Indulge Dessert Lounge in Harrow

Ordered from Indulge through Uber Eats and the order never arrived. No effort by the driver to call or ring the bell. No contact details to follow up so i called Indulge. £20 for a waffle and chips and they the manager couldn’t and wouldn’t help. He didn’t have the drivers details apparently. No offer of a refund for the food that didn’t arrive. Instead I have to order, and pay, again. Very disappointed and hungry.

Came here recently with friends for dessert. As usual, we were seated quickly, attended to well, and the food tasted great as always! However, we had one interaction which we found really strange. One member of staff, who had been friendly as normal up to that point, suddenly began to make comments that were inappropriate, insulting and conspiratorial in nature towards one member of our party. We were in shock, and quickly left as soon as we could. It was a really bizarre interaction that surprised us all, and lowered the mood and experience for sure. Not something any of us have ever experienced before, not one that we would have expected to.

Appalling service, WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN HERE AGAIN!!! We got told it would be about 15 minutes for a table when we went in...took them 40 minutes for them to seat us...then all the staff seemed to vanish...nobody took our order...after an hour of our time being WASTED my wife and I walked out in disgust.

Came here recently for dessert with friends. I'd last been to Indulge nearly 10 years ago, so was definitely overdue a visit! The place was very busy, and we had to wait for 20 minutes, but the servers were kind enough to let us go outside and alert us when our table would be ready. The interior has changed a lot since last time I came - a much more roomy and modern feel to the place was well-received. The menu is a lot simpler now, I believe the waffles etc are egg-free, and there are some good vegan options too. Among our party, we had the cheesecake, waffles, profiteroles, milkshake and sundae, and all tasted amazing and well worth the prices! The only downside I noticed was that the staff weren't that attentive to tables in general - if you could get their attention, they were really lovely people though. But overall, we all had a great experience, and I hope I'll be in again soon - definitely won't be waiting another 10 years for my next visit!

Firstly, I’ve been coming to Indulge for years with my family we all loved the food and it always tastes brilliant and especially the desserts! Secondly, the staff were brilliant and really friendly and really attended to us and asked if our food tastes okay. Finally, I’ve only got one slight problem, Indulge by the evening is so loud and very crowded that you’re unable to hear yourself think! My only advice is to anyone planning to visit there is to at a quieter time.

Great food and great prices. Friendly staff and good decor. You can find anything you need on the menu to settle a sweet tooth or subdue salty cravings

My favourite dessert place ever, gets very busy and have to wait sometimes but it’s always worth it. Staff are friendly and the manager knows what he’s doing!

Lovely food! Visited just after 2pm on a Sunday. Served by a very young lad who was professional and polite. He was serving many tables at once and doing very well Tasty food but could of done with a few more strawberries as a bit on stingy side.

The cakes, crepes, ice cream and even the milkshakes are just average. The venue is usually bustling but the service is good.

Highly recommend the crepes but the ice-cream and the brownies were nothing to get excited about. Definitely try the hazelnut crepe with Nutella. Each dessert is pretty big, therefore would consider sharing. Would reserve ahead of time

We went for a treat for my young daughter’s birthday. The food and service was excellent and the waiters made my daughter feel extra special with a nice surprise. This place is a very place with lots of nice options, especially the vegetarian ones. Definitely worth visiting.!

Very back dated menu, no focus on those with intolerance or allergies. Gluten Free is available at most dessert places and the staff here don't even know what that means. Need to revamp their dessert menu

Mouth watering selections. Friendly staffs followed all Covid protocols. Served without rely and treats were amazing.

Very nice experience overall, attentive staff and good Covid measures in place. Savoury snacks were good, desserts obviously better. A little pricey but very good and definitely recommend.

We ordered a white chocolate waffle and a milkshake and they came completely wrong. We tasted what we got and it was disgusting. The waffle tasted like nothing but salt and plastic. Really disappointed.

