The name has now change to aura under new management The food is still very good there is some changes on the menu.They have cobra on draught but you can still take your own and there is a lot of staff so the service is very good nothing is a problem Booking is recommended

Nice clean resteraunt friendly staff the food was just average however there is plenty of choice from the menu and worth a visit it's not bad but I've been to better Indian cuisines

Went on Saturday evening table booked for 7.30pm for 7 people. Restaurant looked busy and short staffed, We did not have our main meal nearly 2 hours later after complaining about lateness, the meals were bought to us in a rush and was of poor quality some of the meals were wrong and had to be done again. This was a birthday celebration but the meal and lateness of it ruined the night. This was my first and last time at this place. There appeared too many customers for the staff to cope with. The person who booked it was negotiating for a refund we left not at all impressed.

This restaurant is absolutely amazing ! The food was superb, completely melted in our mouths and the staff could not do enough for us, very clean premises and we will be going back again. I’ve lived in Aldridge for 7 years and cannot believe I have not tried you before ! Price list brilliant and definitely get more than what you pay for... Went to the restaurant waiter almost a hour for food that was then litterly thrown at us my partner had asked for extra chilli s in his jalfezi they must have put hundreds in as every mouthful was chilli s spoils the night would never go back again total rubbish

First time visiting this restaurant, and it definitely won’t be my last. Food and service was to die for, waiters were brilliant nothing was too much trouble. Keep the good work up, we will be back

We dine here pretty much once a week and it never fails to impress. The manager and all the waiting staff are lovely, the quality of the food is outstanding and all for really good value. Take your own alcoholic drinks, I can't recommend enough.

We went to Indigo Sunday evening, the food was excellent as ever and the staff are always friendly and attentive. The new guy Abdul was really great, well done Indigo we will be back soon.

Visited early evening with our grandchildren. We chose the Special Meal Deal which is very good value and we all really enjoyed the food. The staff are all really pleasant and helpful.

I am a vegan and always go for the Vegetable Pathia . This meal is delicious the different spices that are in this meal are perfect. I. Am very fussy where food is concerned but this restaurant as never let me down.

I see a few negative reviews posted elsewhere but we had no complaints at all with the food or service. In fact it was a very good night apart from the room being rather cold both in temperature and decor. To be fair we were very early on a Friday night and perhaps the heating hadn't kicked in. The metal and glass tables together with the plaster walls doesn't help with acoustics either and as a large party took their seats we were happy to be leaving. A few soft furnishings might be worth a thought. I have recently visited all but one of the restaurants in the town centre and I reckon that they have the most comprehensive menu and arguably the best food based on our choices. The wife's rather large sea bass dish was superb, I preferred her aloo sag bhoona sauce to my naga jul which lacked a little depth of flavour however the chicken in it was excellent. The staff were very friendly and the bill very reasonable for what we had. I was a bit surprised that they appear to allow you to take your own soft drinks in, I even noticed someone ask the waiter if they could have some ice for it! Rather cheeky I suggest.

First of all the service and decor is excellent. However, the butter chicken wasn't great, a weird texture. The chips were burnt, and the starters came before we had finished the poppadoms. The starters were great though. The value meal they do is good and the quality of the chicken was very nice and tender, just let down by the sauce.

Take away. Unbelievable. A stone in the starter, inedible food and paid for a side dish I didn’t receive. Disgusting. Have taken a photo of the stone, which could have broken a tooth!

We visited this restaurant midweek with our grandchildren and we all chose the special meal deal which is excellent value. All our starters were lovely and we all chose different chicken curries and every dish was very enjoyable. The staff are very attentive and friendly. It was a really good evening.

It’s been a couple of years since we last visited Indigo but the welcome was as warm as ever. Food and service was great. Need to go back more often. Going on a Thursday night we chose the special set menu, great value for money.

Went to Indigo fusion Saturday evening for curry with the family, had to wait about 3/4hour for the starter and then had to wait about 1 hour for mains, the curry was terrible no taste it at all, terrible service and meal won't be going back again

This was our first visit here in quite some time as we fancied going to somewhere different. Staff were very pleasant on arrival and throughout. Decent choice of dishes on the menu accommodating most tastes! Garlic tikka starter was very nice as was my Chicken Naga Jul for main. Couldn't manage it all but staff were happy to box it up so we could take it home. You can take your own alcohol too which helps to keep the cost of your evening down. We wouldn't hesitate to go back.

We tried to get in here on sat 20th october ss a foursone we walked in their was at least 14 empty tables we were zsked have you booked "no we haven't" oh sorry erre fully booked then even an hour later when we se bsck past still lots of tables available. Not very customer friendly avoid like the plague 2/10 and thats for the sign

Visited in August with family for a birthday meal. Have been there other times and have received good food and good service but on this occasion the services was terribly slow. Had to ask for water 3 times, took about 39 mins to arrive. The food gave several people in our party a bad stomach. Some members of our party had table booked there later in the week so they came back and received the same level of poor service with a bad stomach to follow. Shame really as it used to be good there.

