Indulge Desert in Harrow

Absolutely rubbish customer service, firstly they get the order wrong, don’t even attempt to rectify, no apology and then we said they we will not be visiting them again and the response was ‘as you wish!’. Pinner is much much better - why you keep the manager in Stanmore I have no idea!!!

Indulge in pinner are amazing for their service and customer service, what a big disappointment going to Stanmore! As soon as we walked in and got a table we were told they close in an hour.. plenty of time but felt like they couldn’t wait to get us out! When orders came through, they didn’t bring cutlery or seasoning and didn’t even ask if we were ok despite being really quiet! Had to get up 3 times to get cutlery and water etc. Such a contrast to the Pinner branch. Not even a smile! We won’t be going back in a hurry!

Went on. Friday night and had great service! The manager/owner made us a custom milkshake which wasn’t on the menu - and he even shared out the extra milkshake for us all to try! Great service - not sure why there are so many negative reviews. However, the presentation of the cookie dough could be improved.

Ordered cheesecake and fudge cake and went for the ice cream option with it but man serving didn't say it was extra charge when we specifically asked if there was an extra charge and were surprised to see the charge on the bill. It was a rip off and the man didn't have the decency to correct it. Be careful when ordering as the menu is not clear and you will have hidden charges.

We had sat down at our table and it took us 20 minutes just to order our desserts and a coffee and the service was appalling. After half an hour of waiting for a coffee we ended up cancelling the order. On top of that only 1 dessert came after 45 minutes of waiting, by this time we walked out of the restaurant unsatisfied with the service and food. I am never coming back again.

I went there with my family for dessert and got in and sat down. Nobody came to take our order so we had to go to the desk to place an order. Waited 30 minutes for three desserts but only one had arrived. The coffee just never came and we told them to cancel the order. Fifteen minutes later, we had not gotten the other two desserts and as a result, just walked out unsatisfied. Never ever coming again!!!

Terrible customer service, the staff do not know how to talk to customers. I was a regular at this place I won’t be going back again.

Made a request for a football birthday gathering of about 20 people (including kids) always trying to accommodate to your needs with very good service. Very relaxed and fun.

We asked indulge to book 28 of us in on a busy Friday evening and they did with an amazing friendly atmosphere made everyone feel welcome. They go out there way to make the customers happy and feel at home I would definitely recommend this place I give it a 10/10

I understand it is busy throughout the month of August, but if a customer comes in to make an order, at least acknowledge them, instead of letting them stand there for 5-10mins before causally dropping in "oh we aren't taking any orders right now as there is a 30 minute wait" - great you are so busy but that is just basic level customer service. I usually go to Pinner, much friendly staff and atmosphere - never been to Pinner and experienced poor customer service.

This place is local to me so it's such a shame that the desserts weren't any good. It wasn't particularly appealing, the crepe was under cooked and was loaded with sauce. Sadly, I won't be visiting again.

Visited here as the Pinner branch is a bit further out, I had heard bad reviews about the service and food, but I knew I had to try it myself to experience it. However, I can't say any of what I heard was true. Went with a friend for dessert, and everything was great. The cookie dough was perfectly cooked, service was great. Would definitely go again.

Ordered cookie dough and apple crumble the last 5 times I’ve been. It has been so RAW and UNDERCOOKED that it genuinely tastes INEDIBLE. The first time I thought maybe it’s a one off. Then the same happened to my younger brother when he went with friends. Then it happened to me the next 3 times in a row for the Apple crumble and the cookie dough. I had to tell the staff and they simply said they’ll take it back and bake it for a bit longer. It comes back and it is still tasting quite raw so I just give up and eat it. This has happened every single time I’ve been with friends or family and would not recommend. It ruins the mood for a pleasant dessert. Terrible terrible dessert lounge. The waffles and crepes are alright but either way, the dessert lounge is very very poorly.

I go here quiet often and I love my dessert every time. I don’t know why people say it’s bad. There’s been times where service is slow but it’s okay other places are not better

I understand that the place can get very busy on a Saturday night. We arrived at 9.30pm, and were told to wait for a table to be free in 10mins although there was an empty one where we were standing. After the time passed we were told we could sit there. We ordered some drinks and food (sweet potato fries and nachos with chicken) which took 50 mins. I am no chef but I can't believe it took that's long! When we asked the waiter she went to find out, but gave no updates nor an apology for the wait. When the food arrived, the nachos were absolutely disgusting. I really don't know how you could get that wrong and it arrived with no chicken on it, liked we ordered. I asked the waiter to take it away because I was unhappy. Again, no apology!!! Great customer service! The crepe we ordered was good though! I just really think they need to work on their customer service skills and learn to apologise in a professional manner!

Staff not interested in serving the paying customers, they'd rather mingle with and serve their mates who are probably are not even paying for what they consume. We did not get served what we ordered and when we told the staff, they replaced one thing and did not stop to listen to our next complain.

Have been there few times and service is always friendly! It may take a bit longer to receive your order sometimes but than again even Mcdonald’s make you wait so no complaints!