Lovely food and great atmosphere and friendly staff. They catered for my sons allergies too. There is parking available out and at a car park nearby if you are driving and it’s close to Pinner underground station and buses stop outside the place

This place is taking COVID seriously and looking after its customers. Not packing the place out, spacing everyone and all staff wearing masks. Booking system in place and desserts still tasting good. The portion sizes of waffles have shrunk but the prices have not. They are saving on ingredients but will loose customers if they are not careful.

Went in yesterday 13th August asked one of the girls for a Takeaway Menu, as I was leaving I heard them say some derogatory remark about me and heard them laughing!!!! Unbelievable if that’s how they Train their Staff with how to Treat Potential Customers then I will certainly take my Custom elsewhere.

In terms of food, indulge is the best dessert lounge in the area. There is so much to choose from, and all their waffles/pancakes/crepes come with a choice of melted chocolate! Indulge tops other dessert lounges in the area by far in terms of value for money, menu and quality of food. The reason I knocked a star off is that I don't enjoy eating in the actual restaurant as it's always so busy, noisy and cramped. I guess that shows how popular it is but it's not a cosy atmosphere, I find it stressful and personally don't like the decor either. My favourite is the cookies and cream waffles. It comes with 2 waffles, Oreo ice cream, Oreo crumbs, melted chocolate (your choice of white, milk or dark!) AND whipped cream. That's all included in the price, compared to other places where you have to pay extra for that stuff.

Lovely place to visit for a sweet treat (also do savoury but I have a sweet tooth so waffles win everytime over savoury!) Really nice location, clean, well decorated. Choice is great and the portions are massive. Would definitely recommend. Service can take a while but generally because it is so popular and busy. Will be back as soon as possible!

We have been coming here for years. Children ordered icecream with Maltese’s topping; they charge you but give you just a sprinkle of Maltese’s on a plate. See picture. Spoke to Arland who took our order initially, rather than addressing our concern he said “what is the fuss about?” in front of our children; Very disappointed indeed! This is not how a customer expects to be spoken to. Spoke to Karen; who then try to make it right. However, it had ruined our family night out.

Once a hot spot for us, has now rapidly deteriorated. Run by kids who act like headless chickens. Menu has completely changed, with portion size getting smaller yet prices rising. Food itself was okay but the venue needs to sort itself out.

Run by kids - awful service no one knew what they were doing. The deserts were fine - the mint teas were a joke. £4 fir a tea with 2 leaves of mint. Tasted like water. The waitress was lovely enough to add more mint but seriously if you gonna charge for mint tea. Serve it. We paid £12 for hot water basically- not happy.

This place is so delicious for desserts and I really highly value it for the quality of their desserts however, the service always fails them. I’ve been here a few times and the service is always so delayed and unfriendly. It took a very long time for a waitress to come and take one order and the place was quite. It took 20 minutes of sitting down staring at the staff to come and take our order, When we asked her if we can place our order, she said yes give me a minute to get my pad, she went away and ended up serving some new customers that just came in. Eventually our desserts came and they were absolutely delicious! We had the Kinder Bueno Cookie Dough and the Fondue Dippers. Overall, the service needs improvement but the food is brilliant.

This is a favourite of mine for a tasty treat or coffee. Good quality desserts and family place. The staff are very friendly and the desserts are one of the yummiest in this town.

I was a regular at this place but not anymore! The dessert is very average I ordered cookie dough and it was pretty much uncooked. So overpriced for something that’s probably precooked and shoved in the oven. The wait is awfully long and the service is so slow. Also not to mention, the owner of the place with his flashy rented car so stuck up, rude, arrogant and makes costumers feel so uncomfortable. Will not be returning, avoid this place at all costs and avoid the guy who thinks he runs the whole street when in actual fact he runs a poxy dessert cafe that is not even worth spending 1p on. Very disappointed

Very nice waffles and very filling! Lovely atmosphere, family friendly and friendly staff! Can get very busy at times.

