Insomnia Coffee Company in Cardiff

Visitamos hoy 15 de agosto de 2020. Tomé un café en una taza sucia. Pedí una taza limpia y el hombre que la hizo dijo que eran gotas de café. Pero las gotas de café se secaron. Si estuviera recién hecho, estarían mojados. Muy poco profesional y de mala educación. Necesita una formación adecuada.

Mi amigo y yo fuimos a visitar las cafeterías de Cardiff en nuestros descansos para almorzar cuando pudimos, y tratamos de encontrar el mejor café en Cardiff. El insomnio ocupó el primer lugar para mí por un tiempo. La fuerza de su audaz sabor a café me detuvo por un tiempo, y la comida, aunque no es barata, siempre es una agradable "experiencia de café" para mí.

Paré aquí como un cambio a la Costa habitual, etc. Me sorprendió gratamente: el café era muy bueno (en tazas reciclables para llevar, ya que el lavavajillas estaba roto). El único problema era que el baño más cercano estaba en un piso diferente (con la escalera mecánica / ¡levantarse al otro lado del piso!)

I visited this coffee shop in St David’s centre Cardiff. Big mistake. The coffee was dire and the muffin dry with no taste and very little blueberry. Should have stuck to Costa.

Bonita cafetería con ofertas de comida. Café bien, solo una pena el servicio es muy lento. Aún así, si está en la calle David's 2, este es un lugar para sentarse y descansar, y tomar un café y un refrigerio, siempre que no esté demasiado ocupado, el servicio podría estar bien.

It's clean, decent prices, acceptable food, service was good. I've been in a number of Slug and Lettuce pubs in the UK and they're all pretty much the same. If there's nothing really interesting nearby this is a safe basic choice for food.

After shopping for a while I needed a drink and a sit down and saw this cafe in Debenhams. There's plenty of selection of hot and cold drinks and cakes. Prices are reasonable. My only critism is my cappuccino was literally spilling over the top of the mug as it was so full. The chocolate muffin went down well!

First time here, last time here!!!! don't mind paying £2.50 for a flat white which was nice but 1 saucer between 3 and no biscotties. What type of coffee shop is this

This is the best hot chocolate in Cardiff particularly with marshmallows and cream!, Been several times and it is always good my granddaughter 7 loves it!

We've been to Insomnia Coffee upstairs in Debenhams directly opposite Starbucks a couple of times for coffee and cake in recent months and think it's a great find that's not really been widely publicised and, until now, without a TA listing either to help people. You get good, strong but smooth fairtrade coffee here, and at reasonable prices for an in-store concession we think, with excellent cake too in our experience. With standards like this, this Irish coffee chain ought to do well in the UK and we look forward to trying some of their other franchise outlets in due course
