t full afterwards. Also added a request for extra sauce and barely noticed any sauce in it at all.

Fantastic food as always, fast delivery too… arrived hot. (Seemed to have forgotten the salad with the kebabs this time, but happens!)

I only submit honest reviews. The doner meat and chips for 11 pounds was too oily and wasn't very warm either. For 11 pounds wasnt much. Better off paying for doner kebab 8 quid and chips will get more. However the burger was amazing and really nice. I will still get food from there because the owners are very nice and the food is too. Amazing shish and other things

I have been ordering from these guy for ages (over 16 years) and they have never let me down, foods fresh and good quality and now being on just eat I can be lazy and order even more.

The guy arguing with me in reception rude as can be. I always put in notes what hotel im in and never a problem. Food was freezing will never order from here again. Disgusting

Ordered from here and they got my order wrong and gave me less of my order but still charged me full price! On top of that, delivery driver didnt know his directions even though i sent him exact location on google maps, even worse... the donner is not nice, dry and felt like it's been left out. Terrible service, rude, and food not good standard. Please improve

First time ordering from here. Delivery 5 minute early. Reluctantly ordered large doner with onions, tomato and garlic sauce as from other places their has been far to much to eat, and i hate waste. Recieved 20% of meat i was expecting, no onions or tomato and no garlic sauce. Order was £16.10, £1.50 tip to the driver. Eaten and washed up in 15 mins. Will express my views to just eat. never again

The food is disgusting! Does not come fresh. The meat feels like it was reheated and the chips feels like it has been reheated in oil. Avoid! Don’t waste your money.

Food was just warm. And kerbs came with no salad or sauce jus meat and fry pitta. Very disappointed