I came here with my children. Haven’t been here for a few years. There was a smell of what I think was chips or nachos which lingered in the air. Seats were ripped and cheap in appearance. I had coffee which was nice and the kids had milkshakes and one had New York cheesecake that looked of basic quality, it was inexpensive at £4 so you get what you pay for. Glad I only had coffee. Wouldn’t come back, because I’d rather pay more and have better quality. Was very popular though.

I was told they do the best cookie dough but I beg to defer. The vanilla ice cream and melt dark chocolate is lovely. But my cookie dough was burnt on the side and I felt it was too thick. The place was very busy with people queuing outside. The staff are friendly.

Great desserts as well as savoury food always a great atmosphere the staff are lovely and the food is reasonably priced

My family visited recently and we shared savoury crepes so that we could opt for a desert each. The serving sizes were very generous and even though we shared, our eyes were still bigger than our bellies (but we gave it our best shot). The Apple Sizzler was delicious. Just make sure you thoroughly read the menu so you don't have food envy as you see all the yummy deserts pass your table.

I have been here numerous times and really can’t find a single thing to complain about. I tend to order the cookie and cream crepe which is amazing but thought I’d try something new today so I got the strawberry and cream crepe (was a bit scared as once I heard that their strawberries aren’t great). My crepe was amazing and the fruits tasted really fresh so I was really happy with it! My girlfriend got a blueberry and banana wrap which she loved! I really like how you are given a glass of tap water straight away (without having to ask) as it makes life a lot easier. After all the times I’ve come here, I’m yet to find a problem with it! Staff are great and the place is really clean and the menu is amazing. The only thing I think they could work on is the amount of seats they have to offer, it gets pretty busy and I think there are only approximately 30 seats available.

Went on the hottest day of the year, sliding doors and main door closed. One air conditioning for the whole place. Asked to open the doors, was told doors are broken so cannot open them. Asked again was told that the air conditioning is on so cannot open them. Ventilation is terrible in their, they need to invest in better Extrator ventilation as your clothes smell terrible after. Tables were sticky and chairs had loads of rips in. My opinion lost its touch not as good as before. Customer service terrible. Crepes were thick. Load of fruit flies flying around. The venue needs a good clean.

Visited this dessert lounge with friends for a late night sweet treat! The choices are lovely and I opted for the cookie dough with vanilla ice cream! Probably the best cooking dough I have had in a long time! Would highly recommend 🙌🏽

Absolutely loved this place. Not only desserts, loved their nachos and crepe as well. Service was efficient as well. In my list of favourite casual eat outs.

This place is by far the best dessert lounge you’ll find in Harrow. Friendly and fast staff and owner. The waiting services could be better but it’s understandable as they have a high demand.

It was my 1st & only visit. My accompanying friend recommended it. Good Food, Reasonable Prices, & Friendly Service. A bit crowded and noisy. But that didn't spoil the atmosphere. Recommended.

We went with family one Sunday afternoon .We didn't have to wait too long,there were 9 of us!Service was excellent ,staff were very friendly and courteous and desserts were amazing.Will definitely recommend and will be going again very soon.

Called in for coffee whilst visiting family in the area, The seats are all ripped and give a very poor impression. The service was unbelievably slow, considering we had only ordered coffee and cake. The waitress said the cake was very hot and to be careful, when in fact it was cold ! an awful dirty looking place and a bad experience. Never again thanks. !

Always been a fan of Indulge, however on our last visit in March 2019 me and my brother we had shared fries and hallomi strips followed by different disserts of our choice. We went home and we both felt sick, light headed and nauseous; bad food posion. As much as I appreciate the taste of your food we are no longer going to visit your place upon the nasty uncomfortable undeseriable effects we are experencing.

Visited on pancake day. Food was lovely. Just a bit too slow. The manager was very friendly and made up for it.

We visited Indulge after school as a treat for our 11-year-old. As we approached the restaurant there was a young lady cleaning the inside of the windows with 3 young men watching and making sure that she didn’t miss a smudge. This might make you raise an eyebrow towards potential misogynistic attitudes, I shall stop you in your tracks NO IT WAS NOT!

