Numbered naan bread was overcooked lack of garlic sauce and salad. Kebab mate was a little shred a little bit.

I'll never forget the time I ordered a curry and the odour was so pungent due to the chicken they used which had gone bad. You could immediately tell something was off. It was more like an assassination attempt than a meal which you're supposed to enjoy. Cannot in good faith recommend this place to anybody anymore, pizzas are also well below average - any other Newland takeaway does these better :)

I ordered the Chicken Korma for myself, it tasted sweet, rich, creamy and went down a treat, my wife ordered the Meat Rogan Josh, she said that she has tried Rogan Josh in a lot of places, both here and abroad, but Indus makes one of the most amazing, tasty Rogan Josh's she's ever had. T&K

A bit disappointing to find my beef/meat madras was chicken, and more like a vindaloo, i dont enjoy chicken, do like vindaloo, but that isnt what i ordered. will order again but make sure doubly specify what i want.

I ordered this at half past 6 and didn’t receive my order until 9 o’clock 2 and half hours it took to turn up.

Ordered my takeaway at 19:05, the food arrived at 21:08. The chefs special kebab was supposed to include salad and my choice of sauce, it did not and the chips were cold. I ordered a mushroom baji, some sort of mushroom came in a wet sauce Ultimately the service was poor…as who waits that long for a takeaway?! And the missing items and food quality was also disappointing. Will not order from here again. If you want to order from here, order before you feel hungry, at least two hours in advance.

Ordered from here many times now and it's always one of the best meals by far. Everything I've ordered is Fantastic. Delivery time is quite variable, sometimes waiting a while and other times they surprise you in a very short time. It's definitely worth the wait though.

Food was delivered almost 3 hours after it was accepted. Both calls to the takeaway resulted in being told “your order is on its way.” I appreciate it’s Saturday night but 90 minutes after the latest time given. The bread for the kebab was inedible. Everything had to be put in the microwave as it was so cold. Very disappointing given the prices.

Food arrived cold. Too much coleslaw. Coleslaw could have been separate. Chicken was tasty

Chicken tika kebab was excellent...Garlic mushrooms you could have drank it with a straw...If I wanted mushroom soup I would have got one out my kitchen cupboard

Really disappointed. Been using indus for around 25 years. Food was tasteless, chips were dry and cold, it’s as though they have been re heated from yesterday. The garlic naan breads, one was plain and the other had what look like dried up grease on it. Really not a nice meal at all. Will reconsider whether to order again in future.

Dry cold garlic bread. Rice was cold and tastless, curry was cold and seemed like they just dumped curry powder in and didn't mix, also hardly any meat in it. Def won't use again. Told it was late due to traffic.....there is no traffic at this time.

Took a while to come and was mostly cold burger was burnt not sure what’s going on here past couple of times Indus hasn’t been up to the normal standards they are a poor version of Kashmir

Been going to indus for years always been the best kebab ever, we travel from East hull every weekend just to get one of there kebabs the salad is amazing and the nanns was one of my favourites always fresh light and tasty but for some reason the last few times we have been the nanns have been very disappointing 😞 either they have changed there flour or chef but definitely not the same as they used to be, most take aways use pitta breads that why I chose indus for there delicious nanns please bring back the original one's and I will defo be back

Kebab meat was very fatty and wasn't enjoyable at all. We didn't finish the meal.

Indus is still the best takeaway in Hull , hands down. The kababs are always a great size with plenty of salad and meat. for me the curries are unmatched anywhere else in Hull, tonight i had a chicken balti with rice and garlic nan , superb flavours and delivered fast.

hello, it seems i have been charged £23.61 for this order but should of been charged £11.20?

After reading the reviews I wanted a late night kebab treat and oh my it did not disappoint. The kebab meat looked generic but tasted great with lots of salad on the side for freshness. Generous with meat which is always a plus and very reasonably priced.

had the chicken kebab from here a few times now, its the best around: massive portions, fresh and tasty. top guys too👌

Chips were hard like they had been warmed up 4 times. Pizza was awful with too much pinaple made it sloppy.(indus special) pizza was more like a veggie with loads of onions and peppers.no meat. put me off indus now.

This place used to be alright but lately the quality has plummeted. We can't afford takeouts anymore unless it's a special treat so when the pizza turns up so burnt the cheese crunches, the chips were undercooked, soggy and lukewarm and the garlic sauce was like a squirt of garlic mixed with water... Sorry gang, that's the last order you'll be getting from us

Don't know what's going on there now, order wrong and cold when it was delivered. Being using them for a few years now This is the second time in succession order was cold , gave them the benefit of doubt after the first time, but sorry guys you need to get back to how you were. But at this time we will not be using again till things change.

Chips was reheated at least twice we ended up binning the chips have ordered before with my partner normally but. This time the standard was not to normal standard I also saw that for one order bag of chips was dropped on the floor it was picked up and And out in the order .

Donner meat and salad was as expected. Very nice. But the garlic mushrooms where awful. Sliced mushrooms swimming in some garlic butter and creamy stuff. One mouthful and in the bin 🚮

Best kebab I've ever had and the salad is gorgeous.

Ordered mixed kebab. It had clearly been reheated, and wasn't cooked fresh. It was really dry. The bread was like cardboard. I should have known. I had confirmation it was ready to collect after 3 to 4 minutes after ordering

I have used this takeaway for 20 years and never had a problem, the last 3 times I have ordered I haven't been able to eat it, just spent £30 for my family and every item is so cold we can't even eat it, don't know what's going on with the please but I won't be ordering from there ever again

I usually love Indus I chose chicken tikka tandoori the chicken had no colour and was very grey looking the pilaue rice was different to what had previous went in the bin so wasted money
