I don’t usually write reviews but I felt this place needed a special mention. Fantastic from start to finish. Faultless.

absolutely terrible, food looked and smelled nice but there was a total of 3 curly black hairs found in our meals combined. none of us have brown/ black hair. absolutely disgusting will not be going again. offered some of the chicken to my dogs they ran away.

Lovely restaurant in the pictureque village of Prestbury. I had the lamb Bhuna which was tender and beautifully aromatic ; my husband had the fish curry which was also excellent. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service. Varied menu. Delicious food. There were some unusual dishes such as the Goan Fish Curry which was delicious. All food freshly prepared and piping hot.

Just picked up a takeaway with my daughter. Food is always great either in or out and service never disappoints. Best vindaloo you'll eat and butter chicken..omg!

Went with friends and wanted a pleasant meal out on New Year's Eve. Booked ahead and checked beforehand with management by email that table was available. Arrived at scheduled time but table clearly not available and it became obvious, as we waited 45 minutes to even order our food, that the place was hopelessly disorganised - basically overtrading, with too many customers (walk-ins taking places booked by people) plus serving takeaway orders as well. We waited and were "forgotten" and had in the end to demand we were given a table and then demand we order some food. A meal out should be a pleasant, relaxed experience, not a battle to be served. Won't go again. The food, as ever. was good, it's the management of the restaurant that was rubbish. Concentrate on serving regular, booked in customers well and not maximising revenue and annoying people in the process

This was our first visit. The restaurant had been highly recommended and we were not disappointed. The service was superb. A delicious variety of food was available on the menu. There is definitely something for everyone. 3 of us had different Thali dishes which gave a delightful range of tastes. One person had the railway lamb. Huge and absolutely superb. Really recommend

Went around 3:30 and service upon arrival all the way through was brilliant, however the food was incredible could not fault any item of food safriti was our server and was excellent

Relaxed dinner with great service from Sirat. The thali for one easily fed two, with a great selection of dishes that provided a great showcase of the menu. Definitely better to eat in than takeaway.

My partner & I stumbled on this restaurant when staying for a long weekend in Prestbury. We went on Saturday night & were impressed with the ambiance & the welcoming smiles & courtesy. The menu offered a range of food we hadn’t tried before. I’d really recommend trying the Thali dishes. We had a Maharashtrian Thali & a Punjabi Thali. They were “really” good 👍 The service was excellent & all the staff were friendly & had a great sense of humour. Our waiter, Sifat, made sure we were welcome & explained the dishes. I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Thank you so much for a lovely evening & great food.

Fantastic authentic Indian food. Particularly recommend the Bangladeshi Fresh Water Prawn masala, and the veggie starters. Personally looked after by Hetesh, one of the owners. Warm and friendly restaurant. Check out the tables upstairs: very stylish.

Food was delightful, it’s the closest I’ve tasted to food I’ve eaten in India locally. We visited as a family for my birthday, it was quiet as a Wednesday evening but the food and the service from Imran was perfect. I would recommend one of the thali plates which comes with prepared little portions of different foods

This is our regular, go to Indian Restaurant. This time or decide to entertain some of August. Come over from India to visit us. As usual greeted by Bilal. We were seated promptly. We decided to opt for the Thali Dishes. It took a little longer than usual. But it was worth it. The food was amazing. Our guest from India. They were absolutely delighted with the freshness and the flavour of the food. Overall the experience is always fantastic. Thank you .team Thali .