I’ve always had a good experience when going for dessert. I’ve been going since it opened and have always got the exact same thing - I’m clearly not good with change. My friends always get different things like waffles or different toppings on their crepe and they say it’s good, but I always get a crepe with milk chocolate sauce and strawberries which I absolutely love.. and always want more of!

So I did email them directly as I wanted to give them the opportunity to respond but they have decided not to. Been to their other brunch & have nothing but high praise. A large party of us came in, we were given menus to select our orders. At no point were we told there was an issue with the oven. We made our decision & then we were told that somethings were off the menu. The waitress was lovely but she was struggling with what was on offer. She was going backwards & forwards to the manger as he was the only one who knew what was on offer. In the end we asked him to come over as it was ridiculous. He wasn’t busy as there was only 3 other people in the restaurant. I think if he had spent less time flitting with one particular waitress we would have had better service. He was really dismissive of our questions. Most of the things we wanted nachos with melted cheese, cheese chips, cookie dough etc there was issues with. One member of the party had been the night before when they had the same problem. So it wasn’t as if it had just happened. So we ordered, everything came out slow, cold & then little things like by the time the dips came out we had eaten the chips/ nachos. We had to send food back as it was cold. He did give us a free bowl of chips. The manger made us feel like we were being really fussy & unreasonable. I have to say some of the waiting staff were fantastic & others were a total waste of time. It was so embarrassing as it was a friends leaving party. I have to say the deserts we had were good but the tone had already been set for the evening & I couldn’t wait to leave. Don’t t think I will be returning sadly

We were sat at a table that was not cleaned properly and presented with menus that looked tattered. Had to wait along time for food lacing the order and that only after calling the waitress over. They serve water in a glass milk bottle and it was not properly cleaned as could see the dirt on it still.

Great desserts, freshly cooked waffles and pancakes. Choice of coffee or milkshake which both fit well with the desserts.

We opted for a make-your-own crepe and then one from the menu - the peanut butter one.

Very friendly staff, very helpful and great food! The Nachos are great value, one portion is enough for 2! The pancakes my daughter had and she loved them! Would recommend for families..couples etc!

Nice large restaurant with friendly staff. Tables, seats and menu's are a little worse for wear and the decor could do with an uplift. A large group of us arrived and were seated promptly. Orders placed, all was pretty good, the brownie was over baked and very dry. One of the waitresses offered to change the dish so I decided for cookie dough but a few mins later another waitress said they cannot change the dish since I had ate some 3 bites. I could not really have known how dry it was until I tried to eat the product. So requested my money back and they can keep the dish as I could not possibly eat it. At this point I was offered an alternate dish which I thought was too late and went for the money back which they accepted with an apology. This was my first visit and most likely not my last. The portions are a little small in comparison to their competitor's but the prices I guess reflect this.

What works in indulge's favour is the huge menu. But clearly not our fav place to go..its usually crowded and the desserts are not as extra ordinary as the hype..They are good no doubt, but thats just about it.

The meal was amazing and the presentational was phenomenal. The atmosphere was nice and felt peaceful which is a great way to have food. Multiple children were there and make quite a bit of noise which distracted me and my friends but the staff asked them to quite down with was very nice of them. Overall this place is amazing and i would definitely go here again.

Waited for 20 minutes on a dirty counter with used plates. No one asked asked for our order even after we asked them.

There are no bad things about this place other than it is always busy but that v its a good thing too!

Desserts were ok. The actual place is quite small so you will be lucky to get a table at busy times. There are restaurants that serve better desserts tbh.

Love the shakes and waffles here - Waffles are fresh and tasty - the shakes are fatty but nice. Defo a regular visitor here.

The food and drinks are good here but I can't say so for the manager. Upon arriving he directed us to a table of 2 - we sat down. He comes up to us and rudely says he didn't point there and raises his voice. I asked him if I can order another drink he rudely walks away and beckons another staff member to deal with us. I saw him be rude to other customers as well regarding tables. Personally as a customer I'd like to be treated with respect and I feel that there was none given and this has put me off ever going to this establishment again. Definitely need to have some lessons on customer service and basic decency.