I came here with my family as we were having a send off meal for my cousin. The food was really nice, probably the best one in the Aldridge area. We all had the set menu which was really nice, but if we bought individually I don't think the food would've been worth the price. It's good that they let you bring your own drinks, because it meant that it cost less than £10 a head for good food. I'd really recommend it, and they do deliveries which is always good!

Greeting warm and friendly. Decor pleasant and clean. Menu choice, good, quality of ingredents good and when asked for modifications to dishes we were accomadated with a smile. Portions are slightly larger than the other restaurants in the area and also the food is less oily which is defiantly a plus. Personal taste only, for me my main dish was a little over salty but would not affect the rating for this restaurant.

My husband and I decided to visit this restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. The restaurant is quite large with plenty of tables. We both decided to have the special meal deal which was very good value. Both our starters were lovely and we both enjoyed our curries. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. We will be returning again in the near future.

Visited this Restaurant (which is non licensed)from passed experiences food from this type of establishment isn't the best.But the Indigo Bengali fusion is an exception.A vast menu, attentative staff and well cooked and presented food. I just rang for delivery from this company and had the most insulting experience. I suffer from bipolar disorder mental health Issues and. The phone line was loud and crackling and was told chef was on the phone in kitchen. After ordering my food and repeating myself on many occasions.the person was so rude and said . I haven't got time for me to pay by my bank card. Unless cash basically F .off disgusting service only a fool would go to there restaurant.god no"s what the chef dose in or with the food

We had a table for 3 my Sister joined us ,her first curry for some years and she thourally enjoyed and so did my Wife and I meals cooked to perfection . The only downside for us is that it was very noisy ,couldn’t hear ourselves think . But as said food excellent.

Had a fabulous meal on Saturday night. The chicken sag tawa was the best I have eaten in a long time - so tasty. The atmosphere is always lively, service good and the manager is always very welcoming. Will definitely be returning soon!!

I will keep this short great food extensive menu brilliant staff. Miah, Abdul and the guys can not do enough for you. Highly recommend the Kulkarni Balti with extra chilli and garlic wonderfull especially if you can fit a cheese nan in as well. Really authentic food and genuinely great staff.

We booked at short notice but the manager squeezed 12 of us in on a busy night. The food was excellent and great value for money! No rush, friendly staff -indigo is the number one place to go.

We visited this place for food as the website shows a cheap deal of *Poppadom, Starter, Main & Rice/Naan for £9.95*. We ordered our food, which came out disturbingly quick, were rushed from poppadoms to starter to main without any time to digest - then when it came to pay they charged us £11.95 pp, which included a coffee we hadn’t ordered. When I questioned this, I was told that this was a Christmas set menu and the website was wrong.

Went here for the first time on Thursday night. Took advantage of the meal deal, poppadom's, starter, main, rice or nan and coffee. Starter was pretty tasteless, main was ok etc. Staff were friendly enough. It's a nice looking big place but shows signs of worn tables and chairs. My main concern was how bloated and unwell I felt by the time I walked home. I spent the entire night tossing and turning feeling unwell. It's only today, four days later that I feel well enough to write this. My wife was fine, though she didn't have the prawn starter dish which is the only thing we had different. A very poor experience. Thinking seriously about reporting them as it's just not on today to serve food that makes people ill. Definitely won't be back....

We have ordered takeaway meals many times from indigo - recently the popadoms have been cooked in rancid oil - they stink. We complained last time and the 'manager' was able to magically bring fresh cooked ones (long after we had finished our meal). Once again we have been delivered stinking rancid popadoms. Never again. Disgusting

I was looking forward to celebrating my friends Birthday so we opted for the set menu .The starter was lovely but the Waiter kept coming over while we were eating trying to get us to order our main course .He was very persistent and commented we only had the table for two hours allocated time and we weren't slow eaters .The restaurant wasn't busy at all ,the same thing happened whilst we were eating our disappointing main course pestering us as to whether we wanted ice cream or coffee ...I won't be back

The food was very moreish. The portions were generous. Both the chicken and lamb dishes were packed with meat. The flavour of all of the dishes was first class. We will definitely be ordering again!

I'll try not to be too negative but our visit to try out this venue didn't go well.Firstly the good...staff were very welcoming and friendly, good price for a midweek offer, bright, modern and clean restaurant and the poppadoms and pickles were great.Now the not so good...place was almost empty but we waited 20 minutes for starters then over 45 minutes for our main to arrive. I accept freshly prepared food takes time but it seemed takeaways, and other diners, were getting priority.Unfortunately the food wasn't the best as it was very greasy. We left most of it and yet were not asked if everything was okay.Shame really but maybe it wasn't the regular chef as it was a very quiet night.To finish on a positive though...the nan bread was very good.

We come here regularly and the food is always lovely and staff are normally very friendly, how ever when we went the beginning of this month for my sons birthday the staff were very different, they seemed to be rushing us maybe because it was a Sunday and we were the only ones there but it wasn't late. When we ordered, my mother in law was talking to a family member discussing what she wanted and the waiter rudely poked her to get her attention. And when the meals were bought over I asked which rice were which and he abruptly just pointed and said a rice with no clear indication of which one was what. Food was still lovely, just hope you catch the waiters on a good day.
