The food and the service was spot on, food was served on time. The food is outstanding I will be coming here as a regular, will recommend to anyone. The best food place in Bristol.

I got an incredible burger meal, asked for ketchup and they gave me ketchup, mayo and an extra bag of chips. Can't recommend enough.

On the Meerkat website it showed an offer of buy one burger get the second free. However when I went to the restaurant they told me that the offer was not valid as they were the new restaurant owners. If that’s true then surely they should not have the offer online if it’s invalid. Overall very disappointing costumer service and I won’t be going there again.

We originally went to the restaurant because it was listed as one of the two for one offers on the Meerkat rewards app however, when we arrived, we were told that they no longer did this, despite the offer being live on the app. We ordered anyway, and the food was average. The beef burgers had three different types of sauce and were poor quality meat. The sweet potato fries were tasty, but the £4 strawberry milkshake tasted like it was made with nesquik powder, so we definitely felt ripped off. The service was also not great and the staff weren't particularly friendly.

We've been there with no plan to eat and we ordered one lamb burger and one double cheese with two patties plus fries. Burgers were excellent, really tasty, perfectly cooked and really good quality of the meat. The fries were really good and big size can be easily shared. Really friendly people. Will definitely come again. Highly recommended

Best gourmet burgers in bristol, lots of flavours to choose from the menu. The milkshakes is a must. Family friendly and clean environment. Great service and price. Definitely recommend for eat in or take away.

I had been meaning to pop in to the iron grill for a while now and this evening, happened to be passing. I ordered two lamb burgers, one as a meal with fries. Burgers were excellent, really tasty. Chips really nice as well. Really friendly people. Will definitely come again.

Phoned ahead to collect burgers, only to get there half an hour later to find one member of staff who did not know anything about the order. A few minutes later another member of staff arrived and explained he has writen down are order but not put it through the till. We then had to wait another half an hour for are meals. We were then told are order back to us, only to be told the wrong order. They then backtracked and offered the mistaken chips as a complementary offering. The burgers were sub standard, (taste like macdonalds) not at all like pictures shown. Chips were soggy and cold. All round terrible place to eat!

Had the beef burger with fries. Really good quality meat, well ground. Presented nicely. Defo recommend. Only suggestions would be bottled sauces rather than sachets, and real knifes and forks rather than plastic. Staff were friendly.

Had a great experience in this place, nice big tasty burgers for decent prices, and the owner/staff are really nice. We ordered a single burger and a meal (burger with fries and drink), so we could share the fries... The cook overheard us and gave us a big portion of chips with two cans.

Have had two takeaways using UberEats-- the delivery is prompt and the food arrives hot. The burgers, fries and milkshakes are so good and the staff extremely friendly when I've been into the restaurant. Highly recommended.

We ordered a chicken fillet burger which was ok but could do with some more flavouring and we didn’t realise the chicken wouldn’t be fried or coated in bread crumbs. Chips were good though :)

Pass here often and as a burger lover couldn’t wait to try it. There’s always people eating in there and waiting for take aways. I looked on line in a advance at the menu and it was reasonably priced, with a varied selection of burgers....