Can never go wrong at this place... walked in, so there was a wait... but fast efficient service always. Great selection of desserts too!

It was our first time at this dessert bar

I’m going to cut this short I’ll never be going to indulge EVER again, not only did my apple crumble have an off taste but I was treated really rudely my a manager in charge! I simply tasted my dessert and it didn’t taste like it normally did previously, I’ve been going to indulge since it’s been opned so I was really dissapinted. The manager in charge this evening was really rude I asked if I could have something else to replace it as I was not happy and this should have been simply granted instead o was approached in a very Rudley manor and was given a lecture about the recipe of the dessert and that it has not been changed which is fair enough but I know something was not right with the apple crumble- not only that but I was then told that I’m being agressive when I was just being honest and saying I just was not happy to eat that dessert I was told I would not be getting anything replaced for that dessert instead I just sat there whilst my family had their desserts. I was spoken to so rudely and felt embarrassed to how the manager acted he was very unprofessional he was aggressive himself which I pointed out and kept saying things that’s we’re not necessary and got a bit personal and started saying things like im the only one complaining and my partner was quite firstly I can speak for myself I do not need my partner to talk on behalf of me and he usually finds no need to get involved which is fine, but felt an animalistic, unprofessional, intimidating manor of this manager. Very disrespectful! He then got up came back and said to my partner not me but to him we took it off the bill which is not what I asked I would have happily paid for a replacement but felt as though I was not treated very nicely and left very much unsatisfied and uncomfortable... I got no sympathy or an apologie or a smile very negative Infact it was very embarrassing because of this you’ve lost a customer who spends a lot of money here and introduced too many people to support indulge next time it’s a no from me I’ll necer speak well about indulge because of this experience.. some of the staff have no people skills but People can work with that it’s the ones that not only do t have people skills but are actually pure rude have no manors or set a good example to the staff who they manage.. disgusted and embarrassed from the behaviour tonight!!

We managed to secure the 'private' area at the back as we arrived early and had a big party. Service was good and food was to usual standard. Enjoyed the savoury additions so skipped dinner.

This is hands down the best dessert lounge around. We always suggest this to friends and family visiting, and everyone has always agreed with us after going there.

since this place specialise in desserts we opt out of having desserts at a restaurant and go there to complete the evening. The place has good atmosphere and service is excellent.

Was invited here for a meet-up with friends and was thoroughly surprised to find the incredible range of desserts on offer, as well as its popularity at 3:30PM on a weekday-it was completely full and we had to wait half an hour for seats. Nevertheless, the staff were very friendly even with so many people and the food came very quickly. I had fudge with an oreo ice cream scoop and was blown away-it was amazing! Prices are reasonable and I will definitely be returning and trying something different. Recommended to anyone with a sweet tooth.

Went here before and it was really nice, so thought I’d try it again. Service was incredibly fast, we was in and out within an hour. I ordered chocolate hazelnut pancakes whilst my partner got cookies and cream pancakes. We was both incredibly satisfied. Big portions that filled us both up, I also added strawberries and crunchie pieces to my order which just made it even better. Could have easily ordered more, would recommend.

Menu Selection, Quality, & Service were very good as well as value for money. Can be a bit noisy, but didn't take away from enjoying the meal.

As someone with an egg-intolerance, it is tricky for me to find egg-free desserts. Indulge Pinner is the answer. Not only are their pancakes and waffles egg-free, a lot of their gelato are also egg-free. My husband and I truly enjoy a treat when we come here after a meal and tuck into a delicious dessert. It does get busy so pick your time to come. We have had takeaway as well as eat in and we cannot fault the place. The staff are very friendly, the service is quick and also the decor is cosy. We highly recommend the pancakes and waffles!

Visited on a Saturday afternoon with my wife and kids at around 2pm, the restaurant was slightly busy I’d say 50% occupied. Plenty of tables available and the smell of the waffles as you entered, well it would make anyone hungry. We were shown to...

