Just had a chicken pizza. I must say today’s pizza was so bad, dry tasteless. I usually order pizza from here but today i am really disappointed.

Terrible service, food didnt come on Time ( 40mins above time) person was verbally abusive on the phone. Worst of all pizza was wet. Would not recommend.

Tried their pizza for first time and I liked it. Can add more pizza sauce as it was little dry but overall very nice. They are halal.

Called Indiano Pizza to place an order, however, the person who answered the phone could not speak english properly and refused to assist me. Not sure why the company would even allow someone who cannot speak english to answer phones and take orders! Terrible service!

First Order from here and my whole family were disappointed, we ordered the buy one get one free Chicken Club Burgers, we got a call saying they were out of stock and only replacement was chicken strip burgers, no other chicken burgers were in stock, I asked the person on the phone if they are small burgers being chicken strip, and he said no they are big burgers, so I went ahead with replacements. If an offer is on I do expect them to be able to cater for the offer. Food was delivered after 1hr 40mins to be exact after having to call once to check where order was. I know there was an offer on, however I still think it shouldn't be this long, you would have the staff in place if an offer was running to be able to keep up with demand. We received the food and the replacement strip burgers were a real disappointment. Yes, the bun was big, but the chicken strips were small, which meant you were eating the bun on its own a lot of the times. XL Chips were really soggy, I was a bit surprised as they were provided in a pizza box. Wedges - were decent but did get soggy also. Peri Peri Wings - Average, would expect them to be saucy but these were dry. Mayor Burger - Was the only thing I felt was nice, but out of a full order you can't be happy with one item? Unfortunately I felt my whole order was a waste of money. If an offer is on, you are trying to attract customers right? If so, the food should be of high quality and items should be in stock, if a replacement is being sent, it should be an equal replacement of what was ordered or better.

Third class customer service.They dont deliver on time especially when you order from just eat.They dont know how to deal.People on phone.Very rude staff.Management should take notice if they want to run their business.

Avoid this shop today i bought three pizza it took 1 hour, two guys with bad customer services and made the pizza late even didn’t say sorry. They were so rude and behaved badly. Please train them how to run the business.

Very huge 20 inch pizza, one is more than enough for one big family, taste is good as well, it will be better if they provide quick and cheaper delivery service

Violent and disgraceful delivery driver yesterday. Driver did not deliver to my address and then verbally abused my and my family. Just Eat must investigate. Driver told me not to order from them anymore. I recommend you guys don't either.

I'm giving Indiano Pizza Dagenham 5 star rating! The pizzas here bang!!! The dough n cheese and toppings are fresh, good quality and tasty. I have tried so many other pizza takeaways due to price or convenience however I always end up regretting it as it doesn't have the quality or delicious taste like Indiano Pizza. I will not make that mistake again,  I will be getting my pizzas at Indiano all the time I get a pizza craving. Trust me you won't regret it, even if you live away from this place, its still worth it. Customer Service is great, price is fair. They even do 7 inch pizza its a 4 sliced pizza perfect for quick bite or for children, they also do huge 20 inch pizza for parties. Their toppings are good quality,  if you choose toppings you get a nice sized pieces, I went to another place recently asked for Tandoori chicken n it didn't taste like it and it was cut in to shreds whereas Indiano toppings are good size and taste like their meant too. Generous toppings unlike other places who count their toppings and place them calculating each piece as if they are running out of it. Tips: 1. Order before hand by phone for collection to save time as this place can get busy. 2. Try their grilled Wings very yummy 3. They only accept cash , no card payments option. 4. Halal chicken/meats served here. 5. Save their number on your phone you will need it lol This is the place for pizzas!!!

Pizzas are really good and value for money, however dont make the mistake i did of ordering online through their website expecting delivery. The pizza did not arrive despite someone in the shop saying its left. I had to send someone to the shop 1.5 hours later after order to find it was still there and picked up

Online delivery prices are much more. Your better off going into the shop to order. Not always consistent with food. Sometimes very nice and fresh and at other times rushed and burnt. Fries soggy.

Delicious pizza.. Just the customer service can be a little better. Try and avoid personal calls when serving the customers and making the pizza. Touching your phone and then making the pizza with the same hands is a no no.

I always order pizza from this place..never got any wrong order..this time it's disappointing i ordered 15 inch square pizza and got round one instead and smaller in size...when i called them they pretend that they couldn't hear my voice.

Worst food we've ever ordered. I'll start from the beginning...we placed the order online on their website. Their website stated a 10% discount if we applied the discount code when placing the order online. We then got an email with the total price and see the discount code hasn't been applied. My husband called to query this. The man who answered was extremely rude and abrupt to the point my husband had to ask him why he was speaking so rudely and if he has any manners. My husband cancelled the order and put the phone down because of their attitude. The guy then rang back apologising and said our food was already on its way... We received the food 90 minutes later!! We ordered chicken nuggets. They tasted as if they had been cooked, gone cold and then reheated! The chicken wings tastes like it was just steamed in the oven and then had the spices rubbed over it. The WORST pizzas we've ever eaten!! We ordered two 9 Inch pizzas.. One was spicy beef hot eater and the other pizza was bombay Indiano tandoori chicken. The beef pizza had no taste whatsoever! All we could taste was the cheese. The chicken pizza tasted just of green chillies. The garlic bread pieces were cold. We had requested 7up drink but was delivered Pepsi which we don't like. When questioned the drink the delivery guy says "oh.. Too busy. No 7up" First and last time ordering from this place!

Pizza was ok, but definitely knew it was cheaply made. I'd say it was a tad expensive for the quality, particularly for the smaller pizzas

Every time I order online and ask for something not on the pizza.. it's always on there! Today I even called the guy agreed and asked me if ild like another topping. Delivery come and guess what.. shockingly the item I didn't want is on the pizza. Yet again a waste of a meal&&money

Bad service and very rude staff I ordered a 20 inch half and half as I've mentioned on the phone and when I get there they made two 20 inch pizzas and tried charging me for the two the guy at the counter trying to tell me I'm lying when I know what I said on the phone if his full focus was on the phone call by giving undivided attention to his customer then he would've heard half and half. Another crew had to take over and deal with the situation.

My wife likes it. That's why 5star. For me nothing different.
