Housed in the magnificent Grand Central Hall Building along Renshaw Street is The Irish Village, a group of four pubs showcasing all that's good about the emerald isle, we recently visited Nelly Foley's Pub in the Irish Village and had a great time. The pub looks superb, pubby decor and furnishings, a solid wood serving bar dominates the main room, tv's and big screens to enjoy the sport and all the Irish bric a brac adorning the walls and ceiling you would expect to find in a good Irish pub, staff here were super, so warm and welcoming, guinness was perfect and iced cold ,with the magnificent success of the vaccines all restrictions come down on the 19th of July so this pub and The Irish Village complex will be bouncing even more ,if your in the area or planning to visit Liverpool I highly recommend you visit here ,The Irish Village is easy to locate along Renshaw Street.

Housed in the magnificent Grand Central Hall Building along Renshaw Street is The Irish Village Complex, a set of four pubs showcasing the best food and drink of the Emerald Isle, the four pubs that form the Irish Village Complex are Roe's Bar,The Liffey Pub,Smokie Mo's and Nelly Foley's Pub, when the 3rd and final lockdown is lifted in April, May and June for the hard hit hospitality sector I eagerly look forward to spending a day in this complex and sampling some great meals and enjoying some fantastic drinks ,I'm thinking an iced cold guinness or four to mark the beginning of the end of this pandemic. Most definitely well worth checking out if you're in the area and easy to locate along Renshaw Street.

Went in here for a pint on first view not the greatest pub but more about the characters you meet and that run it. Had an absolute belter of an afternoon singing karaoke. The builders were in doing a bit of work and one of them took the mic and sang shaggy and he was excellent. The DJ Dan was spot on and was very helpful. Pints were lovely. All the girls were helpful and singing aswell. Made our trip if I'm honest the craic was mighty. Will be back next time we are in Liverpool.

Great Service with a smile and friendly conversation, good drink selection and decor, pool tables and dart board alongside multiple TVs with sports on all day, would recommend to anyone wanting a drink in a lively place with live performance most weekend evenings

Good, service slow, but was busy, Excellent location, decent music, decent atmosphere, plenty of room to stand, or sit. It was OK, pricey drinks, but then everywhere is in Liverpool, unless you are in a spoons pub.