Come here all the time. Love it so much, lots on offer sweet and savoury - so it is not just a dessert lounge. You can build your own dessert or you can pick one from the menu.

Went here for dessert with friends. Had to wait a long time for a table but they are really popular and it’s worth the wait. They offer snacks and hot drinks as well as an array of desserts. Really nice environment inside. Friendly staff. Recommend this place highly. I really like that the food on front of you so you know it’s fresh. This place is popular with young couples and families.

Indulge do the most tastiest deserts. The menu is great with loads to choose from. Prices are reasonable and service is great. If you are in the area (or even if you're not) this place is worth a visit.

Fantastic quick bite, doesn't matter what type of tooth you have. I like the savouries more however, doen't stop me...

Great place for friend family kids or alone

We've been here a few times, and sadly it's being let down by staff. We brought our young sons here as a treat after school. We ordered wraps with chips followed by dessert. After waiting a long time and chasing the staff, our chips arrived - burned. When we asked for a replacement, we were asked We pointed out the obvious, and we got a replacement of chips that were less burned. The boys were hungry so we picked out the burned ones and let them eat what was left. The wraps came - wrong order. We ate it as by this time, we'd been waiting 40 minutes. The young manager was called and she just looked annoyed. Dessert was even more delayed and by this time we wanted to leave. Where once we paid the waitress, we were told by the least interested, most disgruntled staff to go to the til and left to it.

We are a big fan of indulge dessert lounge. My favourite is cookie and cream sundae, kids love waffles with strawberries and milk chocolate. Very professional staff and value for money. Best desserts in harrow.

It's a nice little cafe and I like the idea of having a completely dedicated dessert place. Everything we tried was nice, though the waffles portion was smaller than expected. The place was super busy and incredibly loud (I don't think I have every been to a cafe/restaurant that loud before) but the staff were friendly and helpful.Good selection of desserts.

This place can get packed depending on the day of the week so I always try and book in advance. Amazing desserts!!! Love their chocolate brownie! It's to die for! Portions are quite large too! If I take my kids there they rarely ever finish off. It's just too much! But oh how good it is!!!

How does this place even exist in our age of health freakiness? I will answer it now at length. Attention to detail, politeness and service are just some smile points it gets right. Then come the weirdness of various combinations, savoury and sweet. I have a serious sweet tooth and as they say you live only once. I have been here twice where the first visit was rushed and the second a more relaxed visit with my nieces. I was spoiled for choice and ended up having their pancakes with all the extras. Pancakes were expertly done, big, fluffy and very tasty. Bananas layering these pancakes were just ripe and the ice cream was very flavourful. My nieces had cookie dough & crepes and both did not talk till they had finished every scrape of their respective dishes. Other than grinning from ear to ear and rolling their eyes after tasting every bite. So to the health addicts... go here, order up, eat till you can't breath, then go back to your treadmills.

I ordered the Oreo Cookie Dough with melted white chocolate and salted caramel ice cream. I also had the Hipster fries which were french fries with garlic oil and melted mozzarella and it was HEAVENLY!!! The cookie dough was really rich and it was the best cookie dough I ever had.

Visited during a lazy afternoon and craving for some fat dessert!!! They plenty of options, ranging from waffles and crepes to sundaes and other type of desserts.Ordered choc pancakes and sizzler brownie with Strawberry ice cream. Both were ok, nothing special.The outlet is ok for a quick dessert bite, but less of a chill out hangout.

A dessert place in pinner which has quite a variety of options in terms of dessert and has a cool trendy ambiance. Great place to meet friends but does get very busy after schools close and in the evening, may be worth booking a table at peak times. The portions are also quite generous and can make it difficult to finish particularly if you’re someone like me!

Watch the pounds pile on! An excellent dessert lounge just not to be frequented too often! They have an excellent selection of desserts and savoury meals. Fabulous and great service too, though be prepared to queue for a table at busy times, which is most evenings and weekends.
