No toilets, no friendly workers , atmosphere smells burning oils. I let dhe money and food , I went to other place

I popped into your takeaway I ordered a large donar kebab and large chips.. the chips was ok. But kebab was awful the meat was cold and dry felt like it had been out all day and tasted like a old leather shoe. Hardly any salad and the pitter bread rock hard. Very disappointed. I won't be coming back.

Amazing place! The inviting atmosphere, warm staff, and affordable prices make it a standout gem. The star attractions are the kebabs – grilled to perfection & absolutely delicious. The Halep is my favourite. Been coming to these guys for years and would highly recommend.

We use delivery service. Drivers are really polite and friendly. Sadly food is not as good as it used to be. And price has increased again. Sadly will not use again.

Paid 34 quid for two mixed kebabs and chips. Chips cold and kebabs tiny and burned! Vile go elsewhere

I ordered 2 small doner kebabs because my order with golden grill was cancelled due to maintenance. So I can compare the quality and portion between those two businesses. I feel like I paid for a lettuce and onion. My little one was hungry so I had to cook some pasta afterwards. Chicken cubes were tinny hidden in lettuce to compare to other Turkish takeaways. I normally do not give any negative feedback but it's no worthy to spend money on lettuce. I knew there is no rice or bulgur with it only small pita. As I compared to my usual golden grill I am so disappointed with my order. I won't order never again. Waste of money.

The food quality left much to be desired; if you're seeking a tasteless, cold lamb shish, this is the place to go. This was my first and final order from them. The meal lacked flavor and seemed like it had been sitting for ages on display. I can't fathom why they charge so much for such a mediocre experience. I was initially skeptical after reading reviews, and now I genuinely regret my choice.

They delievered the wrong think and when I called to explain is not what I ordered if they can take this back and give me what I ordered, they response was we don’t do mistakes the customer is always wrong.. omg what service is this, AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Ordered from here and they got my order wrong and gave me less of my order but still charged me full price! On top of that, delivery driver didnt know his directions even though i sent him exact location on google maps, even worse... the donner is not nice, dry and felt like it's been left out. Terrible service, rude, and food not good standard. Please improve

I’ve had their kebabs for years, always been amazing and tasty and fresh. The delivery guys are such gentlemen with the order also. Highly recommend to experience their lovely food!!

Decided to try the doner and kofte kebab wrap.. absolutely delicious. Very fresh salad and very tasty non greasy meat. Very quick delivery. Will definitely order again.

I often have doner from Doner zone because they where closed I went to Istanbul but the doner kebab was taste less and very dry never again I won't recommend. Salad was only onions and lettece they need to taste other places to see the difference in the taste. Never again

I've been a customer for over six years, always consistently good food. Occasionally they run out of my favourite Kofta, but that just shows its made freshly on the premises.

Had a take away from here this evening. Best kebab I’ve had in a while. So good in fact my other half made me call again to order seconds of what he had. Couldn’t get enough. Also chips were hot which almost never happens with a take away.

I have been ordering their lamb doner for years and it was one of the best and tastiest around. However after Lockdown i ordered one and it was very different, dry and tasteless. Maybe they have changed supplier. Dissapointing. Won't be ordering again unfortunately.

Poor customer service and doesn't give you all your order but charges you for it so always double check before leaving the store

The Quarter pounders are amazing! always get a friendly service and pricing is very reasonable. If in Potters Bar, this is a good choice if your not familiar with the area.

Use these guys regular for 5years odd. Foodwise - they are the best tasting kebabs around these areas Delivery- never really been an issue, the odd time chips gone were coldish when we've orders at peak time, still grumbled but i know that's down to driver and no of orders etc

I would give 5 stars as food is really good, looks fresh and is cooked quickly, but they should improve their customer communication as I had to repeat few times my order. I would recommend it!

The food is very nice but The customer service is absolutely terrible. I asked the two chicken kebabs but they gave me two donna kebabs. So we call them up and we said that was a mistake with the order and on the phone they were being so rude and hung up on as many times and they said if we don't stop calling we couldn't get the food that we payed for. And we are now still wating for are food after two hours of ringing them up and the rudeness off the staff while we were on the phone to them. I to make this complaint as we have just had enough will wating for the food and the right order.

DISGUSTING SERVICE!!! My daughter is allergic to cheese and i had ordered and quite specifically asked for a plain quarter pounder , when it arrived it had cheese in it, i rung them up and was told "its your mistake, you asked for cheese" i have NEVER given or ordered a food product containing cheese for her....the guy was extremely rude told me it wasnt his problem and ended the call, ive never been so disgusted with customer service in my life!! Also on opening the chips there were black hairs in it!!! Should be CLOSED DOWN!!!!

It been a few year since I have been to this place (I left the country) but right up to when I left this place made amazing Shish kebabs and chips. It was always a family thing on a Friday night and I hope when I return to potters bar it still is.

Probably the best Kebab in Potters bar, fast delivery, very friendly services. Good fast food.