Visited here but hygiene levels were very low. I ordered a drink with a glass and the glass was so dirty I just drank from the bottle and a straw. More concerning was the amount of flies that you have to battle off whilst eating. The wall on right hand side is covered by these little flies aswell - and I don’t mean a few I mean 20/30. Told the lady serving and she just replied with ‘yeah we know, but was your food okay?’ Very off-putting, will not be returning.

Awful service waited 30 mins for a crepe takeaway with no explanation of delay. After 20 mins I chased up the order politely and she said it would be 5 mins and went to the back to tell her colleague. After this still no update and I mentioned I’d waited half an hour which is when they mentioned they were making the mix . My dad has to come in thereafter and simply request a refund it was an absolute joke there are no management skills in the restaurant. The lack of training is very clear and each time I have visited there has been an issue with ours or someone else’s order. This doesn’t compare to the pinned restaurant at all where it’s such a different vibe.

The desserts 🍨 are nice but they should better the service especially during busy times. Will definitely go back The staff are polite and helpful

Awful service. Pushed our order back as THOUGHT we were a take away order but we were eat in customers just asked for take away cups. Made an 8 month pregnant lady wait over 30 minutes for an average milkshake.

Came with my gorgeous friend and thought of getting the ‘Indulge fondue’ accompanied with a ‘Lime cooler’ and ‘Classic Mojito’. It was all lovely! The staff and service were very polite and prepared. Probably, one of my favourite ‘Indulge’ Dessert lounges. Me and my friend really enjoyed our dessert and the chocolate flood. Thank you, great team work ;)

I went with my friend just to buy ice cream on the Sunday afternoon. There are 5 people working I can see, no one came up to us and ask like - do you need any help or something. I waited almost 10-15 min despite the Shop was very quiet. This is my 3rd time experiencing this kind of service. No service to any customer I guess then. I will rate in minus to this place.

Me and a few mates heard about how nice this place is and my oh my this place lived up to its word the customer service was absolutely top notch created a great atmosphere between my friends and the shop was so clean and I definitely look forward to coming again with more friends

Delicious waffles and ice cream; unfortunately they'd run out of Maltesers ice cream (so I have an excuse to go back!) but the peanut butter ice cream was also super tasty.

A group of us fancied some ice cream over a recent hot weekend. We decided to try this new spot. We’ve visited the Pinner branch in the past which was a positive experience. Unfortunately this was not.

An ideal desert spot open most days till around midnight. They have vegetarian and gluten free menus so good for most dietary needs. The apple pie and ice cream is to die for. There is a wide variety of hot drinks available as well. It has become our late night hotspot.

My 11 year old daughter visited with her friends and the mum for a after birthday party desert celebration and my daughter ended up having an allergic reaction. It was repeatedly confirms that the food that the desert she ordered had no nuts but within a couple of bites of having it she had a reaction. Her lips swelled up and eyes were swollen. No apology or regret from the staff. I’m sorry but they should not be running a restaurant if they cannot be careful about such things. It could be life threatening for someone.

Great deserts! Fantastic quality, very nice customer service with a big cheerful smile! Prices are quite reasonable as well! Definitely going to come back!

What a joke of a place. Run by kids who don’t know or understand what customer service is.

We enjoyed a treat here. The chocolate crepes with strawberries was nice although we did ask for the chocolate to be separate and it wasn’t. The hazelnut pancakes were a total treat and I really enjoyed them. My friend enjoyed the banana and blueberry crepes which were also very nice. We did however receive our dishes at separate times but I guess that’s how they do it. The staff were so friendly and interacted with my son well. The finishing of the restaurant isn’t great especially as they’ve only just opened. I will definitely return with my husband for a yummy treat.

Really excited when this opened in Stanmore. However was very disappointed to find that there are several faults. It took ages for us to be attended to, staff seemed more concerned about talking amongst themselves. Food was dissapointing; it was presented nicely but tasted like it was store bought. Custard tasted watery however the ice cream was quite nice.

Went with my sister in law on a Sunday evening as we were happy to have a dessert place so local to us but there were issues from when we got there.

Waited about 10 minutes for the table as it was busy and the waiters came a few times to let us know how long it will take. Once we ordered the food, I saw one of the guys putting the ice cream in the tub with his hands. I told the waitress what the man did and she said that her uncle wouldn't have used his hand without his gloves and I told her that I saw him with doing it. Another guy came as he saw that I didn't eat my food and he didn't believe me either. Charged me for the food that I didn't eat but didn't complain. Will not be eating Desserts for a while now. Thank you Indulge.

This is a desert lounge, meaning they sell shakes, drinks, nachos, fries, crepes sweet and savory, waffles and ice creams of many varieties. The place is very neat, clean and tidy, The service was quick and efficient, The place is run apparently by those of a youthful disposition and indeed appeals likewise to those of a youthful disposition. Could not say it is cheap and hence mid range, probably very busy of an evening, especially in summer
